The condo was great. Very comfortable to stay in. There were blackout curtains in the living room and nice ones in the master bedroom but just not blackout. The building and grounds were quiet. We really didn't hear any neighbors at all. We visited for a week mid-August after school started. There was a small issue with the refrigerator but it was addressed quickly and we had no disruption to our stay. We plan to visit this property again. Thank you!

Our small family needed a well deserved respite. We love this area of the Gulf.,great restaurants and not a huge crowd. However, my only complaint the master mattress could have been better as well as the pillows. Not dirty, just worn out/flat.

The condo was exactly as advertised and just as nice as the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. And a surprise bonus of a dedicated ice machine in the condo. Plenty of towels and linens. We received very detailed instructions regarding check-in and everything we would need to know during our stay. The amenities were great with indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs and a fitness center. The beach has fluffy white sand and beautifully clear water. It had a very laid back, relaxing vibe. Parking was very convenient and condo is very conveniently located to local restaurants. This was our first visit to Perdido Key and we loved it! We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Our family of four loved our stay, and hope to return! The condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed; even an ice machine!! The property’s access to both beach and pool allowed for plentiful options for how to spend our time 😊. The only negative is that the gas grills on the property weren’t working, and we had planned to use them for meals. This was a small inconvenience, but noteworthy so another family doesn’t end up surprised about this as well.

Unit was very clean, the condos are more like a resort. Very pretty and great set up. Loved having the bay behind you on other side. Having stayed everywhere from Gulf Shores, Destin, and Panama City, we enjoyed Perdido Key the best. Relaxed atmosphere away from swarms of people. Will definitely come back.

The room and property looked exactly like the online pictures! The waterfall in the outside pool was amazing and the inside pool and hot tub were very nice! The only thing we had to call about was the extra ice maker by the bar area that was making noise so we just had them them turn it off as we didn’t need it.

This was the first time for us to stay in a resort-type condo and I had heard and read great reviews so I was so happy it lived up to the hype! The condo itself was gorgeous. Looks just as it does in the pictures. Great view. Great location near the elevator. Speaking of, the elevators are see through so you get a gorgeous view of the pool and beach every time you ride. The pool was spectacular and really clean. Loved the waterfalls! It was a nice place to cool off and get out of the sun yet remain in the water. Also, it was huge so you didn't have to swim or hang out right next to someone else. There was plenty of room. And the beach access was wonderful too. Not too far, plenty of showers to clean off your stuff and yourself. And very helpful and friendly staff. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and go out on the balcony and rock or sit. I was also happy to have an ice maker in the condo. I was able to fill up our small roller cooler every morning without having to make an extra stop for ice or leave the condo to go get it. One last thing I loved about it was the garage parking. It was so nice to get in the car in the afternoon or early evening and not feel blistering heat. And it was convenient to the lobby and pool. We kept seeing signs for a game room but didn't discover it until our last day. My boys would have loved playing the video games in there, but they were fine without it as well. I would definitely stay in 601 East again. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable.

Just returned home and already want to go back! Eden East 601 was a perfect vacation escape for our family to enjoy the week of Thanksgiving. We immediately felt at home and we were perfectly comfortable our entire stay. I had never prepared a Thanksgiving meal away from home before this trip -- and thought it might be kind of weird -- but even that was enjoyable. The beach and water views from the balcony are gorgeous!! We thoroughly enjoyed the rocking chairs. We also enjoyed only having a short elevator ride to walk out to the beautiful white sand beach, and we walked the beach every single day of our trip. Located only a few minutes from great restaurants, groceries and beach shops, we had all the conveniences we could want balanced with the right mix of relaxation. It was a GREAT family escape!!

This was a great vacation and this unit made it that much more enjoyable! There was even an ice maker it this condo. This made it very easy to load ice up in the cooler before heading to the beach. The master bedroom had plenty of space, and the shower was big! The pool was nice with easy access. We can't wait to go back!!

The property was the best in Perdido Key, FL. It had the best pool with waterfalls and a grotto. There were showers hidden in caves. There was a game room, cafe, sauna, spa, and gym. We arrived the day before hurricane Gordon and were stuck inside. We had a blast. The views are amazing. It was my first vist to the gulf and all I can say is "AMAZING!" I will definately stay again. We so enjoyed our stay. The views from not just one side, but two are absolutely breathtaking. Access to the beach facing balcony from both the family area and master bedroom make early morning coffee overlooking the ocean a delight. The master bath is exquisite with a beautiful tiled shower and double sinks. Storage is plentiful with large closets in both bedrooms. The kitchen has a nice pantry to keep the groceries tucked away. It is beautifully done with stainless appliances and a tile backsplash. We enjoyed plenty of seating for meals both on the inside of the unit and on the balcony. The beach is beautiful here, and was not overcrowded even in the busy June season. We'll definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

We have stayed in Eden several times, this was by far the best unit and the rental people went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Calling us to let us know that the property was ready early and the communication through the whole process was something I haven't experienced with any of the other agencies in the Perdido/Orange Beach area. Top notch, we will be back in October!

Great condo!

My husband and I stayed for one week. It was our first time using LCV . The unit is large, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were quiet comfortable. I would recommend this particular property to anyone who is completely mobile. If anyone has any balance or walking issues, the may choose same property but not this particular unit. The unit has a raised master bed on a platform (in order to maximize the views of the Gulf) and the shower in the master bathroom is also a large and somewhat odd step up/down. Additionally, the water pressure in the master shower is lacking significantly; challenging to get all the sand out of your hair! Personally we would return to the area and this unit as it met all our needs and more. We would recommend to LCV and ask them to work with the location to please consider adding a recycling program to the property!!! We brought our glass and cans all the way back to home with us as I just couldn't throw them away! Overall I recommend. Everything was easy for us and we appreciate it.

This condo is well decorated, comfortable and very clean! We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit our daughter who is in the Navy. It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare most of our Thanksgiving dinner, the kitchen was supplied with everything we would need. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool and workout room. The outdoor pool looked awesome, but way too cold for November ;) This condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf. The management was very helpful and kind. We would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I have been vacationing in PK for over 30 years. We have stayed in many different Condos in the area. This was the first time we stayed at Eden. We were very pleasantly surprised. The check-in process with Luxury Coastal was effortless and so fast. It was quite apparent that they genuinely cared about your stay with them.The unit was very well appointed and very clean. The Eden staff was friendly and very informative. We have now added this Condo to our favorites list and plan to stay in this Condo again. Thanks Luxury Coastal.
