We loved our stay 601 Eden! The condo itself was immaculate and had anything you could need from an ice maker to extra blankets and towels. We loved the spacious master bathroom and huge balcony. We enjoyed our stay. The weather was cooler so many of the outdoor amenities we didn’t try. But the indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor hot tub were awesome. Parking was easy. In garage our outside. Windows in elevators were a cool view. Great sunrise and sunset views. Someone always working at the desk to help if needed. Events were happening too. Beds were comfortable. The condo was great. Very comfortable to stay in. There were blackout curtains in the living room and nice ones in the master bedroom but just not blackout. The building and grounds were quiet. We really didn't hear any neighbors at all. We visited for a week mid-August after school started. Our stay at the Eden condos was perfect! Amazing beach view, air conditioning stayed cool on humid beach days, located right on the beach, and provided plenty of linens. The beach was pretty quiet and not crowded. We really enjoyed our stay here!- Reviewed On: 8/18/2023

The condo was exactly as advertised and just as nice as the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. And a surprise bonus of a dedicated ice machine in the condo. Plenty of towels and linens. We received very detailed instructions regarding check-in and everything we would need to know during our stay. The amenities were great with indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs and a fitness center. The beach has fluffy white sand and beautifully clear water. It had a very laid back, relaxing vibe. Parking was very convenient and condo is very conveniently located to local restaurants. This was our first visit to Perdido Key and we loved it! We had a wonderful vacation. We have stayed in Eden several times, this was by far the best unit and the rental people went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Calling us to let us know that the property was ready early and the communication through the whole process was something I haven't experienced with any of the other agencies in the Perdido/Orange Beach area. Top notch, we will be back in October!
