I stayed at Luxury Coastal Vacation Rentals for my birthday weekend, and it was an incredible experience. The property was right off the beach, and the balcony provided a perfect breeze both day and night—so peaceful and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were a hit for both me and my guest, and with the beach just a short walk away, we had the best of both worlds.
The water was absolutely stunning, and the views and accommodations were truly top tier—it felt like a home away from home. I flew into Pensacola and made the short drive down to Perdido, and it was more than worth it. The staff was also friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommend!

My family had a wonderful week in Eden 604 East. The condo is large, beautiful and has easy access to the pool and beach areas and we loved the view from the huge balcony. The ice machine in the kitchen is a definite plus also. Having a third bathroom made getting ready to go out to dinner a lot easier. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home there.

This is our second stay at 604 East and as last stay I couldn’t have been happier. Definitely pack seasonings to cook with, tin foil, trash bags and extra laundry detergent for this property though. Everything else you will need is provided, and 1 laundry load of washing powder is given which may be enough for some guests. The private terrace is a dream and the rooms are spacious. The condo is very elegantly decorated and feels very homey.

Great room at beach

We have stayed at Eden Condos before this visit. This room was very nice and updated. Everything was clean. Nice rooms and large balcony. Would rent from again.

We loved our stay at Eden Condominiums that we booked with Luxury Coastal Vacations! The check-in process was easy and quick. We had available parking at our condo. The condo was very clean and provided the things that we needed—dish soap, laundry detergent, linens, etc. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! The condo looked just like the photos. The amenities were fantastic as well—the pool was great and the beach access was so convenient!

Great location which was very private on Perdido Key Beach, only 5-6 miles either way from a lot of restaurantsand thins to do. I don't mind driving to eat for seclusion as a tradeoff. we had 8 people and never felt crowded.

Eden condo

It was an amazing condo. Newly renovated. Great for large group plenty of space. Could use more lighting in common area at night. Kitchen well stock but could have used 2 large storage bowls for making fruit salad, and other salads. Great place will rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in and parking were very easy. The unit was just as advertised. The kitchen was wonderful (the ice maker was fantastic to have), the beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were very clean. It will be very difficult for us to stay anywhere else for our beach trips!
