Eden is a beautiful place to visit. Wonderful unit with everything you need. Comfy beds, plenty of towels too in the clean and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was the most equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen. Perfect for any type of cooking you want to do. The building amenities are great from the large clean pool to the indoor pool and hot tubs inside and out kiddo pool and poolside cafe. The cafe lady was friendly and the food, smoothies and drinks yummy. The beach access was convenient and also had a mat that stretched a long way out on the sand for easy cart moving and walking. Overall an outstanding unit and building for a lovely vacation. Thanks for having us!!

Love love loved it !!!! ♥️♥️♥️Got to say best condo I have stayed at so far and I’ve been to a few places !… easy check in , just picked our wrist bands up and done and they let u in everywhere !… the condo was amazing had everything u ever need on vacation and more !… great view and the balcony was so big !….very easy access to the amazing pool and beach !! Even the lobby was amazing , all the waterfalls and fountains and the couches were so comfy !!!… the pool area was like being at an all inclusive !!!!…the only thing was that there was not enough toilet paper and paper towels or beach towels but they let u know u need to bring more before you stay so we brought plenty !!! And the blow up mattress was nice for the little one but I think it had a hole so it kept deflating … but other than that it was an amazing stay !!! Probly will be back for another family vacation in Perdido and stay in the same place !!!! Book your stay now it will not disappoint!!!♥️👍🏼♥️

The condo was awesome for our family! We had small children and they slept on the pull out sofa. Plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean too! The location was wonderful and the pool was amazing!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was so spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked, having anything you could need. There is even a crock pot and instant cooker. The bathrooms are so nice, the beds are comfortable, really everything was great! We requested an hour or two early check in that was not accommodated, but everything else was great!

Our four pod 4 adults had plenty of room in the condo and enjoyed the resort so much. There was room for 5 or 6 people. The kitchen had more appliances, dishes, and utensils than any other place we have rented. Beds and living room furniture were comfy. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony. Condo is large and has a great pool. We were within walking distance of Surf Style and The Crab Trap. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This fabulous condo was everything and more...very clean with an open concept with views for days..... so unexpected this condo gave us a wow factor we are planning to come back next year hopefully in the same condo next year this was the spot for us. Thank you guys for a great vacation

Eden Condos are really nice!Professionnel front desk service for questions and other needs. The view from the condo is gorgeous! Right on the water and the bright white sand with aqua blue water is just spectacular. The condo is spotless- cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever been to so far. Well-stocked kitchen w/ pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. I even baked a cake! No typical provisions like salt/pepper or cooking oil, but there is a separate ice machine in the bar, which is a really nice touch. A starter pack of cheap paper towels/toilet paper, dish/dishwasher/laundry soap, and shampoo/bath soap is supplied and lasts a couple days. Amenities: fancy waterfall pool/grotto/hot tubs/sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, business center, conference rooms, grills, and a spa for massages. There is also a beach chair/umbrella service on the beach for $40/day or use the supplied beach chairs in the utility closet next to the front door (I did not find this until the last day). Loved it!

We brought my DIL to celebrate her college graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The condo was exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful. The pool was wonderful and the short walk to the ocean was great for us. We will definitely stay at the Eden again!!

This condo is really a home away from home. Every kitchen tool you would ever need is right at your finger tips. Rooms are large and the beds are amazing!! Pool is beautiful and beach is a very short walk down a boardwalk. We hope to make this our go to beach condo for many years to come

The condo itself was very nice and well equipped. Just as advertised. This was our third stay at Eden it has been about five years since our last stay. It seems that Eden is starting to show it's age. Building maintenance is not being kept up. Water leaks right outside our condo door ,just outside the office area. Nobody wants to be dripped on.

We booked this condo for our family vacation. We found it exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. The resort was very nice. The pool is large and was never packed. The walk down to the beach was short. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved this property! We usually stay at Beach Colony, but it was not available yet for this year. When Eden 504 showed availability, we were glad to try it! This condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen, coffee (Keurig and regular pot), washer/dryer, and a closet of beach items if needed (umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards). The balcony has spectacular views of the ocean. We loved the pools at Eden, a large outdoor pool, and an indoor heated pool + jacuzzi. Everything was accessible with a wristband given, which was much easier then using different codes. Parking easy. Loved this condo and we will definitely stay again! Thanks to the owners for a wonderful place!!
