Family vacation
Unit was nice very well stocked kitchen. All bedrooms and bathrooms were big and perfect for our family. In the den there is not enough seating. There is only 1 couch and 1 chair and they were very old and worn out. They need to be replaced. We had a wonderful week and loved the Enclave family atmosphere.

Condo was a perfect setup for our family! The condo has been updated but there is paint peeling off of door frames and trim and paint job was not done with very good attention to detail. Furniture is adequate and the kitchen is well stocked.

Our family vacation
We try to do a family vacation each year with our kids & grandkids. This year we decided on Your condo in Orange Beach and we were highly impressed!! Everything was great & the location couldn’t have been any better for what we wanted to do. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the beach was the greatest!! We hope to come back again soon!! Thanks for helping us make more memories!!

We had a party of 8 and we enjoyed our stay overall. The only problem we had with the unit was the internet and the televisions in the living area, master suite, and king bedroom. There is a smart tv in the living area, but the internet is not fast enough to show good picture quality. There were so many different remotes that it was hard to figure out what went to which tv.

We loved our stay at Enclave
My family and I stayed at the Enclave for a week and absolutely loved it. The elevators were quick, maintenance team responsive and the condo was nicely renovated and comfortable.

Enclave 604--Aug. 5-12
LOVED the condo. It was perfect for our family. We had 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room to sleep and eat. Wonderful location. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The maintenance/security gentleman was extremely pleasant and helpful. Walmart Marketplace, Dollar General, and Winn Dixie are right across the street and made shopping easy and convenient. We will defintely request this unit again in the future and recommmend it to our friends.

We loved our stay in our Luxury Coastal condo. It was everything we expected. The only negative was parking for this time of year. Even though they provide you with (2) parking passes, you aren't even guaranteed (1). The alternative is to park offsite for an additional amount. For the cost of the unit for a week, at least (1) parking space should be assigned and usable only by the occupant of the unit. Other than that, we loved the area and the walkable businesses.

This condo was everything we hoped for! As other reviewers mentioned, some of the paint on the trim and doors isn’t in great shape. But we had no complaints. The room and bathroom layouts worked great for our group. The balcony view was stunning at sunrise (and all day). You can’t beat the beachfront location. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and rented beach chairs for a few days of our stay. I felt the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dish ware etc, but as advertised, they don’t provide any food (even salt/pepper/cooking oil) so pick it all up at the store. We also had no issues with parking but I assume it was low season when we traveled. Would stay here again!

Very nice condo. Had everything we needed. Living room furniture needs replacing and more of it. Balcony was wonderful! Luxury Coastal is fabulous! We have rented from them several times and will continue to do so. Every place we've rented has been very clean and ready to go .

High school friends girls weekend
We were a group of 5 fifty-somethings who have been friends since the early 80’s. The condo was great, well appointed, and close to the beach. Restaurants were within walking distance. Parking is a problem- one of our cars was towed.

This condo was absolutely stunning, they warned us about possible construction going on (out of their hands) but there was actually no construction so it was super peaceful! The private beach access was amazing and not too crowded at all like other beaches in the surrounding areas. Super clean and always a responsive crew getting back with us. They also put in an early check in request for all guests and allowed us to check in around noon! We will be back for sure!

This is a well decorated, spacious condo. It was perfect for our two families which included 4 adults and 5 kids. The location is outstanding with a quick elevator ride and steps to the pool and beach. Grocery stores are in walking distance. The floors could have used a better cleaning but that's typical with most of the condos being turned around on Saturdays. The check in information was helpful and as stated. It would be a nice touch to add a few more supplies like a bigger dish soap bottle, dishwasher pods, more paper towels and toilet paper. Overall it was a great stay!

Condo was nice and well appointed inside. Overall stay was enjoyable we were able to cook a meal in kitchen and everyone stayed comfortably. Building was quiet and well maintained and location was great.

The ois exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, especially when the afternoon storms chased us back to shelter! We also liked not having to drive to get to great restaurants that were just a block away.

So Perfect!
We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. We are a family consisting of 3 couples and 2 small children. This set up was perfect for us. The location was ideal as it is across the street from Walmart, ice cream shops, some boutiques, and a Mexican restaurant. We could walk anywhere we needed to go. The beach here is lovely!

Beach paradise
Our family of 10 had a wonderful week at the Enclave 64. Very spacious condo and right on the beach. We had a couple issues that management addressed right away. The indoor and outdoor pool were great to have. We really utilized the under counter ice maker. The balcony was wonderful and shady most of the time. We would definitely recommend his property

Great place for a large family!
This was our first stay at the Enclave. The property was well kept and clean. The decor was nice. In fact the web pictures do not do it justice. The property guard was very well informed and helpful. He had a budding personality which helped ease the pain of not enough parking at the complex itself. Views of the beach and access to the beach were fantastic. Space in the condo was great for our family of nine. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived that were taken care of immediately. Could not have asked the managers of the property to be nicer!!! As a family we always have a discussion at the end of the trip as to coming back to the place we have just visited. The vote was unanimous that we all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Our only suggestion is an update of technology in two of the bedrooms. Really a great place to stay! Visitors from Northport Alabama

Awesome Condo!
Our family had so much fun at this condo. It was large enough for all of us to be able to stay together but still have our own spaces. Beautiful place, and a great location on the beach. Ample space for the whole family, and an incredible view. Traffic is a bit crazy, so don’t plan to walk anywhere with smaller kids, but the location is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Cleaning crew that came in before we arrived left a film on the kitchen counters and the couches felt a little grimy. But other than that, it was an incredible stay and experience for our family.

Great for Families
We had a great stay at the property. It was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool on the rainy days too. The only downside is the internet connection is unreliable (rarely worked during our visit) and parking onsite is very limited.

This location is very convenient to beach, pool, dining, and groceries. The two large master suites and two additional bedrooms made it a great setup for two families. Amenities, including the icemaker, were nice touches that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely consider renting again.

Great bang for the buck!
Really enjoyed the stay. Everything was as listed. Two minor maintenance issues which were fixed within the hour. Parking is the only issue - 2 car limit and full lot 24x7. We did find out you can park overnight in line with the Wells Fargo Kiosk directly across the street and not be towed. DO NOT PARK AT WALMART OR ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THE MIDDLE STRIP BEHIND THE KIOSK OR YOU WILL BE TOWED.

Our family had a wonderful trip! The location was perfect - right on the beach, indoor and outdoor pool, and walking distance to the grocery stores. Communication with Luxury Coastal Vacations was EXCELLENT; they were very responsive. Additionally, because we had to travel on Easter Sunday the kids missed their usual Easter Egg Hunt - Luxury Coastal Vacations came to the rescue and surprised the kids with the best Easter baskets and treats!

Great Place and Location
The condo was nicely furnished with all of the amenities that you would need for relaxing and spending time with friends. The only thing is you only can have 2 parking passes and for others they have to park across the street @ the Mexican Restaurant or by the Wells Fargo ATM to not be towed. The beach access is great and not a long walk from your condo.

We stayed at the enclave for 5 nights in orange beach & booked through coastal vacations. The booking process was easy & the directions for check in & check out were easy to understand. The place looked just like the photos and was very nice. The only things I will note are the master bedroom bed is a little uncomfortable and the main living room tv would not connect to the internet. With having 3 teenagers, we really needed the internet. The remote and tv in the bunk room didn’t work at all. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would recommend this place!

We had a great stay! The size of the condo was great for 7 adults. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach was great! The kitchen was very minimal, so you will need to get all essentials like salt and pepper. The only real issue we faced was parking. They let us know parking is limited and we had to pay to park off site and walk multiple times coming home from dinner at night. It didn’t seem like there was even enough spots for one car each much less two cars. Beyond that, we were very happy with our stay. We would stay again but probably not in the busy season to avoid the parking situation.

Spring Break
The place, overall, was nice and clean and provided several extra blankets which was nice since the weather was on the cooler side. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The cold water hose for the washing machine had a leak and a maintenance person came to fix it within hours which was really nice and appreciated. The location was extremely convenient being directly across from Walmart and Publix. With the amount of traffic, being able to walk across the street to pick up a few things made this extremely nice. We also took advantage of the pickle ball courts throughout the week. I liked this property because not once did we ever have to wait for the elevators which we have had nightmarish experiences at higher-rise properties in the past. I would definitely stay at this location and this property again. Although the fat VRBO fee that is slapped on at the end was not expected and I would rent directly through the property itself. I will not be going through VRBO again for my rental services.

This condo has an amazing view and is very spacious. We took our parents and it was the first time they have stayed on the beach; they loved it! It is also right across the street from Walmart.
