We loved this condo so much and didn’t want to leave. Cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in which made us feel right at home. Short walk to the gulf. Stocked with all the things you need for a day at the beach.. Kitchen had everything you needed even a crock pot. Decorated flawlessly, obsessed with the pineapples. Double shower heads in the master bath. Furniture was comfortable and so were the beds. We enjoyed Florencia— such a beautiful and quiet complex. Communication from luxury vacation rentals was above and beyond.

This was the perfect place to stay at Perdido Key. It was secluded & private; only 7-10 residents of the condo rent out, and the permanent residents are incredibly friendly! The condo is located across the street from public beach access, and within driving distance of numerous state park beaches, restaurants, stores, as well as all the activities of Gulf Shores. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Trying to catch it all in the title, not one thing that you can complain about with this property, we’ve been to this area several times now and hands down this was the best place we’ve been to. Loved the indoor pool, the interior and the comfortable chairs, beds. Great shower! Got lucky but will be back.

Thank you for letting us stay with you!!! It was a great place with wonderful amenities, they had everything, the only thing I wish they would say before you come that the starter package includes one of everything and the rest you have to buy, like paper towels, toilet paper, 1 garbage bag and 1 laundry detergent…we wish we bought all this when we did grocery shopping, but we found this out after we got to our condo. Also, it would be nice to include that there are no beach towels provided. Otherwise, it was well worth it!

Florencia is by far my favorite place to stay in Perdido Key, the indoor pool is a lifesaver for rainy days and being walking distance to the beach that borders the state park allows for plenty of open beach and fewer people. (Fishing is also great right across from Florencia). Luxury Costal Vacations were very professional and helpful.

Very nice and clean. Love the views, it was my favorite. River Bay area on one side and beach on the other. It was perfect. Definitely will be back. I also loved the fact that it had the outdoor and indoor pool. It rained a lot so we enjoyed having the shelter of the indoor pool. Easy walk to the beach. Had a great fitness center. Condo was very nice and spacious, loved the decorations.

Hands down, the nicest condo I've ever stayed in in my last 30 years traveling to the Gulf Coast. Even though some of the parking lot was closed off due to ongoing repairs from the last hurricane, Luxury Vacations assisted in having outside parking available when we needed it. The balcony has a great view of the Old River, Ono Island, and enough of the Gulf to view spectacular sunsets. Roomy, lots of storage space in the kitchen pantry, great appliances and cooking tools - even includes a second refrigerator in the laundry room. The entire property was well maintained - really nice gym and pools. My family thought I was a genius for picking this - if only for a week.

We've been staying at Florencia for many years but first time in this unit. Nice Gulf view from the balcony. The condo was clean and well maintained and had been updated with some contemporary touches (flooring, shower, paint, decor, etc.). We would stay in this unit again. Surprising amount of damage still from the September 2020 hurricane. The indoor pool was closed all week, half the dock was gone, and a lot of the landscaping was lost. Booking and check-in were super easy, the rental firm was very responsive.

Everything was beautiful and as described. Construction was never really an issue. It is close to a main road, but noise wasn’t an issue either. The only issue was with a possible later check in due to lack of housekeeping, but we checked in not long after regular. Things were clean and well working.

The moment you arrive at a new rental is always a little nerve racking. You never know what you are going to get. This place was even better than we expected! The condo is beautifully crafted and the decorations are straight from a Coastal Living magazine. The check in process was very smooth. We had an issue with the shower in the master bathroom not draining. I called and Stephanie was very warm and helpful. Someone was at the condo within an hour and had everything working perfectly. We can't wait to come for another stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Florencia 703! The condo was beautiful, the views from the balcony were simply amazing, and the sunsets were to die for! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed and more for cooking. The condo also included beach necessities, such as umbrellas, chairs, toys and boogie boards. LCV checked in at the start of our stay and during (via text) to make sure we had everything we needed and just to make sure there weren't any issues with the condo. We loved the LCV linens and towels which added that extra level of overall comfort. The Forencia complex is beautiful and we enjoyed the pools, exercise room, sauna and steam room, and it's just across the street from the beach and Perdido Key state park, which gives you endless, unobstructed, and completely natural beach access! We would definitely recommend Luxury Coastal Vacations and look forward to coming back to Perdido Key soon!
