Was everything as advertised and more! They have provided everything you could possibly need for the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, sunscreen, toys, etc.) as well as extras of the things easily left at home like bandaids, pads/tampons, Q tips, etc. It was such a convenient spot for getting to the beach (3 min walk out the back door) and to the pool. My only complaint was when they were cleaning the unit above it was super loud because they were dragging all the furniture around so you could hear it scraping which was really annoying. Other than that, perfect stay!

We added on a few days to our vacation in Perdido Key and chose Grand Caribbean for those days. I’m SO happy that we found this one. The level of detail that these owners took to make their guests feel welcome has surpassed anywhere we’ve stayed recently. The linens were great, the towels were so much better than typical cheap, hotel towels, there was an adjustable bed, all kitchen and bath amenities that you could hope for & play items for the pool/beach. And everything was labeled. Being on the ground floor was also extremely convenient- no wait for an elevator when loading/unloading or coming from the beach (which is closer than some long boardwalks on ‘gulf front’ units). Wonderful attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back.

Grand Caribbean East 107 was awesome! It was very clean, well stocked, and the inside was beautiful. The room was ground floor next to the pool so it was perfect for my husband and two boys. They were in the pool while my husband and I rested and the beach was a very short easy walk to get to it. It was a very relaxing week! We’ve already put a deposit on the condo for next year!

This condo is one of the best furnished and well stocked rentals we have ever stayed at! Love how close the unit is to Johnson Beach and the pool/hot tub is literally steps away. We appreciated all the attention to details including what was needed for time at the beach with a wagon, beach chairs, tote bag and towels. We also appreciated the chilled wine bottle and coffee k cups and cream upon arrival. Grocery store was not far and kitchen is well supplied. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect for a peaceful beach getaway! Very conveniently located across from the pool and steps away from private beach access. Also has beach and pool toys, a wagon, a cooler, and beach chairs already. Plenty of towels and extra linens, kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and dishes needed for home cooked meals.
