My four friends and I just spent a lovely few days at this condo. We loved how clean and fresh the space felt. Having free parking and being able to walk to the beach easily within 2 minutes was invaluable. I loved being far enough from the crowds in town, yet close enough to drive in a very short time to restaurants and shops. I talked a couple of times with Customer Service during our stay and the ladies I spoke with were super friendly and personable as well as helpful. I can't think of any way in which our stay could have been better. We will definitely return!

Extremely clean condo. One of the cleanest in many years. No dirt in the corners, hair in the bathrooms, or sticky, sandy floors. Check in was a breeze. Condo provides easy access to the beach with a boardwalk. Probably a shorter walk than some beachfront condos. During our stay, the coffee pot broke and Luxury Coastal had a new one delivered within a few hours. Overall great stay. Condo was nicely decorated with quality bedding. A fan on the patio would be a great addition. With it being a ground floor condo, there is no breeze on the patio. Easy parking, low density, and easy beach access makes this a great place to stay.

We loved our stay! The host was responsive, the customer service was great when I had to call to report damages. The place was beautiful, the beach was easily accessible, and was perfect for our three young kids. We will be staying here again!

We loved staying in this condo. It’s on the ground floor so it made going to the beach and pool super easy and quick. There was plenty of room for everyone and the host was super friendly when she got back to us after being locked out. the beach access was right out the back door and the beach is clean and private. Super great experience and loved getting to relax ☀️

Upon arriving it was nice to see a well kept landscaping . The condo we stayed at was very welcoming and clean . And it was a nice quiet area also with a short walk to the pool . I 100% recommend The grand Caribbean East.

Had an amazing time in your condo. It was extremely clean, well appointed with all the items you would need when you arrive, and furniture & kitchenware are in perfect condition. The unit is in a terrific location right next to the pool and walkway to beach. The condominium grounds are wonderfully maintained and clean. Will definitely be back to enjoy everything this unit has to offer!

We just stayed here for a girls trip and it was Fantastic! Very clean and the most comfy beds! Very easy walk to the beach and pool was right outside the door. Would 100% recommend.

This unit is adorable and inviting! From comfy beds to a fully functional kitchen with a washer and dryer - this unit has everything you need! Step from the back patio to the pool, or walk to the beach. You're close enough to head back for snacks, forgotten towels, or cold drinks. The beach is beautiful and family-oriented. Make this your next relaxing getaway or family vacation.

We have nothing but great things to say about this adorable place! Easy check in; we were even able to check in early. Very short walk to the beach, and next to the pool. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, all of the amenities in the kitchen. Definitely would stay again!

This place was perfect fit for me and my family. I loved the decorations and the comfy bed. My favorite part was how close the beach is I just step off the back patio was able to walk to the beach barefoot. Then it was easy to walk back for missed items of the bathroom. We will be back soon!

So excited about this condo and so convenient for my family. I love that it is on the ground floor. Everything is freshly decorated easy access to the pool and hot tub. Very easy to make it to the beach with kids and all beach item's. We will definitely visit this place again, so looking forward to being able to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay. You can tell the owners take pride in this condo right by the beach. It's about a 1 minute walk to the white sands and clear water. The Gulf shore National Seashore park is about a 1/4 mile from the place too. If you like the nightlife you are about a 5 minute drive to Flora-Bama and 7-10 minutes from Orange Beach. We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. All the appliances are new, I think we were the first ones to use the pots and pans too. We will definitely be going back there.
