Grand Caribbean East 403

Overall, we had a great experience! Great location on the quieter end of the key, but still just minutes down the street from everything we wanted to do (shop, eat local, attend the rodeo, enjoy a dolphin cruise, etc.). It was also super walkable to the beach just down a little path. The only slight issue I encountered was not receiving a response when I text, which was the best method of contact according to the instructions. We felt pretty icky from the long drive and from a quick visit to the beach since we arrived in town early and just wanted to take a quick shower before the rodeo. It was only 40 minutes until regular check-in time, so we reached out to see if the unit was ready to go on in. Unfortunately, we never received a personal response back, only an automated text closer to 4:00pm stating that we could check in. I understand that there are hiccups in daily operations, however, and wouldn’t let this minor thing keep me from returning!

Great place! The description is a little off as 403 does not have a wrap-around balacony, but it is a nice size. Look in the ottoman to add more fun to your stay 😊 Bring coffee filters if you're a coffee drinker. Very clean and family friendly. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Family of 6 fit just fine with the bunk beds. Kitchen has everything you need and then some, including a (2 gallon?) crab pot. We cooked for nearly every meal for 6 days and had everything we needed. Very clean and updated. Will come back.

What a lovely place to stay! The condo looked exactly as pictured. This was our first trip as a family of 6. Our kids are 2, 4, 6 & 8 years old, and this was adequate space for us all. While we did not play any, the condo was stocked with many board games. Three TVs meant no one fought about what to watch at night. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to make simple meals. I’m grateful the unit had a washer & dryer- six people equals a lot of dirty laundry! Also made it easy to keep beach towels clean. We loved the patio furniture- waking up and sitting in the rocking Adirondack chairs in the sunrise was good for the soul. The trek to the beach took less than 10 minutes. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Overall the building seems well kept. I would recommend this condo, and would stay here again. I’m sad to have left paradise to head back home to Michigan; but the memories we made will live on! :)

The property matched the pictures, was extremely clean, had everything we needed and more! We overpacked and didn’t even need half of what we brought or bought which was nice. There were no issues and the beds were extremely comfy. The kids loved it and it was very spacious. The board games were found halfway through which came in clutch during the rainy day we had mid-week. If we come back to the area we would choose this unit again!

This place is awesome. It is perfect for a family and comfortable for 6 people. The kitchen is very well equip and you would comfortably be able to stay here for a weekend or for months. The location is private. The beach is unbelievable. 10/10 recommend and I will be going back!
