One thing that needs to balanced or check is the fan in the bedroom it makes a crazy loud noise when you turn it on high speed and you can hear it throughout the whole house.
They need to update their is no accessible gym on listings. Also could have some plastic cups for kids not to break. The water didn’t stay hot extremely long.
But over all great stay! The bedding and blankets were great!

This place was clean, the area was nice enough. It is very old/original and has absolutely no extras that you typically expect with Airbnb’s but it got the job done. They did provide a ton of towels which was appreciated. Hate having to wash towels each time you shower on vacation! However, the “public beach” that’s walkable from this condo is not usable. It’s MAYBE 25’ wide sandwiched between condos with their trillions of umbrellas and chairs. The 25’ is roped off with signs NOT to cross into the condo areas. If you don’t mind driving to the beach (inconvenient with kids), Johnson Beach is only 3-5 min drive down the road and was pretty and relatively quiet aside from the weekend. $25 fee for 7 day pass there. In short, don’t book this for a walkable beach but it was nice for a short 3 day girls trip with no bells and whistles.

Nice place . The only thing we could complain about it not being able to use the private parts of the beach right by the hotel . We had to use the small public access area.

This place was perfect! I used it for
My Bachlorette trip!! It was a second away from the beach and so easy to get there !! The rooms were very nice and kitchen wa nice !!! We loved coming here ! And will for sure come back! Also very close to restruants like cobalts and flora bama were only like 15 min away !

We loved our time at this Perdido Key condo. It was clean, comfortable, nice view. The public beach access was convenient, but the neighboring beach chair vendors hog the entire area and said that we couldn’t rent the chairs which was confusing and annoying as they were mostly empty. So we drove to Johnson Beach and Big Lagoon instead. All in all, a great trip!

I really enjoyed my stay in the LCV condo. It was clean, easy to get to, and had a lovely view of the beach from my balcony. The unit was 5 minutes walk to the beach, which was nice. I didn't use the pool but there were plenty of people using it and having a great time. I also liked that the unit had picnic tables and charcoal grills out by the pool.
The room was very clean and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and large fridge. Comfortable too. Plenty of fresh linens and towels.
Finally, check in and out was extremely easy, and LCV was proactive about communicating gate codes, check-in/check-out instructions, and responding to questions about the unit. 100% would rent again!

The condo was great and as advertised. It exceeded expectations. I will note that the public beach area is very small sandwiched between 2 private beaches, so if you plan to setup an umbrella etc go stake your spot early. Still a 5 star review of the property. I just thought this might be useful if anyone was looking to primarily do beach time.
Condo was clean, kitchen had all items needed. Washer and dryer, dishwasher. Pool was great. There were 2 parking passes. This is a “quieter” area - if you drive down towards the Alabama line there’s lots more restaurants and more commotion, so we really liked this spot. Additionally, the national seashore is just a few minutes away with lovely beaches. You can view the gulf from the back porch between the two high rises that are right on the beach.

Had a great stay here!! It was just me with my children because my husband was out of town working. It had everything we needed, very easy to get into. Very close to good restaurants. The walk to the beach was easy, and the pool was great.

The condo was very clean and had a nice view of the ocean, which was a short walk away. Instructions were clear and it was easy to enter the complex and unit. Pool area was great! The only part that was an issue was the beach area which is public access. It’s a small space and the private condos on both sides had security patrolling to make sure you weren’t on their property. Someone told me to go further down the beach where they weren’t as fussy so it worked out.

Everything was just as described. it was a great mini vacation. It is in Perdido Key so 30 minutes from Pensacola area. Short walk to beach. Short drive to a few restaurants. We saw dolphins and beach was perfect. Only thing I would add is definitely bring extra toilet paper and trash bags because they only provide one which is stated in their description but just didn't occur to me with all the girls we had! Also bring coffee filters because we couldn't find any of those.

Super nice condo, very clean updated space. They condo is not beachfront and there is no private beach access. You have to use the public beach access which can get very crowded. Overall a wonderful stay but a little pricey for across the road public beach access

This was a quick 3 night stay with friends. The price was right and the location was great. Check-in was easy. Condo had everything we needed. The fridge was not working when we got there but the manager took care of the problem quickly. They brought us an ice chest and fixed the fridge when the part came the next day. Beds are comfy. They provided lots of towels.

This property is Wonderful! Excellent Views, Easy Beach Access. It had everything we needed! Enjoyed listening to the Ocean drinking coffee on the Balcony! The Beach was Very Clean with Sparkling Water and cool shells from the reef! The Communication with Property Staff was Amazing... We had a wonderful stay! The pull out couch bed needs repaired but we ended up not needing it so it didn’t really impact our stay.
Walking distance to the beach. The public access is a smaller area so get there early or drive down to the larger public access.
10/10 would stay again!

it was in a great location and we had tons of fun with easy access to the beach

The room was nice and very accommodating. We did not like the designated area of beach to stay at along with the public beach access. It was over crowded and I was not aware of the boundaries we had before booking or I would of never booked there due to the fact I have small children. Many people staying there were unaware of this either. It would be helpful if it was put in the description. Not to mention it's the smallest area to share with public access. I was not happy with that at all. We stayed at the grand Caribbean east last year and it was way more comfortable on the beach then it was here.

This condo was very clean and was within close proximity to the beautiful beach (about a 4 minute walk). You can definitely see and hear the beach from the balcony, which was great. The condo has lots of dishes and cookware, but there is no oil, salt, pepper or spices for cooking, so you’ll need to get your own. The AC was working great and was nice and cold, and the water gets hot quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the TV had lots of ways to watch like Disney+, regular TV, and you can sign into Netflix, Hulu, etc. We enjoyed the company of the other people at the complex and beach, & everyone was very kind. There were quite a few great places to eat nearby like the Sunset Grille and Lillian’s pizza. All in all this place was great and we would come back again to enjoy the same location.
