Great condo. Great location.
Really enjoyed the condo. Very clean. Plenty of room for 4 people. All appliances were in great working order, even the large ice maker! Always having ice on hand made cooler packing very easy. Many restaurants within walking distance. Great location.

Great Time.
The condo was very clean and the views off the balcony were fantastic. There were a few things that needed some attention, but nothing that effected the stay. I believe being an older condo had some to do with it but overall I would not hesitate to come again or let others know to rent this unit. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect views
Loved the location and the view from the balcony over looking the pass was spectacular. Very modern beach vibe in the decor and very clean. We will definitely book this again.

Prescription Paradise.
There were so many fun surprises to this rental. Starting with a wonderful bar ice maker. The kitchen was well organized with tools for my chef husband to prepare wonderful dinners. If you are into aesthetics, this is the place for you. The beach theme rose to a sophisticated lever. Soothing colors, comfy seating, good art. But here is where we lived...on the deck. The table and chairs were the comphy spit to watch pelicans that flew less than five feet from us. We watched dolphins play. Ships came and went. A few times we walked the boardwalk to the beach and found a lovely collection of shells. We are older visitors and didn’t have to deal with spring break college crowd. . We left our paradise only to eat at Mikkys. The key lime pie was the best we ever had. Charlene thank you for creating a haven that allowed us to relax the minute we arrived. When can we come back!

The Perfect Spot
We spent a little time around Orange Beach the night we landed and it was beautiful!! However, we ended up not leaving the condo at all the next day. There was no reason to- the view from the beautiful huge deck, the weather, and condo made it an easy decision! Spent our last day tanning down at the pool☺️Seriously everything about this place was amazing! Thank you Charlene!!

Location perfection!
I cannot say enough about our stay at 702 Grand Point. From booking to check in to check out, communication was positive and consistent. Comfortable beds and furniture with a more modern but relaxed vibe. What would bring us back is the location and the spectacular views from the balcony of the gulf and the pass. Nothing else like it really in the area. My only suggestions would be to install some taller toilets. As a retiree with knee issues, it would make a huge impact on the level of comfort. Also, for those coming from out of state, leave instructions about what to do with recycling. Thank you for everything!

Really good!
It is a very nice place. We enjoyed the view and the access to the beach. Just a few suggestions. ONE: maybe provide more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults for 4 days. TWO: Definitely provide more than one packet of dishwasher powder. THREE: while the shutters on the patio door are or were nice when bought a few years back. They need to be hung to were they are easy to close and not pop open on you. The goods: plenty of towels, rags and hand towels, very clean, plenty of kitchen essentials to cook big or small meals, great A/C, the view is phenomenal, the clean up requirements upon departure were very reasonable. Loved having a washer and dryer, loved the keypad entry. Thank you!

Summer Vacay
Great condo. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect as it’s on the beach with great views of the water and walking distance to many restaurants. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed for renovations and we were not told about that. Having two kids ages 4 and 6 this was not a great thing to find out after we arrived.. I would highly suggest asking if all of the amenities will be available before booking. But other than that we had a nice experience.

Great place for fishing and boat lovers
We had a great time property was clean and the view was amazing. If you looking for a condo to go fishing this one is it . We loved watching all the boats come around through the day.

This property was amazing to say the least. Very nice and spacious. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room. Property management was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The condo is in a fantastic location and the view from the balcony is hard to beat. We would definitely book this place again in the future

Wonderful work, leisure stay.
The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Awesome views of the gulf and bay. The sunrises were spectacular! Kitchen was well stocked. Just wish it had a keurig for a fast cup of coffee, but regular coffee pot was fine , and definitely wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. East check in and check out. Had a wonderful stay.

Comfort of home on Vaca

Exceeded expectations!
We had a wonderful Father's day weekend getaway! It was unfortunate that Tropical storm Claudette decided to intervene but we made the best of it. Took advantage of the indoor pool and on Saturday the clouds gave way and we were able to enjoy some sun and the outside pool as well. The beach was still too windy for the kids but who needs to walk on the beach when you have this gorgeous view! The condo was perfect and exceeded expectations. This was our 1st booking with VRBO and it was flawless. Look forward to staying again in the future!

Great panoramic views
We loved the location watching the boats coming and going. There is easy access to the beach. The building is doing renovations but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The sea wall is just below and you can fish there also. Several restaurants within walking distance. The unit was amazingly clean. No fan in the bedroom so bring one if you like that. One favorite item was the large ice maker. The kitchen was well equipped. We always enjoy breakfast on vacation. Great balcony to relax.

Nice place, lovely view
We enjoyed our stay at this property. All was as described and as seen in picture. Condo was clean, had a nice balcony with lovely view. The place was comfortable and due to my being on a special diet, was able to cook what I needed in the kitchen. Location was convenient and we had no issues other than a terribly noisy Ice Maker, which we did not need, so we turned it off. Towels and sheets were good quality and essentials were provided for a comfortable stay.

Loved the overall feel of the living space. Very usable and comfortable. Kitchen could use a meat thermometer. But otherwise we had everything needed to cook a nice meal. The master bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!

View of the beautiful Waterways
The perfect spot for my family. We watched the boats coming in and out . The property was extremely quite and easy to get around. The pool was nice and the beach wasn’t as crowded being the last spot before the bridge . We will definitely book here again.

Fantastic View
The family and I made a last minute dash to the beach and stayed in this unit for a few days. You cannot beat the view of Alabama pass! The beach itself is a little harder to see from the balcony but I enjoyed the pass more anyway. Watching the sunrise and the boats traveling in and out was great! If you like fishing, the jetties are just a short walk away as well. Inside the unit had everything we needed. Plenty of closet space. Though there is only a free standing pantry. We weren’t there for long and didn’t keep much food. So not and issue on this trip. The cabinets under the sink weren’t very full and could probably be used as a pantry if needed. It was very spacious otherwise. The only minor issues we ran into was the unit is in need of a deep clean and a realtor showed up unexpectedly with his clients. The unit is for sale but we found out he was supposed to notify the property management team and failed to do so. Other than those details, we enjoyed the unit and our stay as a whole!

2023 vacay
The view off the balcony is more of the boats passing than the beach but was still beautiful! Beds were comfortable and place was roomy. Cleaning needs a little improvement as ice maker was moldy and a couple others things but overall nice place.
