The house is very nice inside. It has modern or recently updated ammenities. It's good for large groups. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes. We went 4th of July weekend and the beach still wasn't too crowded, and there were plenty of houses nearby shooting fireworks. Communications from the property manager could have been better check in is a little later than normal despite check out being a little earlier than usual.
