The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was so nice to have your own elevator for the right wing of the building and coming straight out into the unit foyer was very cool! Beds were comfy and the views were gorgeous!

Beautiful condo! Perfect for our family of 9. Access to beach was easy. Minor maintenance issues were addressed quickly. Our biggest complaint is floors and dining table were not clean. Our feet/socks were black , and when wiping the table the rag and our hands were black.

Our original reservation was at Spanish Key, but there was an issue with water damage, so we were moved here. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week. Great condo, spacious, and great amenities as well. We loved the pool area and we loved the theatre room that was available. We will definitely be booking another vacation at the Indigo!

Indigo West 1101 is a lovely, serene place for a vacation. The photos provided show the panoramic views of the ocean provided by every window in the front of the unit, including both the kitchen and the master bedroom. All four rooms provide king beds and private bathrooms, making it a great place for us to entertain our 3 children and their families. The best feature of this unit is its proximity to a beautiful and pristine beach. We enjoyed walking every morning, and our grandchildren enjoyed digging, running, and exploring. Grocery stores and shops are available about 5 minutes away, along with too many restaurants to visit in only one month. We were so comfortable there that we have booked it already for next February. All 3 children are eager to return for another family gathering.

Wonderful stay; enjoyed the views of the gulf all day long from inside the condo and from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Nice to have an elevator for every two units per floor. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Charlene’s condo was Beautiful!
It was such a pleasure to arrive to the most gorgeous, and spotless place right on the beach with balcony overlooking gulf. Facilities had everything you could want. Pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts etc. and even a small movie theater you could reserve.

We stayed at W1101 condo in the Indigo Condo properties. It was a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath, condo with a large balcony overlooking the grounds and beach. The 4 king-size beds were confortable with soft sheets. It was clean and well-maintained with contemporary leather furniture thoughout. It had every kitchen appliance we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner! It is close to other condos, grocery stores, restaurants/bars, etc. Our family had a great Thanksgiving week here.

The unit is beautiful and the beds were good. We had 8 adults and felt like we all had good space to be alone and together. The closet doors by the washer and dryer need attention and the vent fan in the master bath is loud. Overall, fantastic! Management company is great!

Everything about our stay was positive. Clean and spacious condo. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The only thing I can say that i didnt like is the numerous chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach and no one using them and us having to sit behind them or pay $30/day to rent. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Our two families of 4 had the best time staying in your condo. Going in I we booked because of the 4 bath, 4 king structure but my favorite surprises were the corner unit has windows with an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach on two sides, and the unit easily sits 16 people in the family room alone because of the considerate purchase of furniture. Splendid detail when we we had another family of 5 come over from their condo for a birthday party. My other big deal for beach travel is I love high rise views of the beach, the 11th floor balcony checked that box every morning and late evening. Can’t wait to return,all staff was on site and had big smiles just like mine :)

We would stay at this exact condo again. We saw many dolphins from the balcony each morning. The bedrooms were gorgeous and the entire place was decorated so beautiful. Luxury coastal vacations was a pleasure to work with as well!

This was our first beach trip with both of our boys since our second was born a little over a year ago. We were looking for a low key, non-touristy place and we found it. The facility itself was wonderful and very kid friendly. The private beach area was extremely clean and it was nice to be able to leave your things on the beach and know that they would be there when you returned in the afternoon. The pool was remarkable and the zero entry and fountains were a favorite of both of our boys (3 years and 16 months). The extra security on the property was nice. It is a gated property and the elevators were semi-private and opened straight to our door. Upon entering our "home" for the week, we were greeted with floor to ceiling windows with views of the beautiful gulf. The pictures really do not do the condo justice. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with what you would need to be able to cook throughout the weeK. Thank you to all of the staff at Luxury Coastal Vacations. Everyone was extremely helpfull! This was really a great, relaxing place to visit and we will return again, especially since my 3 year old is now calling it his beach home. ;).

My wife and I have visited many other beaches and have stayed in a mix of houses and condos on the beach. This by far was not only the nicest property we have stayed in, but felt more relaxed than we have anyplace before. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our expectations were greatly exceeded once we entered the property. As soon as you walk into the living room there are floor to ceiling windows with a breathtaking view. This condo has everything you'd want in a rental. Very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. The owner has put a lot of time and attention into the details of the property. From the furnishings, to the pictures on the walls, they left no stone unturned. As far as amenities, they are all there. From the large accommodating pool, hot tub, tennis courts- there's always something to do. Also , if you want to take your family to the "movies", they have a theater right there on property for no cost. All in all, from the seamless ck in , the gorgeous condo, and the amenities that were provided we will definitely be back! Can't wait til next year!
