This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed!! The layout of the condo itself and all the amenities within were perfect for us!When a small plumbing issue arose, it was taken care of quickly!!The pool areas were well tended and suitable for all ages. And the ocean view from the balcony of the condo was gorgeous!!We would definitely consider this condo for another family vacation!!!

Was Very Happy With Our Stay

The condo was so roomy for everyone. Having a gated community was really nice. Never had a problem while we were there. Communication with management would super easy and helped accommodate our needs when we needed them. You cannot go wrong with this condo. Will come back.

Overall, we had a fabulous stay! There were 10 of us (6 adults, 4 kids). We loved the condo. There was plenty of room for us all. We will definitely be back. There was a lot of great restaurants and things to do in the area and the beach was great. We even got 3 days of big waves!
A few things to mention...the faucet in the kitchen was a bit leaky when trying to turn it off....the dryer took a little time to figure out the controls...it would've been nice to have room darkening shades as the sun is very bright in the morning...also, I would suggest having some extra pillows as well.
And the biggest complaint we had was that we didn't want to rent umbrellas for the week and it was not allowed to set-up in front of them. Other large condos put the umbrellas a bit further back and allow people to set-up in front of them. We made the best of it though.

Spacious Condo in Beautiful Location

Condo was close to two grocery stores and several restaurants...also in driving distance to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and very close to Pensa Cola. Perdido Key is a beautiful area. Pool was fantastic...zero entry on one end, a large 3 foot deep kiddie pool, and nice outdoor hot tub, which we enjoyed several times during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating in living room. Several games in tv console and few chairs, pool noodles and misc. toys/items in common area closet.

Parking is an issue with large families.

Everything was great. Only issue is that if a family rents a 4 bedroom then you should be able to get 3 parking passes.
