Every thing was as described. furnishing felt thoughtful and were nicer than other places we've stayed. one thing of Note, this is a duplex. there were others in the other half of the house which we rarely saw and never heard, so not an issue at all, just not clear in the listing to me. beautiful house, perfect for my family and beach access.

The Airbnb home we stayed in was absolutely stunning – spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. It offered the perfect blend of comfort and style, making it feel like a true home away from home. The best part was the location – the beach was practically deserted, giving us a sense of privacy and serenity that’s hard to come by. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The weather couldn’t have been better, with clear skies and warm temperatures all week long. The views from the decks were breathtaking – we enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while watching the waves roll in, and the sunsets were simply magical. One of the highlights was the hot tub – a perfect way to unwind after a day of beach fun, it was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the calm evening air. Everything about this vacation was just perfect. From the beautiful home to the to the tranquil beach, every detail exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and location quiet. There was some confusion regarding locks placed on the beach gate and outdoor shower. The rental company was helpful resolving these issues. Overall good experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the beach with easy access, and we loved starting our mornings sipping coffee and watching dolphins right from the deck. It really made our stay special.
The space was surprisingly spacious for a duplex, and having two refrigerators was a huge perk!

We had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving week. The weather was great, beach was not crowded at all, and the house was exactly as described. Plenty of parking available, plenty of storage for chairs at the beach (although there were several chairs provided), the interior was exactly as described, the hot tub was a fantastic way to relax at the end of the day, and the views of the beach were incredible. The communication from Luxury Coastal Vacations was also exceptional - they reached out to me several times to make sure we had everything we needed, and were even able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

We had a wonderful trip! My kids said it was their favorite beach trip. Being on the beach is so worth it, it made it easy to run back and forth to get snacks, sunscreen, etc. The house was beautiful and the perfect size for family and friends. They had a chest full of games for game night! Two big refrigerators were great for this size house and people. The hot tub was a hit, and it was very clean. The beach was never crowded because there were no high rises around. We went to Tacky Jacks and the Sassy Bass, both just minutes away. The food was wonderful. We also visited the museum and Fort, which was just 5 minutes down the road and so fun to see! It was absolutely delightful and we hope to visit again soon!

The house was perfect for our family & friends to stay in for my daughter's beach wedding next door. Our stay was so wonderful, we added an extra day to relax and recoup from the wedding before heading home The decor was lovely and exactly like the photos.
Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and loved two fridges. Layout is nice and worked for us. The main level master bedroom was perfect for my mom so she didn't have to go up and down stairs unless leaving the house. But the basement bedroom must come up one flight of stairs to the half bath and two flights to get to a full bathroom. The 2nd level master BR was nice with a private balcony. The bunk room has no air vent so gets warm if you close the door. We enjoyed the newly installed hot tub. The View!
The amenities don't list, but they have a pack-n-play for an infant and toddler, child silverware, baby pool, sun shade tent, and beach chairs. Look in the storage area under the house.
Bring toilet paper and beach towels.

Our family loved our stay! Spacious & airy with the beach right out the door. We could easily spend the morning on the beach and eat lunch inside before going back out.
We particularly loved that the area wasn’t overcrowded or over developed.
I would suggest ordering a shade structure when you book your stay.

We had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect size for our group of 10, with room to spare. (3 couples, 1 Single adult and 3 kids ages 5-8) We had almost everything that we needed for our 5 day stay through the 4th of July. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, the kids loved the table full of games and the bedrooms were super comfortable. While there were no beach chairs and umbrellas provided, we knew that before arriving and rented a package from Gulf Coast Rental and it worked out perfectly, as they delivered right before we arrived and picked up shortly after we checked out. The house being a duplex never bothered us either, as you couldn't even tell unless you were outside at the same time and we were blessed with very sweet neighbors through our stay. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and I would recommend this place to anyone looking!

Was exactly as stated with direct access to the beach with beautiful white sand and well maintained house. We had a large group of 13 with no issues fitting everyone including lots of kids under 10. I will say it’s a good 20 min drive to town and the main strip but for us exactly what we wanted. When we went out we made a day of it otherwise we enjoyed the property and less chaotic beach at our fingertips. Gulf shores is a beautiful place to visit and the house did not dissapoint.

This was a fantastic place! Family from various locations in the south were able to gather here. We enjoyed a great week of great food and football and walks on the beach!
I would definitely stay here again. People should know however that it is 20-25 minutes from the shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores and be prepared for the drive. Our family booked a fishing charter that left from Ft Morgan (about 5 minutes away) and kayaked and hiked at Bon Secour (about 10 minutes). A couple of days the ocean was smooth enough to kayak from the beach.
The house also had a great supply of games and plenty of spaces to hang out.

Absolutely beautiful home! We easily slept 14 people for a week. The host were extremely responsive and helpful with check in. My only recommendation would be to provide larger multi use shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom. I didn’t read the part where it said only master would have soaps so we had to make a quick trip to store for necessities! The home was extremely clean and well kept. The location and private access to beach was great for our large family trip. It was a great week and hopefully we will be renting this house again next year!

We had a great vacation. It was awesome having 2 refrigerators. The place was well maintained. We loved hanging out on the deck, overlooking the white sand beaches and listening to the waves crash. The house is a duplex, but you would never know. It was huge and you never heard a sound from the neighbors next-door.
We had a minor maintenance issue, and they were very prompt and resolved it immediately.

Wonderful property with plenty of room for family. 5 star all around. . Only issue was we thought it was a solo house and not a duplex based on the listing. No one was renting the other side during our stay so it had no impact on us. However, if it was rented during our stay we would have been a little disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful house that was the perfect place for our family vacation for 12. There were so many rooms and bathrooms that everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The living area was nice and open which was great for meals and hanging out both in and outdoors. The entire house was well appointed with ample kitchen supplies (including a blender and crockpot). We towed our jet skis down and were able to launch them just up the road at fort Morgan launch. Keeping them on the beach in front of the house, during the day, was extremely convenient for the days we used them! Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our vacation, highly recommend!

The house was perfect for us. We had nine people (four adults and children aging from 4-15). We didn’t use the basement bedroom, so we can’t speak to that area of the house but everything else was comfortable and clean. The outdoor shower was great. We left some beach chairs and toys since they didn’t fit in our luggage to come home. The weather was chilly this time of year but we managed to still get on the beach :) we enjoyed local eateries and touring Ft Morgan. We ventured all the way to Foley, AL and it was great, keeping all of us thoroughly entertained.

Inheritance Delayed is a beautiful duplex right on the beach at Fort Morgan. It has beautiful views, and we saw dolphins playing every morning. My daughter enjoyed bringing her paddle board and going out in the early morning. We had a dreadful cold snap starting the second day. It was so cold we didn’t even want to go outside. But there were lots of games and TVs to keep busy. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Make sure to bring salt and pepper and spices if you plan to cook! We had a great time, and would love to visit again.

This location and property are the best that our family has ever stayed in for the 54 years we have been married. To be able to look out the windows on both floors and see the ocean is so good for the soul. And to share with family was the best. Because of health concerns for our daughter we cooked in for every meal. My wife found every thing needed to do an outstanding job. And the ability to visit with family all in one location was convenient. The teenagers loved the bunk room and the other bedrooms were beautiful and the bathrooms outstanding with all new fixtures. The deck was overlooking the water and the wide white sand beach and a pleasant place to visit. Lots of places to eat and a grocery store a 10 minute drive away. Heaven away from home.

We had the absolute BEST time on our vacation! The home is perfectly situated - with AMAZING views that are away from the crowds, We saw dolphins every day from the deck and loved being toes in the sand when we stepped off the deck. The private outside shower was a bonus for us! This house was super comfortable for our large family group and the kids loved the cozy bunk room. It had everything we could have asked for and we can’t wait to return next year.

This house was amazing! It is apparent the owner very thoughtfully appointed this rental from top to bottom. With a larger group, having 2 refrigerators was a HUGE plus. The location is secluded- you have your own piece of paradise right at your doorstep. Checkin was a breeze, and communication with the manager was nice and easy. We will definitely plan to return to this beach house for our family's next getaway!

This is one of the best properties our family has ever stayed at. It is up to date, no hand me down furniture, all appliances as listed, very clean and well taken care of. It was right on the beach and was close to town for supplies. I would highly recommend it.
