We LOVED the condo, location and pool. This was our first time staying here and we liked that th complex smaller and not a big high rise. No waiting in lines for elevators, we didn’t have the crowds at the pool and we were there in peak summer season. We had the pool to ourselves several days and we loved the swings off the pier you could enjoy while fishing. The views were beautiful and we saw so many dolphins. The condo was the cutest and the best was the view of thr beach and the bay. That was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and my girls loved having their own beds and room. They said they were the most comfortable beds! It was just perfect and we will for sure stay again. We did end up driving right down the road to the beach access so we didn’t have to haul all our stuff across the street but that wasn’t a big deal and we loved not being right in the middle of all the high rise condos so the beach wasn’t so crowded. We didn’t have to deal with people all around us. Thanks for a great week!

Condo was fresh and clean. The decor was so pretty and beachy. The condo was very well kept and all the appliances and utensils were updated and clean. We were provided everything we need. We enjoyed boating with other family members who rented other condos there. We will definitely return.

Loved everything about this place. Beautiful furnishings and everything that you could want in the kitchen. Stunning sunrise and sunset views from the windows and balconies. Elevator made it easy to unload and load up. We had the beach to ourselves, although the trail wasn't marked. I didn't ever want to leave.

We loved the unit! We were impressed with not only the attention to detail with the interior and patio design but we were impressed with the little things like not having to reach behind the couch to plug in our phone charger because they already had plugs next to the couch and next to the beds! Between the pull out couch, the roll away bed and the 2 bedrooms there was plenty of room to sleep. We live close so will definitely book again!

We fished off the dock, layed on the beach and visited all the wonderful restaurants. You get a perfect view of the ocean and Ole River on your private balcony. I will be a returning customer.

Jubilee Landing is a wonderful, quiet condo. The condo is nicely furnished and has such a warm, beachy feel. Perfect location to enjoy looking at the river, the pool and the beach. The privacy of the beach is wonderful and away from the heavy crowds. It is very quiet and you are truly able to relax and enjoy. We are looking forward to staying there again.

The condo was perfect! It’s in an older complex which can be deceiving, but the unit was wonderful. Looks like it’s been newly renovated. Everything was bright, clean and comfortable. Some have mentioned having to cross the road to go to the beach, but I’d much rather do that than share a small space with 100 other people!! Plus, we love being able to see both the beach and the River. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been beach travelers for years and have stayed all over the panhandle. We even stayed at Jubilee Landing years ago and loved the laid back atmosphere. Condo 206 was by far the nicest, cleanest and most beautifully decorated condo we have ever vacationed in.

Luxury Costal condo was wonderful. It was so nice to have the best of the bay and the beach. Our condo deck faced the beach, pool and the bay. It was beautiful. Every night we watched the sun set. Jubilee Landing is a great smaller condo on the quieter side of Orange Beach. Condo is less than 1/2 a mile to Florida. The inside furnishing of Jubilee 206 were great but the best feature of the condo is the porch. The large porch gives you perfect views of the ocean, pool and river. The entire complex is very quiet. Easy access to the beach which feels like a private beach compared to the busy beaches near the larger condos. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need for cooking with lots of pots and pans. Highly recommend this condo and location.

Nice place. wish the pool had shade. No crosswalk to walk over to the beach so you can play frogger or drive to a public access point. They only gave us one trash bag which seems rather silly. Otherwise it was beautiful, clean, and we loved the big patio!

We have been to Jubilee Landing many times. Great place to bring your boat to spend vacation boating. Room 206 is a great room. Nicely updated, good viewpoint of the pool and ole river. Very well stocked kitchen for anyone looking to cook in the room.

This place was perfect for my family of 4! We used the boat slip which was ideal for our family boat. The boys loved being able to walk along the shoreline to play with hermit crabs and try to catch blue crab each morning and evening. The pool was the perfect size for a little relaxing fun in the evenings before bed. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much for everything!

This spot on Orange Beach well exceeded my expectations in many ways. The space was very stylish and functional with great amenities. The kitchen has everything we needed as far as dishes and appliances for cooking. We were extremely comfortable and had a great stay. There are just a few things I want to note that need to known if you are staying here:
In the pictures the room with the twin beds seem to have a mattress type of thing underneath to sleep two extra people. Those were not there. There is a small pull out twin bed and the couch sleeps one or two, so with that plus the air mattress that we brought we were fine, but i just wanted to not that the two small ones pictured are not there.
The beach is across the street as noted on the listing, but they don’t mention that you have to either walk half a mile to a crosswalk or cross a busy highway. It ended up not being a big deal to cross the street in traffic, but if I was a mother with children this would probably be an issue for me.
Because the place is on the other side of the beach there is no where to use the restroom when you’re on the beach without going back to the condo. That was a little annoying.
Other than these details, we had a great stay and I honestly 100% plan on staying there again because of how great of an experience it was. We love orange beach!

We will be back next year for sure! I wanted to be beach front but being on the canal with my 9 and 7 year old boys made this location worth it. They spent most days crabbing from 6am till bedtime, we saw all sorts of sea life, and fished a TON!!! Loved the boats coming and going. The breezeway is so relaxing, and the pool seeing both the beach and bay was cool! Same with balcony and the view, and I loved I could see ocean while doing dishes lol! The walk across for beach access was fine during non busy times, the trek through the dunes was rough but totally worth it!!! Because of the lack of high rises, there were times we had the beach to ourselves, amazing!!! Since the small size there was a real sense of community too, we hung out with the same people all week. I feel I shouldn’t be sharing this secret I don’t want it to fill up and not be able to get a unit lol but I can’t lie, we loved it here, a real gem!!! *only complaint we never found a “pull out sleeper”, only a small reclining chair. That only applies if you need it to sleep the full 6

Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen, from sharp knives to the matching dishware. My favorite part was how much the deck was part of the living space and not just a narrow balcony. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the boats come and go. It was very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. It was our first time to Orange Beach celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The restaurants were great. Our favorite being Big Fish on Canal Road. We also loved that it was one of the smaller condos so we were not inundated at the pool with a ton of little kids. We love kids but were glad to enjoy the pool without a ton of children splashing around and yelling. Also, the grilling area was nice. We will come again. Thank you!

This condo is now one of our favorite places to stay. All amenities, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, were everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable and well kept. Check in was simple and easy. The property was open and spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed. The balcony had a great table to sit and watch the dolphins play in the bay. Two things we were originally concerned with on this place were the few number of reviews and that it was across the street from the beach we wanted to spend most of our time. Both of these ended up being non-issues after our first day here. The street we had to cross, upon arriving, looked like it was going to be difficult to cross, especially with the traffic (granted, this was at around 10pm) going to Flora-Bama. The next morning, we packed our beach stuff up, and headed out to the street. Thankfully, we were pleased to find the traffic pretty minimal in the morning, afternoon, and early evening, so this ended up not being a huge deal, even with two younger kids. When we went inside initially, we were all surprised that the pictures didn’t live up to how nice this place was. We’ve been to several places that were “furnished and built” to be rentals, and this place honestly felt like someone put in the time because this was going to be “their” vacation condo. Granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms were really nice, and the master shower was amazing. The flooring is really nice, and although on a somewhat soft subfloor, it was all really clean, and well trimmed. There were nice touches throughout, but especially in the seating areas, a nice couch, recliner with comfy bean bag ottoman, and a small side chair were all great options for when we wanted to chill and watch a show, or play a game. The outdoor seating was also nice, especially because my son wanted to eat almost every meal we made in the kitchen out there. Two tall beach chairs and a table are out there, along with two wicker chairs (more bean bag ottomans-so cool) and a small side table were all out on the main balcony, along with a couple more chairs on the master balcony side. The kitchen was awesome (minus the fridge door opening the opposite way one would expect here), and we ate all but 3 meals in the condo, during a week long stay. We were impressed with the combination of drink/dinnerware options, along with the utensils one would normally not expect, but often find you need. My wife commented on all the similar/identical ones we actually had at home. Took a minute, but also located a hard wired Ethernet plug on the back of the modem/router in the entertainment center to plug in a WiFi access point so we could all use WiFi without having to enter a password on everyone’s devices (was already setup with our WiFi network/password). The beds were all very comfortable, and had nice sheets and pillows in both the master and the kids room. The kids both enjoyed not sharing a bed. The parking seemed adequate most days, only had to park in overflow once, and the nice thing is that there are stairs at both ends, so unless you require the elevator, it doesn’t...

My family of four (me, hubby and two daughters ages 14 and 11) had the most relaxing vacation at this property. 206 is clean, updated, decorated very beautifully and had all the items we needed plus more for our time spent there. It is conveniently located across the road from the beach. You can walk if you don't have too many heavy items to carry. Since we had a pop-up tent for shade, two heavy fold-out chairs, snacks, cooler, towel bag etc. to carry, we opted to drive and park at the entrance. The only concern we could even mention is about dogs barking early in the morning. Owners are allowed to have dogs but not renters. We are typically early risers but not while on vacation. I think this issue is being addressed but it really wasn't a huge concern for our family. We definitely will come back and stay in 206 again. We absolutely loved every minute we spent inside. Everything was just perfect! Very cozy! No complaints from us! Congrats on the hard work with the renovation! It's beautiful!! Can't say enough positive comments about 206!!

Everything exceeded my expectations! Perfect view of Ocean, pool and bay. Nice breeze on balcony. Can watch sunrise and sunset from comfy deck furniture. Will definitely go back. Everything clean!
