Nestled on the tranquil waters of Little Lagoon and just 1.5 miles from the beach, Keepin’ It Reel is a luxury coastal escape built for large groups, families, and anglers alike. The interior features a modern coastal design with custom furnishings, warm wood tones, and natural light throughout. The open-concept main floor includes a spacious living area, chef’s kitchen, and custom cypress dining tables that seat the entire group, all with views of the water. This level also includes two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a powder room, full laundry room, and balcony access with spiral stairs leading down to the pool.

Upstairs, you’ll find six additional bedrooms, four king rooms (two with daybeds and ensuite bathrooms) and two bunk rooms designed with kids in mind, including one with a full-over-full bunk and another with triple twin bunks. A second living area with wet bar opens to a balcony with Gulf views, giving guests even more space to relax. Outdoors, enjoy a private pool with a sun shelf, shaded lounge areas, a grill and flat top, and a shrimp boil station, perfect for unforgettable meals together. This house was perfect for my trip. We had a large group, but everyone felt like they had their own space. The kitchen was amazing and had lots of utensils and appliances. Plenty of seating for eating and lounging. The pool is incredible, perfect size. Amazing view and quiet.

Our family of 15 had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for our family. We loved the large kitchen and multiple appliances. The pool area is great-we spent a lot of time there! Only minor disappointment is we were expecting a blackstone grill and had purchased ingredients for meals on it. Communication was very responsive. All in all highly recommend!

Beautiful house and perfect for large group. Fishing dock was great for our group but getting to the beach area is poor with a neighbor across the street letting us know we were not welcome.
You have to go a mile and half to

I rented the space for a family vacation (25 people) and the house accommodated us perfectly. The pool was heated but unfortunately it’s on the backside of the house so it doesn’t get any sun, which made it feel colder. I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the beach (just across the street).

We had a very large group of us stay for a bachelor party and it was more than enough space. Had 2 of everything you could think of. Very clean and in a great spot. Would for sure recommend to anyone I know who has a large group.

We loved our stay here. The kitchen is the highlight of this house. Enough equipment to serve a large group. The morning views were gorgeous from the balcony. Great variety on the bedrooms. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We rented this house as an extended family for the long Thanksgiving week. We were 14 people (11 adults, 2 teens and 1 toddler) and we all had our own private space and plenty of public areas to do activities as a group - TV, games, reading, or just relaxing. The views were outstanding and we saw lots of wildlife (seabirds, etc).
We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast in the amazing kitchen. We had 2 full ovens, two microwaves, two full-size refrigerator, a six burner cooktop, and all the cooking accessories that one could ask for (air fryer, toaster, 3 coffee makers, popcorn machine, wine fridge, etc).
A couple of notes-the house could use an elevator to make it easier for folks who have challenges with stairs (it is a three story house including the lower entry level). The only minor issue with the otherwise outstandingly equipped kitchen was the shortage of coffee mugs (they were only 6). The rest of the kitchen and dining accessories were equipped for 20+ people. We’d stay again!

We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip at Keepin It Reel! We had a group of men down for a tennis tournament. The house appeared to be brand new construction. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware and cooking devices (crockpots, etc..) The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it was supposed to (wifi, tv's, etc). We visited in October so we did not use the pool, but it appeared to be a great set up with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!
