La Playa 1001

Great place for our family vacation. We loved having king beds in all three bedrooms, and all three bedrooms had private baths which was also a huge plus. The host was very responsive and even got us a drip coffee maker, at our request, before we arrived. The facility was nice and felt really secure. Loved the wrap around balcony which had incredible views of sunrise and sunset and even The Blue Angels practicing!

This condo was truly amazing. Looked exactly like the pics. The balcony was huge and the view was breathtaking. Only problem we had was we couldn’t get the bedroom TVs to work. We didn’t watch a lot of TV anyway . I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo and location. The balcony was amazing and we spent most of our time there. Luxury Coastal Vacation was very responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early which was awesome. We had another condo booked originally and the host cancelled on us 3 days prior to coming! So glad I found this place last minute! We will be back!

The entire unit and the views were top notch! No issues with the unit, just wasn’t too thrilled with the building being located directly by the public beach access point, that resulted in crowded areas directly on the buildings “beach”. The access point to the beach for the La Playa property needs an ideal ADA/Handicap accessible walkway to the beach like much of the neighboring properties with ramps versus stairs. No issues with the unit, and loved the room and the easy check in/out process. If traveling that way again, I would still consider returning!

This is a great location and the property itself is nice~ It is an older building and they have done a good job of keeping it clean~ Parking is a big issue if you have multiple people staying at the property~ it is entirely inconvenient as you have to park way off the property and shuttle people back and forth as there is only one parking space (it is covered which is a plus! The unit itself is very nice~ furniture is a little dated and worn but still nice! The beds are extremely hard, so if you're wanting soft or pillow top this is definitely not the place for you! On the plus side having 3.5 baths is a great thing with each room being a king with their own bathroom. The view from the wrap around porch is awesome and plenty of seating with the table and chairs, could have used a hammock on that porch it is so large to take a nap with the breeze! Another plus is having two fridges and freezers to stock up on extra ice for the beach! Overall, I give this property a 4.0 stars.

Luxury Coastal is always nice to work with. Laplaya units are my favorite because of their large balcony.

First time to use LCV, and it will not be the last. A great experience from our first enquiry to the follow up after we returned home. Unit #1001 is very nicely decorated with a lot of interesting art on the walls. La Playa is very private with only 12 floors and only 3 units per floor. With two elevators, you hardly every shared it as they bring you next to your door. The east end units like 1001 have a very large wrap around balcony so you can see the intracoastal waterway & bay, and of course the gulf. This unit has great space with one large master bedroom and bathroom on the gulf side and two other nice sized bedrooms with private baths on the other side. You have a large laundry room with an extra refrigerator along the hall toward the bedrooms. The main hallway after you enter the front door is very large as you walk toward the living room and the nicely furnished kitchen area with a little breakfast table. You will find plenty of large windows with great views so enjoy! The property is gated with a code to enter and you have one dedicated covered parking spot. The front and back doors are also coded to enter as is the gated beach walkover so you are very secure.

There is a great view of the ocean as well as the intracoastal waterway. It was very clean and spacious and the staff at Luxury Costal Vacations were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Beautifully decorated to wonderfully located. We spent Thanksgiving here and everything was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped, waffle maker was to die for (I ordered one for myself), bed slept comfortable, air/heating was on point. The view is breathtaking, the wrap around patio was nicely furnished. Condo in general was quiet, not loud and “touristy”, while kid friendly it’s not focused around kids (which not having small children we preferred) very welcoming, private and safe. This is one place we would love to return too!!!

The condo was so womdefful! It was beautifully decorated - all the furniture was so comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything you need! We really enjoyed our week and look forward to going back next year!
