The La Playa features a host of luxurious amenities, including a gulf front seasonally heated pool, a fitness center with gulf views, a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, and an assigned covered parking spot! With only 37 residences, this low density condominium is perfect for your beach getaway!

This was such a gorgeous place for a family trip to the beach. The wraparound deck was epic and the beach was beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped (important to me and those in my family who like to cook and stay by the beach) with a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig, blenders, pots/pans, all types of cooking utensils, etc. Make sure to bring extra paper towels, tp, coffee filters, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc. The views were amazing. We had some minor technical issues that were quickly addressed. This is ideal for adults and slightly older kids. Overall, Luxury Coastal Vacations was a great and responsive host. There is a strict one car policy and overflow parking is down the street. Tip: make a trip to Joe Patti's seafood market for fresh shrimp and breads. They spice and season your shrimp/seafood for you. For crab legs, Publix is just a mile or less away from the condo and you can get seasoned and steamed crab legs.- Reviewed On: 11/29/2025

Such a lovely accommodation! Truly perfect in every way. So big and with beautiful decor!! Comfy beds and thirsty towels. Huge wraparound balcony with such comfy seating to enjoy the amazing views! 11th floor must be the height pelicans and hawks typically fly because we were graced by lots of flybys! And don't miss the Blue Angels Sunday at 7pm - cockpits at eye level! Property mangers helpful and responsive before our stay - we had no need for communication during! We rented beach chairs ahead and that worked very well - chairs and umbrella ready and waiting at 8:30am. We surely hope to be back!- Reviewed On: 5/17/2025

Best condo in Perdido Key!
This was our 6th stay in this beautiful Condo. It seems to get better each and every time and we love staying here. This time, we stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the fabulous views from the huge balcony (including numerous dolphin sightings). The unit is always clean, comfortable and relaxing.
