The view is stunning from this unit! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The one parking space is inconvenient but doable. We liked that it is one of the smaller condo buildings and not crowded on the premises. This condo did not disappoint! The rainy weather and seaweed for the week were out of everyone’s control.

The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and safe. You cannot beat the views you wake up to and get to enjoy everyday!Our only issue was the parking as we had 2 vehicles, but there was only one designated spot on property which we were aware of, but were not aware the overflow lot was down the block and around the corner. You cannot see it from the condo. Going at a time that was less crowded with reserved spots being unused this was a little frustrating but our cars were safe throughout the stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay this past week over the busy Memorial Day Week. Love the quiet and family centered environment at LaPlaya. Even with the busy beaches due to holiday- LaPlaya was not overrun or crowded. Check in and check out was super easy with the pick up just down the street. I do prefer having a coded door entry just for ease of entry and not to keep up with a key all week but that's just a personal preference. We were offered early entry (about 45 min) but didn't make it due to traffic but it was nice to be offered without asking. Condo is beautiful and well kept. It had all the basics we needed and had a few extras too! My boys enjoyed the board games and my husband was happy about the air fryer! 😅 Views are amazing and we really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings for wind down and reading. Plenty of space to enjoy. Carpets in the 2 guest bedrooms look a little worse for wear in high traffic areas but otherwise everything prestine and clean. We would 100% return

Stunning!

We have always stayed in Orange Beach the week of Thanksgiving, but with a friend's recommendation we decided to try La Playa. The entire complex is well maintained, safe and easy access to the beach. 1202 was beautifully decorated (the pictures are on point), fun with the front balcony and very well stocked! We will stay here again soon!
