Our family had an amazing stay at LaPlaya 302. The check in was incredibly easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Love how secure the facility was. I would say the parking spots are incredibly tight but did like the covered parking. The condo was completely renovated and had all updated appliances. The condo was exactly as pictured and the view was just as pictured!! Gorgeous!This is a hidden gem and amazing find! We’ll be returning next year!!

When we first booked this condo, there weren’t any reviews posted for it yet, which always makes us nervous— we’ve had bad experiences in the past with newer listings not being as nice as they appear in photos. As soon as we walked into the unit, our worries disappeared.
This place is absolutely beautiful, with clean, modern amenities and an amazing view of the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the place just has an overall feel of luxury.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed, access to the huge balcony, and a huge glass shower with 2 shower heads.
We spent most mornings and evenings just relaxing on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves. Our group had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 baby, and we felt this was the perfect size to keep everyone comfortable.
The location is great, being right at the end of Perdido Key for easy access to grocery stores. The gated parking also felt secure.

This home is better than great!!! The condominium was well decorated, clean and spacious compared to many others. The building is very low density. Even 4th of July was not crowded as other condominiums are. The only drawback is that the beach is next to a small public beach area. There is a great deal of overflow of people in front of you on that side of La Playa beach at times. It is manageable, only a problem if that is where the beach chair rental service places you. Still, we were able to walk to the other side to swim. The positives of La Playa and this unit FAR out weigh any negatives.

We loved our stay, this condo was much more than the image represent. The location was perfect, a private beach, shared pool with plenty of space. And most of all the view of the beach was amazing. Wide open floor to celling windows, open breezy balcony created the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. The condo was decorated so beautiful, the appliances were all top of the line and the home had everything and more that you could need. We will defiantly be back next year !

This newly renovated condo was absolutely stunning! Upon entering the condo, you’re welcomed by an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a huge balcony. The view from this condo cannot be beat! No matter whether you are inside the main rooms of the condo or out on the balcony, the ocean is in full view! We loved the neutral, coastal decor; the well-appointed kitchen; and the layout of the condo, which included three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is even an extra half bath in the living room. The owners and management company have thought of everything you need to make this your home away from home while you’re here. There were a couple of things we couldn’t find, but the management company was quick to bring them to us. We highly recommend this condo—we travel a lot and this was one of our favorite condos we’ve ever rented!
