La Playa Condos
we Have come to Perdido Key every year for the past 15 years and stay at La Playa Condos! We’ve stayed in #502 the past 2 years and it is excellent! Beautiful views, clean, comfy, and lots of amenities! We will definitely be back!

Lovely condo.
Great condo and wonderful management team. We had a shower issue. They came the next morning (Sunday )to fix it. We duo call until late afternoon on Saturday.

Perdido Key Vacation
It was an amazing property! We loved our stay, it was one of the least packed beaches in that area. It was a very relaxing trip and the whole process was very smooth!

Great location
Excellent location in Perdido. The condo was in great shape and had a beautiful view. So many restaurants and other activities in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, beautiful view, well maintained.
I appreciate the cleanliness of the entire building. We had a wonderful time!
Must go to the Naval Museum, lots of history!! Also the practice performance by the Blue Angels is a must see!!!

This condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was so nice and the location cannot be beat. Easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the elevator was quick. We loved our stay here. The only drawback was the offsite parking. It’s not actually parking. It’s an abandoned lot that had broken glass, potholes and was barely paved with weeds and grass there was no lighting or signage. I would never leave my car there. The saving grace was that when I called and told the office my concerns, they did allow us to park our second car in their parking lot. That was nice of them and solved our problem but they probably shouldn’t advertise offsite parking. There really isn’t any. It was not enough to take away from the fabulous condo and view though, so all in all, we would stay here again. I just wouldn’t bring two cars if it can be helped.

Excellent Get-A-Way
This property is exactly as listed. We booked this condo knowing it was more than the two of us needed, but with the golf included the price was great! Lost Key golf course was excellent as well! We highly recommend this property and plan on returning!

Wonderful location for vacation
Unit 502 is exactly as pictured. It had exceptional and beautiful view, very well stocked overall, extremely clean, safe area, overly spacious, beautiful and private beach. A major plus was the golf package included with our stay. The staff was more than accommodating and we had no issues with the unit while there. We loved our stay and plan to return to the same unit!

Our stay was more than we ever expected!
Upon our arrival we were amazed at the beauty inside and outside the condo. Our stay was just what we were looking for! The condo had everything you could ever need. Once on the white sandy beach we were able to enjoy our days relaxing. Our section of beach was never crowded so it was just perfect for us. We would love to go back!

Awesome views from this condo on the 5th floor!!!
We have stayed at LaPlaya many times and it is always a wonderful time! The building and grounds are impeccably clean and well maintained. This unit was also spotless and well stocked. The outside deck is huge and has upgraded Pollywood furniture. We enjoyed the round dining table for 4, plus the 2 lounge chairs as well as the high top with bar stools. The view up and down the beach from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed the picture perfect sunrise and sunsets! The condo was comfortable and we had a great stay!

Home away from home
Very comfortable & very quiet property. Kitchen well stocked & beds super comfortable. The huge balcony was an extension to the living space with nice furniture. Wall of ceiling to floor windows made for a great open living experience. Well maintained & clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home away from home
Love staying at LaPlaya! And this unit was no different...love the layout of these condos..Great sized bedrooms, den, and balconies.502 was wonderfully decorated and furniture layout was perfect..Will definitely be back!
