This high-end, low-density destination offers every luxury imaginable, making it the perfect location for a Gulf Coast getaway you’ll never forget.
This stunning 5th floor beachfront retreat boasts a spacious open-concept layout, high-end furnishings and appliances, and luxurious appointments throughout. The living area is the ultimate lounge space, boasting a huge sectional, 2 cushioned chairs, a large HDTV and beachfront balcony access! The gourmet kitchen offers everything needed to inspire your inner-chef. The dining area offers a beautiful table seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the expansive breakfast bar. The gorgeous master suite includes a cozy king bed topped with luxury linens and posh bedding, a large LCD television, walk in closet and beachfront terrace access. The ensuite master bath is equally impressive, featuring a huge 2-person jetted tub, separate glass shower, double vanities and even a bidet! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally accommodating, each hosting premium mattresses, soft linens, flat screen TVs and private baths, plus northerly views of the Key highlighting the Intercoastal Waterway and Old River.
The La Playa features luxury amenities, including a gulf front seasonally heated pool, a fitness center with gulf views, a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, and one assigned covered parking spot (all other cars have offsite parking). With only 37 residences at the building, this low density property is the perfect destination for your beach getaway!
*La Playa limits occupancy to 2 adults per bedroom, and onsite parking to 1 vehicle per unit. Nearby overflow parking is available year round.

This condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was so nice and the location cannot be beat. Easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the elevator was quick. We loved our stay here. The only drawback was the offsite parking. It’s not actually parking. It’s an abandoned lot that had broken glass, potholes and was barely paved with weeds and grass there was no lighting or signage. I would never leave my car there. The saving grace was that when I called and told the office my concerns, they did allow us to park our second car in their parking lot. That was nice of them and solved our problem but they probably shouldn’t advertise offsite parking. There really isn’t any. It was not enough to take away from the fabulous condo and view though, so all in all, we would stay here again. I just wouldn’t bring two cars if it can be helped.- Reviewed On: 8/18/2024

Awesome views from this condo on the 5th floor!!!
We have stayed at LaPlaya many times and it is always a wonderful time! The building and grounds are impeccably clean and well maintained. This unit was also spotless and well stocked. The outside deck is huge and has upgraded Pollywood furniture. We enjoyed the round dining table for 4, plus the 2 lounge chairs as well as the high top with bar stools. The view up and down the beach from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed the picture perfect sunrise and sunsets! The condo was comfortable and we had a great stay!- Reviewed On: 11/17/2023
