Very nice stay. Roomy and open space for everyone. Plenty of towels and linens. Wrap around balcony view was great. Good grill space. Checkin and out was easy and incident free. Only issue is parking if you have more than one vehicle. But off sight parking was close at no extra charge.

Outstanding in Every Way

Great location, very well decorated inside, luxury throughout. Good size, comfortable beds. The balcony is one of our the favorite places; we spent much of the time relaxing, eating, reading, napping, watching the dolphins ... LaPlaya itself, isn't overly crowded, so no waiting for an elevator, looking for a parking space or finding a spot on the beach. The are only three units (and two elevators) on each floor. Assigned covered parking is very convenient. Overall, we love it. We've been there seven years; so it feels comfortable and like home to us.

The property, location, and layout were fabulous. It would have been nice if the complex had a hot tub or sauna. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend or rent again.

We had a great time! This was our second time staying in La Playa (different condo last time). We love the private beach; security guards keep folks from wondering I'm front of you and setting up camp. Great location and the perfect set up. Only two minors issues kept me from assigning a perfect rating. There's was no filter in the fridge so the water and ice tasted horrible (we bought water and ice and bright it in). The internet connection was very slow and cut in and out. We had to use hotspot on our phones. Again, minor issues indeed. The place is gorgeous.
