The open and spacious floor plan connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are surrounded by walls of expansive windows that highlight spectacular views of the Gulf. The living room features ample seating which opens to the oversized beachfront balcony. If you love to cook, you won’t want to leave this gourmet kitchen! Fully equipped with all you’ll need to prepare a 5-star meal, this space features stainless steel appliances and a beautiful bar including seating for four, as well as a breakfast nook with seating for five and dining area for 6. Enjoy the ample outdoor seating options as well on the huge balcony, with one table seating 4 and another seating 6. *NEW FEATURE* 4 chaise lounge chairs on the balcony! The rest of the unit is equally impressive, with a master suite hosting a king bed with high-end bedding and luxurious linens, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. The attached master bath features an oversized jetted tub with gulf views, a separate shower, and twin vanities. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third has another king with an attached bath.

Very relaxing and peaceful!

The condo was very spacious, had everything you could need in the kitchen. Quite, nobody was around us. The balcony and all the seating was awesome. We will definitely be back!! Everything was great

Spacious with an amazing view

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 - 4 bathrooms, big, well stocked kitchen, huge living space with views of the ocean, and the best balcony. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The resort itself was quiet. The kids liked the pool and the beach was easy to get to. There are good restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store super close. This is probably one of the easiest vacations we've had on the panhandle, and the best unit for sure.

FL vacation

Really loved everything about the condo. The kitchen was fully equipped and not just pieced together like most rentals. I felt like I was at home, even though we didn’t have a blind in the master bath for the entire trip. I alerted the property manager the first night when I went to put the blind down and couldn’t. They sent maintenance the next day to fix it. The blind couldn’t be fixed and they needed to get a new one but a new one wasn’t installed during our stay. We were high enough up that people couldn’t see in when we were in there. Would come back again and again.

Beautiful everything

Beautiful unit, amazing views, awesome property, great location, kitchen well stocked, everything clean. Property safe and secure. The response to questions from Luxury Coastal was always quick and appreciated. My only minor issue was the location of the grill on the property. We like to do a lot of grilling. The grill is in the parking lot, small and not easily accessible. Not a big deal but something to be aware of.
