We loved the area. It fit our large family well. Check in process was easy and we were able to check in early. Loved having our own private beach area. The pool is a nice little touch to cool off after a day at the beach. Our weather was not the best so we didnt get as much beach time as we would have liked, but that was really the only downfall of our stay. It was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Beautiful house with private beach access. Stayed with my brothers and their families and we absolutely loved our stay. We liked that there were three stories to the house so each family had their own space, in addition to the large kitchen and living area for us to all share together.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much. This property was all that was advertised and more. Everything we needed was provided. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the beach was perfect. The property manager was on top of everything! Any message we sent was answered in minutes. The house was hit by lighting on Sunday morning causing random power issues in parts of the house and one of the ACs went out. They had it all fixed within hours, including having to replace almost the entire AC. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Labacoco East location was Awesome. The beach beautiful. My only concern was sharing the pool with condo neighbors. But we worked it out. The storm a day before our arrival date knocked out power and a few of the units TV's. But we still had a Awesome time. The maintenance crew was attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.

We have stayed at Labacoco many times and have always enjoyed our stay! The condo is spacious and all the bedrooms have their own bathroom which is great! We like that the walk to the beach is short and it is less crowded due to smaller condo units in this area, We like having the private pool and there are several nice restaurants on Ft. Morgan Road. We look forward to our next stay!

This home is great with some nice new updates. Would recommend either side or the whole house. Being on the beach a huge plus!
