This new coastal chic condo offers astounding views of the gulf due to its floor-to-ceiling glass windows that surround the living area. The dining area hosts seating for 6 at the table and an additional 3 at the bar. The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, with ample counter space and plenty of cookware to create a wonderful meal.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with direct gulf views and an ensuite bathroom that is perfect for a relaxing soak. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath, while the third hosts two full beds.

Orange Beach, Alabama, boasts a treasure trove of attractions that cater to a diverse range of interests, making it an ideal destination for both families and couples. Nestled along the stunning Gulf Coast, the city is renowned for its pristine white-sand beaches, where visitors can bask in the sun, swim in the turquoise waters, or engage in various water sports like kayaking, paddleboarding, and parasailing. Adventure enthusiasts can explore the area's vibrant marine life by embarking on dolphin-watching tours or deep-sea fishing excursions. Orange Beach offers an array of other attractions. The Wharf, a premier entertainment complex, hosts concerts, shopping boutiques, and delectable dining options. Additionally, the Wharf is home to the Ferris wheel, offering a bird's-eye view of the city. When it comes to dining in Orange Beach, locals and visitors alike have a multitude of fantastic options to choose from, and Cobalt, Coastal, and Big Mike's Steak House are indeed among the favorites. Perdido Key and Gulf Shores are just a short drive away for more food, entertainment, and fun!

Please note: Lei Lani will be undergoing major exterior restoration work from September 16th, 2024 through December 2025, schedule and weather permitting. Here is what to expect:

• All amenities, including the pool are closed.

• Scaffolding will be erected on the entire south side of the building to start. They will be working on entire floors starting from the bottom and working their way up.

• Balconies will not be accessible and all items on balconies will be brought inside of the unit, and placed out of the way as much as possible.

• Units will close at some point.

• Noise such as jackhammering is expected throughout this project.

• Views will be obscured with window protection and blockade walls built across sliding doors.

• For safety reasons, guests should be mindful of the potential of falling debris when on-site.

• Limited to no parking. All guests are recommended to only bring ONE vehicle.

This place was great, the area was quiet and people were amazing. Luxury Coastal even responded when one of the bathrooms got locked by accident after hours. This place was amazing to stay in and with it being right on the beach MAJOR plus!

We came from Morgantown, WV (about 16 hour drive) to this little slice of heaven. First time being at the Gulf and enjoyed every minute right outside the balcony and beach area. We saw plenty of wildlife including jellyfish, fish, shark, and dolphin. The area is great for kids and the pools were a plus. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had plenty of necessities when we needed them. The location was perfect to explore Alabama and Florida. We took a 35 min drive to watch Blue Angels practice too!
The turtle people were very informative and answered any question about the nest right outside the condo. We tried many restaurants and my favorite was OSO. Thanks again for allowing my family to enjoy everything.

Great place to stay

Loved the condo, location and beach. We really enjoyed our time there.

Rooms were great- could have done more maintenance before we arrived. Toilet handle, trim falling off, doors busted and flooring in bedroom needs replacing along with cabinets painted. Also sliding door hard to open and screechy along with master suite bathroom door. Toilet was fixed next morning so thumbs up on taking care of the major problem.
Views were outstanding and access to beach perfect. other than cosmetic items I would book again.

Needs some attention

We stayed 2 weeks at 301T and had a great time. The condo had lots of windows which make for great ocean views. The decor was lovely. The couch was comfy, as was the master bed. The condo, however, needs some serious updating. There are 2 items that need to addressed immediately to avoid a personal injury lawsuit. The toilet in the secondary bedroom is not connected to the floor! The tub in that bathroom is missing the grab bar and is just gross. And the corner of rug under the dining room table is turned up and catches your foot every time you walk by. The refrigerator and microwave are rusted. The flooring has gaps and visible seams. The flatware is really cheap and flimsy. And a there is a shortage of wineglasses. Hope you address some of these issues.

Great experience

Room was great, clean and spacious. Being on the end, our balcony had some extra space. The view was fantastic, and getting to the beach from the condo was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again. For my wishlist, I wish the master bedroom had a sliding door, or at least a window that could be opened. Would have loved to listen to the ocean in bed!

Amazing condo!!

This condo is beautifully decorated, convenient to grocery stores, the walk to the beach is easy and by far the best beach condo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked and everything in it appears to be brand new! This will be my yearly go to condo with the amazing views. Sitting in the living room you feel like you were sitting on the beach. The wraparound balcony can’t be beat.
