• Scaffolding will be erected on the entire south side of the building to start. They will be working on entire floors starting from the bottom and working their way up.
• Balconies will not be accessible and all items on balconies will be brought inside of the unit, and placed out of the way as much as possible.
• Units will close at some point.
• Noise such as jackhammering is expected throughout this project.
• Views will be obscured with window protection and blockade walls built across sliding doors.
• For safety reasons, guests should be mindful of the potential of falling debris when on-site.
• Limited to no parking. All guests are recommended to only bring ONE vehicle.

Fabulous Beach Front Condo
We loved our stay at Lei Lani! The wrap-around deck with the fantastic views of the gulf was the highlight. We were a group of friends enjoying a get-away together and really appreciated having three separate bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for quick easy meals and became our morning gathering place. The location of Lei Lani was great - all of the restaurants were close by. The beach was not very crowded compared to recent trips to Seaside and 30A. We had one snafu with the code to the door not working, but that was quickly fixed by the rental manager. If you arrive in the afternoon, parking can be tight but we found there were extra spaces at night and in the mornings. We will be back - highly recommend!- Posted: 7/14/2024

This condo was the perfect location for a long weekend with friends. Everything was clean and the view is amazing. Nice spacious balcony and a good value. The beach access is about as close as you can get. The only thing to make it better is if there are more parking spaces available.- Posted: 6/30/2024

Great place, views were amazing
This place was bigger then what I thought it was and it was clean as well. The views were great and the this was the best place Ive stayed in Alabama. The only problem I had was parking but it wasnt that big of a problem.- Posted: 6/6/2024

Just what you see
Condo was exactly as it appeared in the listing. If you’re going for the pool look elsewhere. If your ok with an older building with unbelievably beach access this is it. We did have an AC issue which the staff immediately addressed. We would book again.- Posted: 7/31/2023

Beautiful view! Just what we needed.

Communication before, during and after the stay was great. The location is fantastic…the views are out of this world from the moment you walk in the door. The code to get in was long and everyone kept forgetting it so that was a bit of a bummer but we just kept it on our phones so not a big deal. Kitchen was well appointed in terms of cookware but you will need to buy EVERYTHING you need right down to salt and pepper. I have never stayed anywhere that didn’t at least have some kitchen pantry items. Ladies, there is a hair dryer in the master bath and we were pleasantly surprised to find a box fan in the closet. Super clean. Close to Publix and lots of places to eat. Would def stay here again!- Posted: 6/16/2023

Wonderful
The views were as advertised and not deceiving. Literally just a stone's-throw away from the beach Unit is very well insulated for goodnight sleep with little to no noises at all... Amazing

Excellent stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and described, very roomy (we forgot about it having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms - talk about spacious!), very attractively decorated, and very clean. Views were delightful and that HUGE wraparound balcony - stunning!! The kitchen had all the usual utensils you would expect, TVs (at least the main room for sure, we didn't try the bedrooms) could cast straight from our phones, and WiFi was fast and stable. Showers got HOT so that was nice after a cool dip in the mid March ocean. Large table and chairs on the balcony for meals al fresco and a couple of nice bar height Adirondacks for a glass of wine in the moonlight at night.
Beach access was very easy, and we were able to rent chairs and umbrellas from the rental company on the beach. Tito was very helpful in getting our chairs, and we rented a two person kayak for the afternoon as well, very fun! We didn't try the pool but I was told the indoor one is heated so that's a great bonus.
Luxury Coastal Vacations was very easy to work with. They were always responsive to my messages on Airbnb, and as our stay got closer, we were updated with texts (like the one letting us know we could get in to the room early) and also got a phone call double checking our parking pass needs. We didn't have any problems but I was very comfortable that they would be immediately available if we needed to reach out to them. Great peace of mind there.
In short, I would highly recommend this unit! Great views, great location, spacious and clean unit, great rental company... What else can I say? Book it today! 😊- Posted: 3/19/2022

Great Location!
This condo has the best location! It’s right on the beach and super close to all the great restaurants in the area. The building and the condo are starting to show their age, but if that doesn’t bother you then you’re going to love your stay here. Recharge our batteries in the sun!!
The condo was beautiful, especially that amazing view from all the glass in the living room. Proximity to the beach was premium, with the walk down being less than 5 minutes. The kitchen and baths were nicely furnished and very clean. The beds were super comfy and the linens were soft. The only negative point, and it is not a reflection on the condo or the owners, the boardwalk to the beach was not safe as it had a severe slope and a very high drop off into the sand. As a result, one of my guests fell on day two and bruised her arm badly. Once the boardwalk is corrected, the whole Lei Lani package is complete perfection and I would absolutely stay there again.- Posted: 6/23/2021

Very nice condo!
This was such a nice condo. It was clean and tastefully decorated. There were televisions in every bedroom and the living room. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Three bathrooms were necessary with our group! The only drawback was the pool location. But the beach weather was so nice that we did not need the pool. I would definitely stay here again. Heaven on earth
Amazing on the beach condo located on the 6th floor. The condo is a corner unit with an amazing view from the wrap around balcony. We absolutely loved breakfast on the large balcony . The beach water here is clear and the sand is white and soft. The condo has a new leather couch and leather chairs making it perfect for our party of 3 couples. Condo also has a large dining table that easily seats 8. I’m a clean freak and I could tell the condo was freshly painted and the ceramic tile floor was spotless. Condo does not have carpet floors which is a blessing. This wonderful beach front condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which worked out perfect for our 3 couples. This is perfect for a large family who love their privacy. The kitchen was spacious and open so those cooking could always be part of the group with an amazing view of the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make those evening meals. I especially loved the high quality blender for making blue margaritas!! There are stools at the kitchen counter, if you want to eat casually or sit and visit with friends or family. This wonderful condo was so clean and relaxing. That I would return in a heart beat. Orange beach is a perfect beach destination for couples and families. You will just love the beach here. The front door has a key pad so we didn’t have to carry a key or a slide card. Really makes life simple. We walked to the Flor-Bama bar which was slightly less than a mile walk. We played bingo on a rainy day and had a blast. I highly recommend Lei Lani 607 T and consider this condo my go to unit when taking a beach trip. Trust me, you will love the view from the wrap around balcony. We hated to leave and can’t wait to come back to Lei Lani 607.
