This fantastic 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath home is located directly on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. Built in 2021 and professionally decorated in a coastal-elegant décor, this home sleeps 20 guests on three levels, making it ideal for a family gathering or corporate retreat. It has a private pool, a beach-boardwalk, two laundry areas, a large “kid’s den” or “secondary den” on the second level, and a large living/dining/kitchen area on the main level. Combine these luxuries with covered parking, a BBQ area under the home, an outdoor shower, and unparalleled views from one of five private balconies, and you have a beach home that dreams are made of.
As you arrive at this beautiful property, you will find covered parking for up to 3 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. From here, you will immediately access the private boardwalk or enter the house using the stairs or the elevator.

The dining table will seat eight guests, the kitchen island will seat five guests, and the outdoor dining table will seat 8. The beautifully decorated living area features an 85” TV, shiplap walls, and comfortable seating for 12. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with ample dishes, cookware, and utensils. The home is beautiful and well-appointed. The property management people were very responsive. We had a wonderful visit. The floors were VERY dirty...after a shower, walking around barefooted, we realized our feet were black. A guest/friend who has riverfront property and a dock said that you would do well to check the walkway over to the beach for safety/integrity. Thanks for a great vacation. We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and offered easy access to the beach, which made for a relaxing vacation. The elevator was a huge plus—especially for getting luggage and people up to the third floor—and even the younger members of our group appreciated the convenience.
A couple of notes for future guests: the stairs down to the beach are somewhat steep, and the handrail doesn’t extend the full way, which made it a bit challenging for our older adults and younger kids. Also, the master bedroom, located on the third floor along with a smaller bedroom, did not have functioning door locks and wouldn’t stay latched, which was a minor inconvenience.
Overall, the location and amenities more than made up for these small issues, and we would definitely return!- Posted: 6/14/2025

Retreat to Remember
The beach home is exactly as described maybe better. Direct beach access. Beautiful beach views from most of the bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own tv and nice bathroom. You can enjoy meals at the large island in the kitchen or the large dining room or on the patio next to the swimming pool. And so glad the home has an elevator making it easy to load and unload instead having to take the stairs to the 4 th floor. Speaking of the fourth floor, the master bedroom and super large bath made me feel like the queen of the castle. All the private balconies gave my staff private time to relax and recharge which really gave me great joy. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook big meals. Plenty of plates, bowls, deep coffee mugs, glassware, silverware, Everything. This owner has great taste. I will never forget this work vacation. It was hard to leave. Our last moments there we just stared at the ocean from the balcony with big smiles. Private beach access is a Flex.
