We had this unit for my bachelor party and it was perfect. Huge spacious unit easily accommodated 12 guys. Very easy to get down to the beach and right next door to flora-bama so no one had to worry about driving after the bars. Would definitely go back here!- Reviewed On: 5/18/2026

The view was amazing! It was plenty of space and a lot of pots and pans. The person we spoke to over the phone was very friendly and helpful. However when we arrived a bad smell meet us at the entrance. We found it was coming from the garbage disposal. We called management and they came the next day. Although that was good response time smelling that all night was not pleasant.

Then to go back to the beach and eat lunch at the yacht club across the street. Highly recommend here. This is a large, amazing condo in a great location, next door to FloraBama Bar, across street from FloraBama Yacht Club, Grill, & Waffle House. The beach is private & beautiful. The condo had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the kitchen was well equipped. Our only issue was that the hot tub water needed treatment. We called & were told that someone would come fix it, but that never happened which wasn’t a huge deal. I highly recommend this condo for families with young adults who can easily walk to the restaurants & bar rather than drive.- Reviewed On: 1/10/2026

Girls week on the beach! The four en-suite bathrooms were a huge selling point. Comfy beds. Lovely, quiet condo with enough space to spread out. The view is stunning and if you like popular places , it is right next door (stones throw) to Flora-bama’s. Wonderfully appointed. Great location! Beautiful beaches! And an amazing place for reunions or large groups! Plenty of space so it didn’t feel like we were all over each other!! We had a 18 people over for lunch one day and had plenty of room. We will definitely be back!!- Reviewed On: 12/16/2024

TLDR - great views, and an amazing place, but with a few caveats OK, a lot to unpack here. First the positives - this was amazing place to stay; it is spacious, clean, and the views the beach can't be beat. It is close to amenities, but doesn't feel completely touristy. The "negatives" are mostly personal preference, so may not be a big deal to some, but are not well described in the listing. First and foremost, there were some exterior doors that did not lock. It is on the third floor, so not immediately accessible, but still open to anyone with a key to the stairwell. The hot tub is still not up and running. The bar next door plays music all day, starting around 9am. It's not always very loud, and sometimes it was fun, but if you are looking for peace and quiet at the beach, keep this in mind. lastly, the checkin location is about 10 minutes from the condo, so if traveling from the gulf shores/mobile side, it adds an xtra 20 minutes of driving. all in all, highly recommend- Reviewed On: 12/27/2023

Thank you for your feedback, Eric and Candace! We want to reassure you that the unit can only be accessed by using the key fob assigned to the unit by scanning it in the elevator. The elevator will not go to the room if the key fob is not present. In addition, only Mediterranean personnel have access to the stairwell, so the unit is completely secure. Mediterranean's Property Management team did require the hot tub to be drained for safety reasons due to the ongoing construction project taking place. We do apologize that that amenity could not be enjoyed during your stay. This condo is truly beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows give a gorgeous view of the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony. The furniture is very nice. Couches and beds were super comfy and there were lots of throw blankets which made it feel like home! The stove was tricky but a YouTube video helped us figure it out. We were disappointed that the pool was closed due to the construction, and the hot tub was not useable either. They did warn us about that, so can’t really complain.
