The house was beautiful. My kids loved the widow’s walk with twin beds and views of the water on three sides. The view of Ono Island from the deck is beautiful. We walked right across Perdido Key Drive to the beach access path. The only issue we had was there were no working trout lights on the dock, but we still fished. Very lovely, relaxing weekend with all my local family.

This place is exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to the beach, great views out back, super clean and easy to use inside the house. Great pool right outside the unit. If I had to say one bad thing about it - watch your head on the staircase. Of course that's not the stairs fault, it was mine for not watching where I was going :) But seriously......the place was perfect. 100% would stay here again!

There was 6 of us ages from 12 to 50. We all had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood but close to several beaches and things to do. We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were very prompt on getting it fixed. Anytime i had a question the staff was very quick on responding. Definitely will stay again. No one in our party wanted to leave. Thanks again for an amazing get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Molokai Villas 7A Riverside. The swimming pool was clean and open every day/evening. The place was very clean and comfortable for our group of 7. We definitely enjoyed having the water view and sitting outside on the deck. The dock was great for fishing and relaxing. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed getting ice cream at Hershey's in the evening, eating at the Crap Trap, and shopping in the various stores and Art Gallery. The beach was within walking distance and we found things to do daily including seeing the Blue Angels practice. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is a nice quiet, family friendly area.

This was our first trip to Perdido Key and it was amazing. The river out back was beautiful and we caught some nice size trout from the dock. The dolphins came through every morning and evening. The beach is across the street and while it is a short walk it can take a while to be able cross because of the heavy traffic. The condo itself could use some maintenance - broken cabinet door and the rug in the living room will trip you up but other than that the place was very clean and cute - the views from the top floor bedroom were amazing! We went to many places for dinner and lunch and The Fishmans Corner was hands down the best place that we ate at and we went back twice. Johnsons beach is well worth the entry fee and the Blue Angels were flying over as we relaxed in the sugar white sand. We will definitely return in the future!

We LOVED our stay here! It really has the best of all worlds...view of dolphins and boats from the deck, pool within steps of residence and a beautiful, uncrowded beach a short walk across the street. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Luxury Coastal Vacations was a text away and promptly answered questions. We were also only a mile away from Florabama and their amazing bushwackers! We loved our stay so much we booked again for next year

We loved the bay view watching the dolphins, catching blue crab in our traps, and stingray by rod and reel. The 7A condo was perfect for our stay plenty of room and very clean. All of the nice restaurants are close by. Private beach access across the road is just a short walk, but there are several public beaches not far either. Overall I have to give it a 5 star rating.

The pool is right outside the unit and was never crowded. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Also, the management company was friendly and easy to communicate with.
