The house was beautiful. My kids loved the widow’s walk with twin beds and views of the water on three sides. The view of Ono Island from the deck is beautiful. We walked right across Perdido Key Drive to the beach access path. The only issue we had was there were no working trout lights on the dock, but we still fished. Very lovely, relaxing weekend with all my local family.

This place is exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to the beach, great views out back, super clean and easy to use inside the house. Great pool right outside the unit.
If I had to say one bad thing about it - watch your head on the staircase. Of course that's not the stairs fault, it was mine for not watching where I was going :)
But seriously......the place was perfect. 100% would stay here again!

Took my dad for his 50th birthday and this was great we always talked about going fishing so he was happy this was part of our stay. Home is beautiful have a few games for family night. Everything was great pool is very cold fyi prepare yourself lol

There was 6 of us ages from 12 to 50. We all had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood but close to several beaches and things to do. We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were very prompt on getting it fixed. Anytime i had a question the staff was very quick on responding. Definitely will stay again. No one in our party wanted to leave. Thanks again for an amazing get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Molokai Villas 7A Riverside. The swimming pool was clean and open every day/evening. The place was very clean and comfortable for our group of 7. We definitely enjoyed having the water view and sitting outside on the deck. The dock was great for fishing and relaxing. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed getting ice cream at Hershey's in the evening, eating at the Crap Trap, and shopping in the various stores and Art Gallery. The beach was within walking distance and we found things to do daily including seeing the Blue Angels practice. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is a nice quiet, family friendly area.

This was our first trip to Perdido Key and it was amazing. The river out back was beautiful and we caught some nice size trout from the dock. The dolphins came through every morning and evening. The beach is across the street and while it is a short walk it can take a while to be able cross because of the heavy traffic. The condo itself could use some maintenance - broken cabinet door and the rug in the living room will trip you up but other than that the place was very clean and cute - the views from the top floor bedroom were amazing! We went to many places for dinner and lunch and The Fishmans Corner was hands down the best place that we ate at and we went back twice. Johnsons beach is well worth the entry fee and the Blue Angels were flying over as we relaxed in the sugar white sand. We will definitely return in the future!

The location is great - just a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything in it that we needed for a week stay and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the loft! The deck is perfect for sunrise and sunset and very peaceful overlooking the water with plenty of seating. Beds are super comfy! The fishing piers were destroyed in the hurricane so they are not accessible (or existent in some cases) for fishing and the area is blocked off so it wasn't good for crabbing but otherwise everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

We LOVED our stay here! It really has the best of all worlds...view of dolphins and boats from the deck, pool within steps of residence and a beautiful, uncrowded beach a short walk across the street. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Luxury Coastal Vacations was a text away and promptly answered questions. We were also only a mile away from Florabama and their amazing bushwackers! We loved our stay so much we booked again for next year

I loved the location of this property. It had the best of all worlds...deck off the back to watch dolphins, a pool steps away, and the beach a short walk across the street. The beach was not crowded because there weren't very many big condos around, which was nice! Everything about our stay was excellent. I would totally recommend this property!

We had a wonderful vacation. This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. For coffee drinkers there is two coffee pots. You can make one cup of coffee or a pot of coffee. We had three adults and three kids and were all comfortable. The place was perfectly clean. Sitting on the deck was the best way to start the day. I can't wait to visit again.

Even though our stay was on the COLDEST week through out the country, we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what our place looked like. Would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that there is not a full length mirror anywhere.

We stayed at Perdido Key location September, 12 - 19. 2020. While there, we took a direct hit from Hurricane Sally (that's the last time this small town girl listens to the locals when they say it won't get bad). The condo we were staying in received quite a bit of damage. Due to the damage, our stay was cut short and the owners refunded 100% of the days we were no longer there. I was highly impressed with the amount of communication between us and the property managers. They were very helpful each time we called. This is a beautiful condo and a great location. I will definitely stay here again should we ever return to the area.

Great property. We had a souvenir shop, food, gas station and if we wanted to go to a bar there was one close by as well. Florabama is just down the road for food and music. The beach shop was also down the road for souvenirs. Nice and quiet. Very clean.

Loft upstairs worked perfect for our school aged kids. Pool was perfect right outside our door. Beach was close and accessible. Only slight downfall was the logistics of the master shower...trying to keep carpet dry as the shower is an add on from a previous closet. Might have been helpful to have salt n pepper packets. That’s the only thing we forgot at store.

We had a group of 6 adults and one infant and we tremendously enjoyed this place. Access to the beach was a breeze. The view of the bay was amazing. The beds were so comfy my hubby wants to replace ours with whatever those were! Exceptionally clean. Cute decor! Interior doors could use a little work. TVs caused us some issues but we really weren’t there for the tv! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this property before, and loved it so much it was the unanimous choice for this year's vacation. The guys love fishing and crabbing off the dock, the girls love going to the beach across the street, and my favorite spot is the balcony, where I can watch the boats go by on the Old River. The tower room for our teenagers gives us plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking the day's catch.

Beautifully decorated with everything one needs. Incredible river view right off the balcony made it relaxing and it was enjoyable to watch boats, fish jumping, and birds. Easy beach access across the street and clean pool for the end of the day. Comfortable firm mattresses. Bring your own beach toys/chairs.

My family and I had a best time here....We caught fish, the kids caught tons of crabs...the beach was a very short walk and was beautiful...the condo had everything we needed...my only complaint was the dryer squeaked at times and was very loud and took 2 times to dry a load but that being the only thing I still give this place 5 stars

This villa had something to make everyone in our family happy. The "boys" spent hours and hours on the pier, crabbing and fishing. The teens loved being able to cross the street and be on the beach any time they wanted. I was most happy sitting on the balcony watching the boats on the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we cooked most of our meals. The little turret room was perfect for the girls, who loved having their own space. Having the pool right outside our door was another plus. Overall, this villa had everything we wanted in a vacation accommodation.

Can't wait to come back, house was beautiful. View of the sunrise and sunset on the river everyday was amazing. Got to see blue herons, pelicans, jelly fish, crabs/hermit crabs, all sorts of fish, a sea turtle, and even dolphins off the pier!

Everything was exactly like the pictures. The condo was very clean. That is always the most important thing for me. We will absolutely stay there again. There is a pool which I did not notice in the listing.

Your condo was just what we needed for a nice little get away to celebrate our anniversary. It was just as advertised, private, very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen with nice things, plenty of nice linens and towels, great view and totally relaxing. Although the weather wasn't perfect, your place was nice enough to just hang out in and relax with a book or for watching a movie. We loved the access to the dock right outside the door. Fished a little, boat watched, road to the gulf right down the road & just thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were perfectly comfortable and the only bad thing was having to leave! This was our first time staying at this condo. We absolutely loved it! Staying on the river side was so fun! We fished every day and caught several crabs with a crab trap. We also saw a dolphin from our balcony! The beach is right across the street (a very short walk). The condo and the grounds were very clean! The condo offered everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation! The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cook wear and more! Our daughters loved having the loft to hang out in. Just perfect!!
