A perfect location...beautiful view of intercostal and short walking distance to beach. The place we very clean with extra blankets and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. However, there was not any spices (no salt) and only 2 rolls of TP and one roll of paper-towels. Would of been great to have access to some beach chairs, etc like most rentals offer, but not a huge deal. Overall, a wonderful place and location. We will definitely come back again!

The apartment its self was very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped with everything you might need. Beds are comfy, plenty of blankets if you need them, and lots of towels provided. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially as the sun goes down. We saw Dolphins swimming by, Herons and Pelicans fishing, plus lots of other birds and Squirrels. The complex it self is very peaceful. The pool was clean, well looked after and great for cooling off in the hot sun. A quick 5 min drive and you can be parked at the beach. You could probably walk to the beach and it wouldn't take long at all but we had small children and wanted to be parked right there. A very enjoyable experience all round. Thank you so much for making my vacation one to remember! I would definitely recommend to any one and would certainly visit again.

Great location for fishing off dock in back yard to a beach trip across street. Condo was clean and had all the essentials. Plan on returning.

My family had a great time at needle rush point. Very low key and relaxing. My grandson even caught a few fish. The beach was just a short walk and not crowded. We will be back in the future!

We had a great time. Needle Rush Point is a nice and quiet place. It looks better in person, as some of the property has been updated since the photos were taken. Not to far of a drive to the grocery store, and walking distance to the flora bama was a plus. The food at flora bama yacht club was great.

Needle Rush Point on the bay side is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in the area. Dolphins play right in front of the balcony. There is a resident heron. The wildlife was a bonus to the incredible amenities. The bay side pool was beautiful. It's on a platform that looks out over the bay. The ocean side pool was even bigger. I loved that umbrellas were built-in beside every chair. The grounds are impeccable. I loved all the boardwalks that led to the pools, the piers, and out to the dunes. The condo was precious. All anticipated needs were met. There were trial sized dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, soaps. Very cute towels shaped into swans. We enjoyed going out to eat every night and eating dessert back at the condo on the balcony and listened to the water lapping against the shore. I would highly recommend this place and hope to go back one day.

My husband's family used to own a condo in Needle Rush when he was growing up and he's been wanting to bring me back there for years. This was our first chance and it did not disappoint! The condo is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Also, being a first floor unit, unpacking and repacking the vehicle was a breeze! We were able to bring our boat and keep an eye on it from the balcony, which is always important to us. I would definitely recommend this unit and I hope to be able to get it again, in the future!
