Our condo was home away from home. The view from the balcony is beautiful. I have no bad words to say about the condo or the building and surroundings. The condo was spotless and the furniture you could see the vacuum marks. Very beautiful, peaceful area. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at the Palacio! Quiet area, clean beach with easy access. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with fantastic views. The photos don’t do it justice! You’ll need to bring your own seasonings and foil, etc, but the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. We appreciated the good communication and clear checkin/checkout information. We had a maintenance issue early in our stay and they responded immediately. The only negative was the lock on the balcony door in the living area was broken. LCV was aware of that before we arrived and had already put in a request to fix it, but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed during our stay - so the balcony could only be accessed through the master bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient for anyone wanting to sit out there late/early. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place to others!

The condo was super nice and well-equipped. We loved the space and the ammenities. The only drawback would be the beach chair/umbrella rental. We were not aware that you were allowed to reserve these early. I am not sure if we could have gotten the front row anyway. We would have liked to have had a better view of the ocean without getting up at 5 am!
But it was a wonderful condo and stay.

Our unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook with, storage, and utensils galore. The instructions were clear to bring items like extra trash bags, dish tabs, laundry soap, spices, etc. The view was incredible, pool had plenty of lounge chairs, beach was clean. Lots to do in and around the area and easy to navigate. Parking wasn't an issue. The overflow lot is easy to access across the street if main lot is full.
