Loved it. Great place in a good location. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. The customer service and communication was unbelievable. Always reaching out to see how things are going, let me know it was ready earlier than normal check-in, and communicated with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was OK. Will definitely stay with them again.

Check in process couldn't be easier. The unit and property in general is very clean. Location is close enough to restaurants, stores, and attractions, but far away enough to be quiet and easy going. Condo is beautifully decorated, functional, and quite spacious. Awesome views from the large windows and balcony. Great restaurants around for fresh seafood. We would visit again for a relaxing vacation.

Our place was very nice and the views were absolutely beautiful! It was clean and very spacious! The only two issues we had was the elevator in the building. First day only one was working and it took forever! And there was some confusing on parking the first day but they were very responsive and helpful to clear it up. But that was it nothing major! I would definitely stay there again!

We had a blast during our stay! It was so great to have immediate beach access and the local restaurants were great! The brunch location across the street is highly recommended. Overall loved our stay, we were confused about obtaining the reservation for our beach place, which I felt could have been communicated better in advance. Although set up was quick and painless once we arrived.

I will definitely stay here again The location was exactly where all the things are that we like to do there’s not as much hustle bustle as in Orange Beach. The organization that dealt with condos and all that’s going on were great. they were always just a phone call away, the condo itself was beautiful, nicely decorated, mattresses were comfortable. There was nothing that we needed, all basic supplies were available. even a meat thermometer!

I had my girlfriend and her 7 year old son for his spring break. We stayed 1 week. We loved the location and the condo was amazing. Beautiful views, you're very high up. You can actually see the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Very quiet and private. Close to the famous flora bamma. Top of the line. I would recommend this to anyone, and we will be back.

We really enjoyed our time at Palacio 1603. The unit was clean, beautiful and very spacious. The bed was super comfy. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and much more. The only less than stellar thing was the parking. There is not enough parking in the main lot and we had to park across the street in overflow parking several times. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

This unit is on the 16 th floor on the end so the noise from neighbors was minimal. Everything within the unit was clean and well kept up. We had a restful vacation which is what we were looking for, the beach chair service included with the unit was a nice addition. Multiple excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Location perfect, beach not overcrowded, pools clean and larger than I realized.

Quality furnishings, well stocked with kitchen equipment, nicely decorated, very clean. Owners called at 9:30 a.m. to say unit was ready. Keypad entry so we didn't have to carry a key.

We were a party of 3. We all felt the condo was beautiful, very upscale. There was a problem with the floor to ceiling blind in the master bedroom. It was stuck up. They did give it prompt attention but obviously couldn't fix it. They got it down for us but if I'd gotten to choose between permanently up or permanetly down, I'd stayed with it up and not sacrificed the view. The condo had everything we needed. We only wished we'd been able to stay for a few more days. We would definitely be happy renting this unit again!
