We had an amazing stay in Perdido Key! The condo was absolutely beautiful – updated furniture from the pictures, the condo was spotless, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the sound machines, and bottle of wine when arriving. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back! The view was to die for!

Definitely enjoyed this location. The lap pool is heated and was a big win for our slightly chilly week. It’s hard to beat the view from the 18th floor! Everyone slept well, the kitchen served us well all week, and walking across the street for ice cream became a daily treat!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Stunning gulf views from the 18th floor. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful decor, great bathrooms and split bedroom floorplan. Luxury Coastal Vacations and the owner are wonderful and very responsive. The beach is so nice and the condos are in a great location with shopping and restaurants across the street. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo on 18th floor. Stunning views of gulf. Great outdoor furniture. Chaise lounge would be great addition. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Property management did not stock all bathrooms well with shampoo, conditioner and extra toilet paper. Let owner know. Owner extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend and definitely rent condo 1804 again.

Condo 1804 at Palacio was a beautiful place to stay. It accommodated our family with 2 littles very well! They loved it! The beach was nice. The pool area was nice. Friendly staff. The owner checked in to see if everything was ok. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for a comfortable and peaceful vacation!!

Beautiful condo, great check-in, amazing view! We came into a very generous welcome basket, which was a great start to our vacation along with a personal note great touch to help us feel welcome! We so appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella. We had 7 ppl and plenty of space. Our teenage girls said it was their favorite place we’ve stayed. I would highly recommend for a perfect beach vacation.

I’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnb places, and this host has to rate at the top. His attention to detail ( cleanliness, crystal clear instructions for operating all devices, welcome “goodies”…and the list goes on. Check in, unpack, and relax. Just the way it’s supposed to be. Enjoy!

Extended balcony was a plus in this unit. Many extras: box fans, white noise machines, additional countertop ice maker, a coffee maker that uses pods or ground coffee. Well equipped kitchen. A welcome gift was there on arrival. Interesting layout, great decor. We all loved it!!
This unit is the first one when you get off the elevator, which was really convenient. There is a fabulous restaurant right across the highway, the Jellyfish.
All around fabulous stay!!

The description online was exactly what we encountered. The condo was perfectly clean and tidy, the furniture was exactly as pictured, and it was easy to get in and out. Our group of six would definitely stay here again! Luxury Coastal Vacations was extremely responsive. The view from the balcony was spectacular!

This place was amazing! We liked the location because it wasn't as crowded as the more popular beaches. The guests at the resort were all families so, there were no annoying, mischievous, and rowdy unsupervised young adults. The rental company provided clear information and instructions on accessing the condo and were quick to respond to my questions. The condo was just like the pictures and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed. HUGH ROOMS! The staff was friendly. The common areas stayed clean. The coffee maker wasn't working properly the first morning (which is def com 5 in my family!). I reached out to the rental company and they had a new one arrive within a few hours. One negative about the resort (according to my mom) was the designated smoking area was small and it stunk. It was however one of the best beach condos we've stayed at and plan to stay there again!

This is our 2nd time at this property and there have been such great upgrades since last April that I had to write a glowing review! The views from the balcony are amazing, everything you could ask for in the kitchen, beautiful interior, bathrooms & bedrooms are all upgrades from the usual vacation rentals and the beds are all so comfortable (there were 5 of us women all "of a certain age" and we all slept great!), really just a superior vacation spot! We are already planning out next trip to stay here! Thank you for such a lovely place !!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, the view was beautiful, we had Netflix on the tv for the smaller kids which helped us a lot. We had everything we need to make our weekend hassle free and more relaxing than we could imagine. I was very pleased with the help we received the night we got out there. I apparently opened the email I was sent with the check in instructions long before arriving and didn’t realize that I opened it. I thought I never received that email. We hit loads of traffic which put us arriving between 8-9 and I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to get in touch with anyone to get our room code but after calling the number, I was told I would receive a call back and it took maybe 5 minutes to get a call from a man (I’m so sorry, I forgot his name) BUT he was so nice and even said he would come over and help us. Coincidentally I located the email as he was calling me back and told him I found it and I was sorry for bothering him so late lol. When we got to the room we even found a bag with a hand written note from the owners with a gift & I loved that so much. It showed how sweet they are. We were a family of 8 that stayed this past weekend & all 8 of us HIGHLY recommend this place.
