Fantastic location, near restaurants and the beach chair service was great. note that the kitchen has zero consumables, such as no salt, pepper. No trash bags or beach towels, etc., so come ready! The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensil, as well as glassware. Parking is also very easy.
This condo is on the second floor, and it was super convenient to take stairs right to pool.
We had an issue with the dryer and a chair. The dryer was very quickly address, repaired and was zero inconvenience to our stay.
We would definitely rent again.

Perfect location. Either walk across the street or a short drive to everything. Extremely clean with excellent view. Can’t say enough good things. We were in town for a wedding. Our ages were 11 months to 57 years and we all absolutely loved this condo. Did I mention it was extremely clean and that any question or request was addressed within minutes.

Our family has been going to Perdido for many years and always have a wonderful time. I the past 4 years we’ve stayed at the Palacio and have never been disappointed; This stay was no different. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly. Condo was great, plenty of space, decorated well and clean. Would stay again.

I liked being on the second floor. Condo was very convenient to restaurants and not far to drive for groceries.we used the workout area and the pool. Small children should not use the hot tub unsupervised Of course going to the beach was close and convenient also. First time using wrist bands…not a fan. We didn’t like the idea of keeping up with them. We would probably go back there.

After staying for a week at another condo, same building, I decided I needed to extend my vacation as I just finished a huge project and needed to COMPLETELY DECOMPRESS before starting my next assignment.
The pictures of how this condo is designed, furnished & decorated DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE!
The beds were much more comfortable than the other location & the hosts were very prompt with my late request to book a few days… Best decision I could have made!

We received notice in November that the construction was not going to be completed before we arrived so we would receive a 15% refund but this has not happened yet. We were definitely Inconvenienced with workmen working on our balcony and being asked to move the furniture inside. Plus the outside walkway walls having wet paint without notice.. we realize this was not within the owners control and did appreciate the offer of a 15% refund but disappointed we never received it. I assume Luxury is responsible not the owner.

We loved the property. The condo was beautiful, clean, large enough for my party and will be possibly renting it again. One word of advice was to add more detail about the type of construction that was going on. The construction started at 7am to 5pm everyday except Saturday. The jack hammering was so loud and the vibration almost shock items off of the glass shelf in the 2nd master bath. We made the best of it but would of enjoyed being able to sleep a little later while on vacation. We know it was no fault of yours but if we had know it was going to be so loud we would of been better prepared and brought earplugs. But again this place is beautiful and being able to enjoy the nice weather in Florida (us coming in from Maine) and being able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and blue angels each morning made our stay worth it. Thank you

Only thing I would suggest is that the cleaning crew check under the couch and beds… there was shattered glass shards under the couches… and traveling with kids and their toys… we’ll, cars and truck toys tend to go under furniture. Otherwise our stay was great

Just a short ride up to the second floor and your able to enjoy a beautiful beach view from your own private balcony. The condo was fabulous from being clean to the air conditioning working perfectly! We would definitely recommend this condo to those looking.

The condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. A home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the view is gorgeous! Most of your time will be spent out on the spacious patio overlooking the Gulf. We never used the dining room table once lol. The property is well maintained (although becoming a little dated). Pool, hot tub and grilling spaces are awesome. Security and other workers are all very nice. This is a GREAT place to visit!!

This is a great place! It was everything advertised. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. My family enjoyed it so much. So convenient to everything. The condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was very well equipped, complete with baking sheets, cake pans and a crock pot! Very convenient.The balcony overlooking the Gulf has amazing views!! There was something new to see every morning/evening: beautiful sunrises, lightening shows, and even a rainbow! The extra tables and seating on the balcony make the dining room table almost unnecessary, although very nice if you insist on eating inside. The condo is located in a great location, quiet, not super touristy but only 10 minutes away from Orange Beach, 15 minutes away from Pensacola which are busy tourist destinations. My family did not want to leave!!

This condo is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The view from the beach front balcony is absolutely breathtaking! There were 9 of us (6 adults and 3 pre-teen girls), we didn't feel crowded at all, there was plenty of space and plenty to do during our trip. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to visit again sooner rather than later!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The sitting view from the living room was of waves washing up on the shore . . . 2nd floor was PERFECT! Beds were comfortable. Condo is perfectly located between Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and Pensacola for the best of both locations' food/attractions and yet quiet beach at the condo itself . . . just minutes from Blue Angels practice site/museum!

We loved the openness of the unit! The windows submersed the whole unit in sunlight. Each room was decorated very nicely, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were adequately spaced for privacy for all. The shower in the master bath was huge! We enjoyed the balconies, especially the view from the back to the beach. Plenty of seating inside for everyone to sit for a meal, a game, or watching a movie together. Parking was easy and close. Overall, no negative issues or comments! :) We hope to return soon! Very responsive to minor needs (more towels, blankets & TV issue). Lucky enough to have wonderful weather so were able to take advantage of the pools, hot tub and gulf on some days. Also enjoyed the fitness center. Couldn't find the coffeemaker instructions but figured it out without. Would highly recommend.

Palacio 201 was absolutely perfect! Spacious, beautifully decorated, fantastic location with incredible views of the water. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out, especially early in the morning for a beautiful view of the sunrise. This condo would be perfect for a large group or family, with three large bedrooms and 3 FULL baths! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy, while still sharing the communal kitchen & living room areas. Having the washer & dryer was a very welcome convenience. Luxury Coastal Vacations was a joy to work with; very friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend them, or this condo, enough! We will be back again for sure!

We stay at the Palacio every year and have been since 2006. This is the first time in unit 201, and we loved it!! The unit was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The view off the balcony every morning watching the dolphins swim was beautiful. The only thing that was not provided and wish it were was the umbrella and chairs and some beach chairs and toys for kids. The unit was exactly as you see in the pictures and lots of extra pillows and blankets. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!👍𣐽𣑍😃򐰽򐸃😃򐰽򐸃☀️☀️☀️

Our family of 5 recently stayed in this unit and it was simply amazing. Located on the second floor and at the end of the building, we were never bothered by noise or long elevator waits since the stairway was right by our unit. The layout of the unit maximized privacy because none of the bedrooms shared walls. The unit was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen was stocked with all utensils needs for any kind of meal and any number of people. We've been to this area of Florida several times and will only stay in this unit from now on. It is right on the beach and the pool area was a great place to relax, too. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The closet space and drawer space in each bedroom was ample. We hope to return at least once a year since it was conveniently located to both Pensacola and Orange Beach. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was exactly as shown. Everything was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room and set up so everyone had their own private space. Had a wonderful time, although the weather was a little cold. Would love to come back and spend hours sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Would recommend this to friends and will come back to this condo next trip to Pensacola.

Our family loved this condo, and being on the 2nd floor meant you could hear the water/waves exceptionally well. The condo was large, comfortable but beautiful at the same time (hard to do!) and the beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and had great water pressure (hard to find at a beach condo!) All in all, we rate this an A plus unit and would love to return!

Our family really enjoyed the accommodations and space in our condo. It was nice to be so close to the beach and on a lower floor so we could use the steps to access easily. I prepared breakfast several days and had almost every piece of equipment I needed to do that. The kitchen needs a cookie sheet. We had 6 adults and 2 children with us and had plenty of space for everyone.

This is our second year to stay at the Palacio. We loved it here so much that we came back. We were all satisfied with the condo. It was clean and convenient. It is also great for kids. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and everyone was comfortable. Very clean. The staff and amenities are also very nice there as well. Would definitely recommend again. We plan on booking this condo again next year as well!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this corner unit had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths rooms plenty of room for a large family, very comfortable, beautiful ocean views and nice balcony. the tv in living area was an older model and should be replaced with updated larger screen. would certainly return.
