Fantastic location, near restaurants and the beach chair service was great. note that the kitchen has zero consumables, such as no salt, pepper. No trash bags or beach towels, etc., so come ready! The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensil, as well as glassware. Parking is also very easy. This condo is on the second floor, and it was super convenient to take stairs right to pool. We had an issue with the dryer and a chair. The dryer was very quickly address, repaired and was zero inconvenience to our stay. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect location. Either walk across the street or a short drive to everything. Extremely clean with excellent view. Can’t say enough good things. We were in town for a wedding. Our ages were 11 months to 57 years and we all absolutely loved this condo. Did I mention it was extremely clean and that any question or request was addressed within minutes.

Our family has been going to Perdido for many years and always have a wonderful time. I the past 4 years we’ve stayed at the Palacio and have never been disappointed; This stay was no different. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly. Condo was great, plenty of space, decorated well and clean. Would stay again.

I liked being on the second floor. Condo was very convenient to restaurants and not far to drive for groceries.we used the workout area and the pool. Small children should not use the hot tub unsupervised Of course going to the beach was close and convenient also. First time using wrist bands…not a fan. We didn’t like the idea of keeping up with them. We would probably go back there.

After staying for a week at another condo, same building, I decided I needed to extend my vacation as I just finished a huge project and needed to COMPLETELY DECOMPRESS before starting my next assignment. The pictures of how this condo is designed, furnished & decorated DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! The beds were much more comfortable than the other location & the hosts were very prompt with my late request to book a few days… Best decision I could have made!

We received notice in November that the construction was not going to be completed before we arrived so we would receive a 15% refund but this has not happened yet. We were definitely Inconvenienced with workmen working on our balcony and being asked to move the furniture inside. Plus the outside walkway walls having wet paint without notice.. we realize this was not within the owners control and did appreciate the offer of a 15% refund but disappointed we never received it. I assume Luxury is responsible not the owner.

Great Week on Perdido

A very spacious condo in a great location. The beach service was a nice perk. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus with 3 teenage girls. Furniture was comfortable which makes it easy to feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.
