Loved this place. Our family had a great time. Very clean unit with excellent views. We go all over the Gulf throughout the year and this might be one of my favorite places. Also go see the Blue Angels when they are in town. Lots of good local food spots as well!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in Palacio #302. Beautiful beaches and wonderful balcony/ deck. The condominium was nicely decorated and comfortable overall. The beds were very comfortable, clean, and nice. The only recommendation I would have would be to replace the aging sofa in the living room. It has been well worn over time, and is not very comfortable now. Otherwise, all was really nice, and as we had expected. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful!

Had a great beach vacation with my kids and grandkids. Condo was nice and very well stocked. Loved the balcony with the ocean view. The only problem was there was only one elevator working, but we were on third floor so walked most of the time. We had to contact the property manager once because the door knob was loose and they came and replaced it immediately, we will stay here again if available.

We enjoyed our stay at Palacio 302. The balcony was wonderful. Getting settled took some patience as there were only 2 elevators in a 19 story building and everyone was loading in at the same time. We provided a tub mat for the guest bath as there was not one. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The condo was very clean and well furnished. We especially appreciated the seating options on the Lanai, 2 comfy chairs , a table with 4 chairs and a couch. Part or all of it was in the shade at all times so we could enjoy the view any time of day. There were plenty of towels provided. Beach chair/umbrella service took the worry out of finding a place every morning. Host was very proactive in providing check in and check out instructions. Highly recommend this property.

Palacio 302 was well represented in the listing. The upgraded things mattered- bathroom vanities; toilets and bath fixtures, superb ceiling fans, nice linens and pillows. The unit was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The maintenance work was going on outside, it was not noticed from inside. Our extended family occupied four units and there were no complaints about the property. A great place for making memories!

We loved this place! We have two boys ages 7 and 11 - and we had a blast! Location was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and also rented some kayaks for a Bayside excursion. We would definitely rent here again.

We planned our trip last minute and feel lucky to have been able to rent this gem.....our family has vacationed to this area every year for several years and by far the cleanest condo we have had with a fabulous Floorplan. Perfect for our family of 4. Amazing bedrooms, bathrooms with a bonus 'mudroom/laundry area'.....steps from beach and pool.....would rent again in a heart beat. Only negative...no cutting board but my guess is that it accidentally walked away with another renter or was stored with homeowners things given this kitchen had every thing else........like everything else. well stocked... want to go back already!!!

Condo was exactly as listed! View was amazing, waking up to see the ocean out the bedroom window was magical. Super clean! My only minor complaint was the first night we found a leak in the ac closet. They fixed it next day ( afternoon)but it was a little stressful emptying a juice pitcher every hour ,I was trying to keep the water from ruining any dry wall or flooring . Other than that,no complaints. Remember to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap,dishwasher pods,shampoo,soap conditioner and trash bags. Condo has these but if you use them ,rules state you must replace

We stayed here for 10 days. Very nice condo! Very roomy; was just the two of us but could easily have accommodated a couple more people or even more if you wanted to utilize the pull out couch. Very good king size bed, large main bedroom and huge attached bathroom with whirlpool tub. Had a large walk in closet, also. As we cooked most of our meals, we appreciated the kitchen layout and the top line appliances. Ample supply of dishes and excellent cookware. Also was nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit. The complex itself was very nice, although it was too cold to enjoy the pool, etc. This was our first time in Perdido Key and would definitely recommend the town if you aren’t into all the “touristy” type attractions. We enjoyed the somewhat slower & quieter pace than what Gulf Shores might offer. However, it was just a short ride to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Definitely recommend!!

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in! The balcony was large and really comfy to sit around and enjoy looking at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again. There is only one complaint about the beach area, if you don’t rent the chairs you don’t have anywhere to sit. We had to go down to the public beach until we had chairs available to rent. The chair cost was $30 for 2 chais and a umbrella. We couldn’t really see the beach from where we rented the chair due to all the chairs in front of us. We never was able to rent the ones in the front by the water due to them being rented already. So I do suggest as soon as you get there reserve your chairs for the week.

We've vacationed on the Florida Gulf coast for many years. We've stayed in some very nice condos. Palacio 302 is the best ! Upscale furnished, but also very comfortable. Luxury and large, beautifully decorated. Nice balcony and view. Keyless entry is convenient. Also Palacio's 2 swimming pools are large enough to actually swim. We enjoyed our week at Perdido Key and always appreciate Luxury Coastal.

From the first moment through the door, I knew I had picked a real winner this time. This was our 6th vacation in the last 10 years to the area, and our second stay at Palacio. This condo (302) was even better than our first at Palacio (which was very good). Everything was super clean, and I just love the layout of this condo. The mattresses were some of the best I have ever slept on away from home (where we have tempurpedic), in both the front bedroom, and the master. TV in living room was surprisingly large, and make sure to figure out how to use the VIZIO soundbar underneath, which has GREAT sound. Kitchen extremely well appointed with excellent cabinetry (smooth pull-out drawers containing most pots and pans), and blender, toaster, cutlery, glass cutting board, and plenty of all the other essentials. All furniture throughout in good shape, and nice interior design. Palacio has large balconies, and this one has exceptional furniture that includes wicker, cushioned love seat, nice wrought iron table with 4 chairs (nylon weave seat and backs), AND two very comfortable wicker armchairs. Master bathroom is a delight, with well-functioning, sized-for-two jet-tub, and over-large walk-in shower with removable hand-held sprayer, and bench seat at the back. Slight downsides: need more parking; have to use auxiliary lot across the busy highway sometimes, but mostly not, for us. Had to use it twice at night during our 7 day stay. Room 32 is within easy earshot of the pool and hot tub. People like the hot tub (we enjoyed it too, and it really works!), and I think the cutoff time was 10pm, although one night we heard folks at 10:30pm. Not a significant problem for us. With sliding doors closed, condo is very well protected from outdoor noise. I would definitely book this one again! Definitely one of top 2 in our 6 visits.

This is a beautiful unit. The views from the balcony of the Gulf can’t be beat. Nicely furnished and well-equipped kitchen. Two complaints: 1. Parking is limited. The overflow parking is across a busy highway. It’s very dangerous crossing on foot. Cars ignore the pedestrian crossing signs. 2. Overall the unit was clean when we arrived. However, there were crumbs in the silverware tray and the baseboards need to be cleaned especially in the bathrooms. The jacuzzi and two pools ( one of which was heated) were very nice. Overall we had a great stay and hope to return.

The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the windows and light across the master bedroom and living area. We had everything we needed. Less than 5 minutes from Publix. 2 beach chairs were available but we brought our own. Just be prepared for a very large beach service operation. There were 3 rows. We always bring our own stuff so we were able to set up in between Palacio and the building next door. That worked fine for us. We love Perdido key and would return to Palacio 302.

The amenities in this condo can not be outdone! The large shower with seat and deep, jetted tub are perfect after a day on the beach. All of the extra touches are thoughtful and make for a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed the property and the condo very much. The balcony and seating was my favorite aspect. The pool and hot tub were also great. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen faucet was loose when we arrived but we dealt with it and informed luxury about it so it should be repaired for the next visitors. This is a good place.

The unit’s decor was soothing, the furniture was cozy & comfortable, the technology was excellent (WiFi could have been a bit faster but was fine), the kitchen was outfitted with everything I needed to cook a couple 3 dish meals (better than most rental units). We were there New Years with temps in the 20s so we were barely able to go on the balcony, but loved the furniture there & the view was perfect— high enough to avoid all the pool traffic, but low enough to see & hear all the beach features. I will definitely keep this unit bookmarked. Thanks to the owners for a beautiful unit + great price.

I have stayed on the coast for more than 3 decades now. Having been an owner before I can. say without hesitation that this 2bd/2bth unit at Palacio is as good as they get. Awesome view, highest quality amenities and luxury at its finest. I recommend staying here anytime you are in the Perdido Key area.

One of the nicest units we've rented in Perdido Key, this place has it all! We were able to enjoy some mild weather and beach time, which was a pleasant surprise this time of year. The location is convenient, with Publix just over the bridge, and some cute boutiques, souvenir shops & restaurants within walking distance at Villagio (the rental agency is located here too, which was comforting to know they're literally across the street if we needed anything!) The Gulf Islands National Seashore is amazing- we were able to walk the pristine, untouched beaches and the views of the infinite Gulf were simply breathtaking. The WiFi was fast, which was important for us, and the kids loved the high end electronics of course! My favorite features were the master suite, kitchen and to no surprise, the beachfront balcony! The master has a super comfy bed, nice large flat screen on the wall, and easy access to the balcony. Waking up (late for once!) to the sound of seagulls and waves was pure heaven! And the ensuite bath's huge jetted tub... need I say more? The kitchen was not only gorgeous but functional. I love to cook, and everything I needed was supplied. And finally, the balcony... we spent more time there than anywhere else, drinking wine and getting lost in the beauty of Perdido Key (the comfy outdoor furnishings helped with that ;) Everyone enjoyed it, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My only unhappy moment was realizing it was time to leave :( Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat for our family to enjoy for years to come! More than a wonderful vacation... this is a cherished memory.

It was the best and the most interior design. The cleanliness was spectacular. The ocean view is Serene. The shower rooms are first class. As a full time single mom of two kids, it was the best run away vacation. Both me and my boy friend fell more in love here. We wish we brought a bottle of wine when we saw the nice bar area. Children loved the Netflix Channel. I am glad I listened to my friend's advise to stay in this condo.

We recently stayed in Unit 302 at the Palacio in Perdido Key. It was absolutely the loveliest, and most well cared for condo we have stayed in and we have been visiting Perdido Key for many years. We were so pleased that the condo looked as great as its pictures. It is updated with current colors and furniture, making it inviting as well as comfortable. It is worth mentioning how clean this condo was, compared to others we have rented in the past. The third floor location is great for a view and the patio is nicely furnished as well. All in all, a really great condo. We will definitely go back.
