Is also boasts a 50” Samsung Smart TV! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a 43” LG AI Thin W 4K smart TV, and private bath. With a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests! If you need to stay in touch with the world you came from, this property features a phone system with free long distance calls, plus complimentary WI-FI. There is also a keypad, so you won't have to worry about keeping track of keys. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in Palacio #302. Beautiful beaches and wonderful balcony/ deck. The condominium was nicely decorated and comfortable overall. The beds were very comfortable, clean, and nice. The only recommendation I would have would be to replace the aging sofa in the living room. Had a great beach vacation with my kids and grandkids. Condo was nice and very well stocked. Loved the balcony with the ocean view. The only problem was there was only one elevator working, but we were on third floor so walked most of the time. We enjoyed our stay at Palacio 302. The balcony was wonderful. Getting settled took some patience as there were only 2 elevators in a 19 story building and everyone was loading in at the same time. The condo was very clean and well furnished. We especially appreciated the seating options on the Lanai, 2 comfy chairs , a table with 4 chairs and a couch. Part or all of it was in the shade at all times so we could enjoy the view any time of day. There were plenty of towels provided. Beach chair/umbrella service took the worry out of finding a place every morning. Host was very proactive in providing check in and check out instructions. Part or all of it was in the shade at all times so we could enjoy the view any time of day. There were plenty of towels provided. Beach chair/umbrella service took the worry out of finding a place every morning. Host was very proactive in providing check in and check out instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the condo. It’s very roomy and well stocked for any kind of cooking. Great view of the ocean and close to stores and nice restaurants. If you’ve never been to “Cobalt” highly recommend it. Communication was very easy.- Reviewed On: 5/14/2023
