This was our 1st time in the area. Excellent condo, had everything we needed, it actually was even better than we anticipated! All the communications prior to check in were clear and concise. The unit was ready on time and was pristine when we entered. Palacio has great grounds, 2 pools were great! Perdido key is very low key. Not much going on and very quiet, we like that. 15 minute drive to Orange Beach or 30 to Pensacola for many food options. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Perdido Key- Reviewed On: 8/14/2026

The pictures fit the description of the condo perfectly. The only down side was the parking. If you come in after 8p you can forget about parking at the condo you will have to go to the overflow which is across the street.- Reviewed On: 6/4/2026
