Palacio 803 is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom offers stunning views with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the private balcony, where you can take in sweeping Gulf views. With a king bed in the primary, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps six guests. Comfortable, stocked and spacious

We stayed at the Palacio in a 2BR/2BA Condo, and it was wonderful. The Master bedroom feels super nice and open, plus it gives you an amazing view of the beach, which I loved once I woke up. The master bathroom is spacious and has a tub and a shower, along with two sinks separated by a door, which comes in handy, a large walk-in closet for lots of storage and clothing. The 2nd bedroom had two full beds, which is why this unit worked for us since we have two teenagers who wanted their beds. They also had their bathroom, which was a significant factor in our decision to choose this condo. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals, the bathrooms had more than enough towels, and our beds were super comfortable. It was super clean, and the decor and ambiance of the place made us feel at home. Parking was good, and overall and it was easy and quick to get around to the beach/pool. We wil be back!

This is the perfect location and condo for a beach vacation. Walkable to food options and yet still very private and not a crowded beach (and it’s Memorial Day weekend). It has everything you would want in a vacation rental, period.

great location right across the street from shops/ restaurants so you don't have to get your car out all the time. away from the crowded areas. ( Middle of April) not far from FloraBama, very close to Publix and Winn Dixie for all your food and drinks. Has hot tub heated pool and regular pool. Honestly a great choice to stay and would definitely stay here again

We were very excited to stay here, but the worst winter storm in 50 years hit, cancelling flights and closing roads. Host informed us of the challenges and allowed us to cancel even though it was well past the cancellation date. Great communication prior to and through this period. We’ll definitely choose this host when we can reschedule our trip—Southern hospitality.
