Fabulous location. Condo was perfect size for our family of 3 adults. Great patio and views of Gulf - including from one bedroom and the family room. Great access to beach. Great pool set up. Nice private beach that is a little small given the property size. Recommend booking with chair / umbrella service during stay -- they were fantastic. If you don't book with service, there is very limited beach for chair set up and tents / canopies must be located at the back of the beach.
Building feels a little older. Only two elevators for 16 floors, so some wait time, especially on move in / move out days. There are several carts / luggage racks available which was so helpful. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. There were no extra non-perishable supplies available - cooking spices (not even salt / pepper), kitchen-size garbage bags, etc. Just be prepared to bring your own.
