Palacio Penthouse 1902

We had a great stay in the penthouse. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the stay at all except parking could be a little difficult and you might have to park in the overflow across the street. But it’s really not much extra walk from there. We loved walking right out onto the beach and the boardwalk had plenty of hoses to clean off after being out in the sand. The living space was super accommodating and we loved having a full kitchen and spacious living room. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

We had an incredible time staying at this beachfront penthouse! The views were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was a dream. The space was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—right on the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is breathtaking; pictures do not do it justice! When staying here, read the instructions carefully and completely so you know what to bring/purchase. We picked up a Walmart order with everything from coffee filters to shampoo so we were all set for our five days here. The host is very quick to respond, kind and helpful. I've already sent the listing to friends that are interested just from my photos!

This was our second year. This has plenty of room for the whole family to be able to be in the same room. Plenty of room to eat together or play games. Plenty of seating to watch a movie together on a rainy day. We love it!

We had a lovely stay at the palacio penthouse! The area was nice and not overcrowded. We loved how easy it was to get down to the pool and beach. Even with being on the top floor the elevator was very fast and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. We had some great meals at area restaurants. It was a lovely family friendly condo - we stayed with our 3 kids ages 6,3, and 1. We loved the sunsets on the balcony. We are already looking at when we can come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Including children, there were 9 of us and the space allowed us plenty of room. The views were picture perfect and I swear we saw dolphins from the balcony every day. The building was clean and quiet. It felt like someday we were the only ones there!
We would definitely book this space again in the future!

Palacio PH was lavish & plush with tall ceilings! We enjoyed spacious seating & the motorized shades were convenient & turtle friendly. The refrigerator was huge & the ice maker was very generous. The dual 12 cup coffee maker/Keurig satisfied everyone’s tastes. The roomy wet bar with wine & beer coolers was an added benefit. Master ensuite bathroom with his & her vanities & toilets was luxurious. Plenty of patio seating for peaceful sunrises & colorful sunsets. Easy Peasy Beach access with in addition to huge pool, a heated large lap pool & hot tub on either side. Restaurants were easily accessible along with a close by Publix. Definitely a Memorable Vacation!

Penthouse 1902 was beautiful and perfectly laid out to accommodate our group of 12. Views from the balconies are unparalleled! Some people in our group have been coming to the Pensacola area for 20+ years and said this was the nicest condo they had ever rented! Kitchen was large and well-stocked with 2nd ice maker. Wet bar with 2 wine/beer fridges came in very handy. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. When I contacted the host during our stay to request additional wristbands for beach/pool access, they were delivered to the condo within a few hours. There are only 2 elevators for the building, but this only caused excessive waits on check-in day. There are also only 2 parking spots per condo, but the host provided a number of other affordable parking options, and this worked out well for our group. Overall a wonderful place for our week at the beach, and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Condo was 5 star-beautiful and elegant-high end finishes and spacious-needs a full length mirror-wifi is very spotty in the bedrooms—- -Luxury Coast Vacations 5 star-we got lots of communications and very easy process. -Beach service 3 star-only a narrow part of beach and they set the beach chairs so close you were almost touching elbows-we complained and the attendant said his boss makes him do that-terrible

The condo was beautiful. Way better than the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel cookware, Corning wear, glasses, crockpot, blender everything you need and then some. We had three generations of family (age 12-74). This was one of the best vacations of our life. The view was fabulous, and the beach was perfect for resting. The penthouse was not only beautiful, it was spacious with plenty of room for privacy. The pictures are unable to portray the true beauty of the place. The customer service was responsive, warm and kind. We would love to stay at the same place again.

Check in was busy on a Saturday evening. With only 2 elevators and a small lobby area it took a while to get up to our floor. Outside of that the pictures are 100% accurate with the unit. The views are great, unit is very spacious, and everything was clean. Would stay here again.

This was a spacious unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. The three bedrooms were large and two of them had their own bathrooms. The third one had a full bath across the hall. Since there was also a half-bath, we all had our own bathrooms. The bar area with two refrigerated areas for wine, beer, and other drinks helped out by freeing up space in the kitchen refrigerator for food. Only complaint would be that there were only two elevators and at times, you had to wait. But we would definitely stay in this unit again.

What a beautiful, well decorated, modern and comfortable Luxury penthouse condo. Luxury Coastal had it comfortably ready, sparklimg clean with wonderful linen and towels, toiletry kits etc. With exclusive elevator pethouse access and the free beach service and the beach attendant welcoming us each day with set ups made made us truly feel exclsuive. Nearby grocery, and eating places, with a custom kitchen check across the street we could custom order our prepared food, and did not have to cook, if we did not want to. This is a complete upscale modern condo with two ice makers, two wine cooler and even his and her separate toilets in the master. You have to see it to appreciate it.

My family and I visited this spacious penthouse for Labor Day weekend, and we could not have been more pleased. The photos that are posted do not do it justice. The unit is very spacious, nicely appointed, super clean, and had all the comforts of home. The staff was very easy to work with and most accommodating. We hated to leave and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend this spectacular luxury penthouse!
