This 4BR, 4BA Penthouse is perched upon the picture-perfect shores of the Florida Gulf Coast, this amazing property offers the perfect blend of luxurious interior appointments, exciting high-end amenities, and best of all a pristine stretch of private beachfront exclusive to Palacio guests. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side fridge with ice dispenser, plus all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece.

The impressive master suite boasts a king bed with luxurious linens and a premium mattress, a large television and attached bath. The second master offers a king as well, and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms offer 1 queen bed each, affording comfortable accommodations for up to 8 throughout! Additional unit features include a full-size washer and dryer, plush 100% oversize bath towel sets.

This was our first time to this area. We loved the place. There was so much room for everybody. We enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tub. The beach was clean and peaceful. It was not crowded at all. It was so nice for each room to have their own bathroom and closet. They had a bar area with an ice maker and mini fridge. That was very convenient. The views were spectacular. We LOVED the condo and will absolutely rent this again! There was an ice-cream shop and amazing restaurants across the road. We were also lucky enough to see the Blue Angles fly over while we were on the beach!

Pictures don't do this place justice! It is absolutely beautiful and excellent for a large family! The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and taking in the fantastic view! We would definitely stay here again!

Great property, only 2 suggestions, when someone rents a 4 bedroom, need to another parking pass available, 2 was not enough. It was off season and the parking area across the street was totally vacant. Early check in should also be an option at a price. We waited till 4 but our condo was ready at 1 PM. The property management said they would let us know but didn't. That's 2x it happened. we also stayed here a month ago.

Nice PH- Condo building okay...

The PH was amazing and beautiful throughout. The condo building itself could use some attention. The elevators were the most frustrating as only 1 would go to the top floor and if the other was on the ground level it still would only open the the other elevator that only went to the 18th floor. Being only 2 elevators, extended wait time to get back and forth from the ground to the condo. Overall amazing beaches and great views!.
