Book this one! You cannot beat the view. The moment you walk in this place will force you to relax. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular. Sea turtles everywhere. Cool breeze from the upper level was fantastic. Neighbors were very quiet. We came here for my daughter’s 21st birthday And we cannot wait to go back again. We absolutely loved it. The owner was so accommodating and helped us out when our flight got delayed. We cannot thank her enough!

We love staying at the perdido Sun. The location is perfect. Access to the beach is perfect. We are always happy with our stay here. The fact that we couldn’t check in early nor were we given access to the beach when we arrived early.

My husband and I stayed in PS1010. We found the unit clean and comfortable. Our favorite spot was the deck with gulf views. The location was great. It was not overly busy, but had resturants, grocery stores and shopping lose by.

We loved our stay at this condo! We had a staycation for husbands birthday. Having a balcony overlooking the gulf and the pools was a treat. Going to the beach and sitting under an umbrella on comfy lounge chairs was a luxury. Very good restaurants close by.
Close to a grocery store. Can’t wait to stay again!

Been staying here off and on for 25+ years. Absolutely beautiful beach and accommodations. Easy to book, check in and out etc. We have encountered a couple of units over the years where things needed repair. Unit 1010.. blinds are broken on the sliding doors. Many slats missing. Lots of what appears to be mold along the bottom of the sliding doors and I know that’s an moisture issue. Just mentioning. Also, these units are pretty expensive to rent. Toilet paper and such should be fully supplied just as if you’re in a hotel. Thank you. We will be back.

Warm and welcoming unit where our family of 4 enjoyed the view from the porch and hearing the waves. Right by the ocean, 2 pools, great restaurants, and fun shops. Lovely staff also.

Love coming to this property. Second time here and will be back. Perfect location with shops and great din8 g places right across the street. Close to the State Park and that is a great place to walk and do some great shelling! Love the choices of indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. Easy on and off the beach.. Super friendly staff and helpful!

This condo was just as advertised. It felt safe and all the codes were easy to use. Our visit was cut short by Tropical Storm Claudette but the time we spent there was wonderful. Communication was great. The beach was lovely. The desk staff were friendly. We would love to return again without a storm!

The location of this complex is great. It is ocean front with awesome views of the beach and ocean from the balcony. It is very near to grocery stores and restaurants. Other attractions such as the state park and museums are nearby. There is small shopping complex across the street with boutiques, restaurant, pizza, ice cream, etc. The complex is also small, so no crowding on the beach or at the pool. We had some minor issues with Wi-fi, but otherwise were very satisfied with our unit.

Wonderful condo for me and my husband. Had absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable king size bed (I’m purchasing the sheets they use- so nice!) We did have to call for maintenance and they arrived very quickly and resolved the issue promptly (hey, things happen, but awesome response and service). We loved the building size - low density- only 93 units. Check in was easy! Beach chair /umbrella service was great. We don’t like to drag stuff to the beach. Convenience is worth the cost in our opinion. The condo doesn’t have a washer dryer inside but it was just 2 of us, so I used the laundry room on the ground floor 1 time and it was not a hassle at all. There’s a book exchange in the lobby that was very nice. I borrowed and read 2 books from it. We had perfect weather the entire time. Wish we could have stayed longer than 8 days!!! I’d love to come back to Perdido Sun but we are probably going to have to stay somewhere else that is pet friendly. I missed my 9 lb. Yorkie terribly. Highly recommend this condo. We’ve been coming down to the gulf for 25 years and stayed at many condos. This one ranks up there as one of the best we’ve stayed at.

The manager was friendly and helpful with all processes. The condo was fully equipped with all needs and wants (and a HUGE TV in living space). The pool and beach are easily reached, and the updates look fantastic. We booked our return trip our last day there!

The property was found to be just as advertised on-line. Location was very convenient to the beach and many restaurants, night life, and attractions. Will definately stay there again. The check in/out process was very simple and we had no problems with the property during our stay. We had a great time!

This property was built in the late 80's, so the units are smaller than many newer properties, but like you mentioned, it is nice, well maintained, and clean. Our units have been updated, so you may forget you are inside an older building when you stay with us! Perdido Sun also has a fitness center, and on-site laundromat, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. These units are also priced right. You can't get a better value on the beach! It was a pleasure checking into a condo that was clean, fresh and inviting. I would recommend Charlene's condo to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their Perdido Key vacation. Condo was well stocked with towels and bath cloths. Refridgerator and other appliances worked well and were clean. Access into the condo was keyless entry and that was a major plus not having to keep up with keys. I will stay here again!

Perdido Sun is a well-maintained property. We loved the cart they provided to move things from your car to the unit. The unit had an awesome view from the balcony and quick access to the beach. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were well-maintained. We will come back again!

This was my second stay at Perdido Sun and I will return. However, the unit we stayed in (1010) could definitely use some improvements! The vertical blinds are literally falling apart, burned out lights in the bath area and the furnishings are mismatched and old and worn looking. Non-slip strips in the bathtub are coming loose. It seems as though very little effort is made to keep it updated and attractive. It is my experience that most beach condos are somewhat nautical and light and airy, not so this one. I will in the future look much more closely at the pictures before committing to spend my money. Perdido Sun is a very nice property, well maintained, etc. I really love the keyless entry.

Everything was great, it looks even better than on the pictures. Umbrellas on the beach cost $25 one day, so bring yours if you don't want to pay.

We stayed at Perdido Sun on tenth floor. We was there on our honeymoon. The condo was perfect for us. We had a balcony overlooking the beach. The place was neat and clean. I am looking forward to going back real soon. I went at the beginning of Nov. at off season time and it was relaxing. We had hot tub and indoor pool all to ourselves. What you waiting for, book a stay. Oh Also! we had code passes, so no worrying about keys, such a blessing. Have a great day. Mr. & Mrs. Breaux

I loved this condo! It had everything we needed for our 1-week stay. Beautiful view, great nearby restaurants, and all the tools to cook our own meals too! Indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center. What more can you ask for? We will definitely stay here again...I hope SOON!

My husband and I rented this condo for 5 nights and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We live very hectic lives so, it was nice to be able to slow down together here. The pictures showed exactly what we got when we walked in the door! This had everything we could possibly ever need or want while there! The manager is awesome, she sent us links before we left of local restaurants and places to visit. As well as while we were there she checked in again to make sure our stay was going well and to give some more suggestions. It is just a short elevator ride and walk to the beach and the hot tub is wonderful in the evenings to just visit and relax. The views were gorgeous and we will definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends and look forward to coming back again! I especially enjoyed the small things, like the scrapbook with flyers for different places and the journal with entries from previous tenants.

Our condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for us. From the 10th floor you could see all the up the coast line and watch the waves from the balcony. The private beach area was wonderful. The availability of two pools was a nice thing to have, especially since it was so windy one of the days we were there. The whole process was easy and a great overall experience. I will definitely be back to Perdido Sun and would recommend Charlene to anyone that is looking for a beach stay in the Florida/Alabama area.
