We loved the calm, quiet atmosphere at Perdido Sun. Our condo was great and spacious enough for our family of 5. Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is we did run out of hot water quickly when trying to get everyone showered.

The easy access to the beach is wonderful. 2 pools is great with little ones. The only downfall about our trip was the beach access gates on the board walk did not work correct nearly the entire week. Our route would have been even shorter using that gate. The other beach access wasn’t far, it just made it slightly more inconvenient. Our room was great. Water pressure was amazing. Having the 2 icecream shops across the road and walking distance was great! Overall wonderful stay!

Love staying at Perdido Sun. This unit was great for our family of 4. Both bathrooms had been upgraded which was nice and master bedroom had great corner view of beach! Jellyfish and Ice Cream shop are right across the street!

This condo was wonderful. It had everything you needed and then some. The location was great and the beach was such a short distance from the room. The indoor heated pool was great for t kids and adults and the outdoor pool was great too although a bit chilly in April. Check in was excellent and any communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. You will thoroughly enjoy it!

My husband and I stayed for 2.5 weeks and we would return to exact same place again. The condo had gorgeous views of the ocean and beach with added bonus of seeing dolphins swimming by daily. There were many places around the area to roam including a few state parks, national sea shore and spaces to ride bike, walk, fish, etc. Condo was close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. The complex itself was finishing some renovations while we were there but we were adequately warned and so this was expected. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and kept clean and the beach was only steps way. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Favorite dining places ; The Jellyfish (across the street), Oyster Bar, Perdido Key Sports Bar, Lillian’s Pizza and Hub Stacie’s. Publix and Winn Dixie within 1-2 mi. Make sure to checkout Florabama down the road for great live music. We felt very safe the whole time we were in the area and look forward to checking more things off our list!

We loved this space. The advertised construction was not an issue at all, we never saw workers or heard anything. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and disbes. The view was incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great although mote shampoo was needed as the smaller bathroom didnt have any included. We would definitely stay here again.

Grandmother, daughter and granddaughter get away for 4 wonderful days at the beach. Plenty of room for us. Decorated comfortably. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed from silverware to blender. Not too crowded beach, especially for July. I think this a hidden gem in Florida!

After leaving Inlet Beach 30A for a wedding, we stayed at Perdido Sun for several days....... delightful condo, very clean, well maintained, my one - and only complaint - the beds were not too comfy. The facility is very family friendly. Easy to access pool, and beach. This is our 2nd time to rent from Perdido Sun. I highly recommend this facility.

We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key at Perdido Sun. We got to wake up to the ocean and watch the dolphins every morning!! The home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Our first day there was storming so we stayed in and played games, watched tv, and ordered groceries from Publix and made dinner. I had everything I needed to cook with except spices, which I ordered. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back sometime.

Most importantly this was a very clean place. We were impressed with the amount of bath towels provided. The outdoor pool was amazing. Not sure I missed it in the pictures but there is also an ocean view from the second bedroom. So to have a view from all rooms was pretty awesome! We loved that there were a few good food choices that were right across the street within walking distance. If I were nit-picking I would say there could be some upgrade to the mattresses. They were pretty stiff. Navigating in and out of shower in the primary bathroom is a bit tight. A little smaller than expected. Overall we would stay here again and also recommend.

We loved Perdido Sun and specifically this unit was the best!! We love staying on the 2nd floor because it’s so convenient to just walk up the stairs. We’ve been going to this area for 30 years and this is one of the closest “steps to the beach” which can be super important if you have younger children or older family.
The unit was super clean and updated, comfy beds and had everything we needed (coffee maker, toaster, etc).
We’ll be back to this same unit again if possible. Perdido Key is a little ways down from the main areas where we usually stay but it was pretty traffiky in the main area (stayed mid-July) so I was thankful to be down a bit.
We enjoyed a dolphin sailboat cruise from the Wharf. I’d recommend the evening cruise since it was pretty hot. The Trax and the alligator farm are always huge wins with our family.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo, this unit and booking through Airbnb.

Perdido Sun #200 was perfect for our weeklong beach trip. Nicely equipped unit. Plenty of clean linens, easy check-in process, and daily texts from rental company to check on things. We had one issue with balcony door and they sent maintenance over promptly to complete the repairs.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We have three small children and we appreciated that there was a TV in each space with a DVD player. This helped on the days where weather was less than desired. For families with a baby, the master bedroom is set up so that the pack n play could be in a nook between the bathroom and room to provide quiet and privacy for adults and a young napping child. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool.

Great location on the second floor, right near the stairs/elevator. Only down side...it is a bit noisy, especially on move in or move out days. Something to think about if you are one that 'hears everything'. The condo has some nice updates....bathrooms are both awesome! The master bedroom is spacious and offers a great view. The second bedroom is bright and offers a gorgeous view....not many secondary bedrooms at Perdido Sun have this view. The balcony was cozy and quaint. View was nice... a lot of it overlooking indoor pool building, but not a big deal. A small suggestion.....rugs to wipe feet on as you enter condo and strategically placed throughout. It would keep the condo much more free of sand. Perhaps I'm just one of those weirdos that cannot stand sand on my feet and I'm a neat freak ....even when it comes to renting. I treat a rental property as if it were my own. Overall, fantastic stay and we would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you, Luxury Coastal, for always being amazing!! You are our go to rental company and we recommend you to all we know! :-)

This is a great condo. We go to the World Series in USSSA Baseball every year in Gulf Shores. This condo is the perfect drive to be close enough to the ball fields but also a relaxing spot away from the traffic in Gulf Shores. The condo is clean and just overall a great place to stay.

With the corona virus pandemic in full swing our previous spring break trip plans were cancelled. We decided to go on our spring break anyway and booked last minute with luxury coastal. We had never stayed in perdido and weren’t quite sure how everything would go. Our stay turned out wonderful. Check in was easy, our building was private and safe, and we had great amenities. We loved being right on the beach and having access to an indoor and outdoor pool. There are shops, restaurants, and grocery stores all within a mile or two, some being just right across the street. Our room was wonderful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you luxury coastal vacations for hosting us!

It was a beautiful condo and location right on beach. We loved it and will definitely be booking this condo again. Managment company was wonderful. The only thing was more crowded on labor day weekend i will be booking after labor day weekend. I like a quie time.

We loved the location where we could walk easily across the street to gift shops & a sno cone stand. We've stayed at Perdido Sun in the past and love the property. This two bedroom unit was amazing. I would describe it as clean, spacious, updated, and nicely decorated. The addition of the washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus.

Everything was delightful. The beach view from each bedroom was fabulous! The condo was well appointed and clean. I suspect new carpeting in the bedrooms will be in the cards, but sand is brutal to carpet! Who goes to the beach to spend time indoors anyway? TV addicts will be pleased that there are 3 (living room & each bedroom). Limited cable. Wifi was included. The bar-height table & chairs on the balcony were perfect for enjoying morning coffee and meals. And watching pelicans and dolphins🤗� There is a lovely little boutique shopping area across the street, including a coffee shoppe and restaurant as well as a couple of gift shoppes and a small art gallery. Perdido Key remains the low-key, friendly place you will want to return to time & again. Try it--experience the Key yourself...

This condo is nicely decorated and beautiful views. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Would love to stay here again. Very nice people to deal with. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beautifully decorated and very convenient! Kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, nice view from deck, no problems at all!! The stairs and elevator are right next to room and very close to beach cross walk and pool. We loved only having a short walk to the room. This room is also overlooking the grill area, where we cooked twice. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. Indoor pool was nice to get away from the sun for a while and while it was raining. Beaches were not too crowded with beach chair rentals which is also important to us because we always have a large group with us. We had a great stay and will return!

We rented this condo to add for our grown-up children to have a place to stay when they joined us for a recent trip. Since this condo was larger than the condo we had rented for ourselves, we ended up eating meals in this condo and viewed the entire unit. This condo is very well appointed, had comfortable and well maintained furniture, and the beach view from this unit was wonderful! The kids loved the bedroom comfort and the trip was a grand success! I liked this unit so much I am likely to rent it again myself in the near future!
