We loved the calm, quiet atmosphere at Perdido Sun. Our condo was great and spacious enough for our family of 5. Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is we did run out of hot water quickly when trying to get everyone showered.

The easy access to the beach is wonderful. 2 pools is great with little ones. The only downfall about our trip was the beach access gates on the board walk did not work correct nearly the entire week. Our route would have been even shorter using that gate. The other beach access wasn’t far, it just made it slightly more inconvenient. Our room was great. Water pressure was amazing. Having the 2 icecream shops across the road and walking distance was great! Overall wonderful stay!

Love staying at Perdido Sun. This unit was great for our family of 4. Both bathrooms had been upgraded which was nice and master bedroom had great corner view of beach! Jellyfish and Ice Cream shop are right across the street!

This condo was wonderful. It had everything you needed and then some. The location was great and the beach was such a short distance from the room. The indoor heated pool was great for t kids and adults and the outdoor pool was great too although a bit chilly in April. Check in was excellent and any communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. You will thoroughly enjoy it!

My husband and I stayed for 2.5 weeks and we would return to exact same place again. The condo had gorgeous views of the ocean and beach with added bonus of seeing dolphins swimming by daily. There were many places around the area to roam including a few state parks, national sea shore and spaces to ride bike, walk, fish, etc. Condo was close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. The complex itself was finishing some renovations while we were there but we were adequately warned and so this was expected. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and kept clean and the beach was only steps way. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Favorite dining places ; The Jellyfish (across the street), Oyster Bar, Perdido Key Sports Bar, Lillian’s Pizza and Hub Stacie’s. Publix and Winn Dixie within 1-2 mi. Make sure to checkout Florabama down the road for great live music. We felt very safe the whole time we were in the area and look forward to checking more things off our list!

We loved this space. The advertised construction was not an issue at all, we never saw workers or heard anything. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and disbes. The view was incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great although mote shampoo was needed as the smaller bathroom didnt have any included. We would definitely stay here again.

Grandmother, daughter and granddaughter get away for 4 wonderful days at the beach. Plenty of room for us. Decorated comfortably. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed from silverware to blender. Not too crowded beach, especially for July. I think this a hidden gem in Florida!

We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key at Perdido Sun. We got to wake up to the ocean and watch the dolphins every morning!! The home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Our first day there was storming so we stayed in and played games, watched tv, and ordered groceries from Publix and made dinner. I had everything I needed to cook with except spices, which I ordered. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back sometime.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We have three small children and we appreciated that there was a TV in each space with a DVD player. This helped on the days where weather was less than desired. For families with a baby, the master bedroom is set up so that the pack n play could be in a nook between the bathroom and room to provide quiet and privacy for adults and a young napping child. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool.

Great location on the second floor, right near the stairs/elevator. Only down side...it is a bit noisy, especially on move in or move out days. Something to think about if you are one that 'hears everything'. The condo has some nice updates....bathrooms are both awesome! The master bedroom is spacious and offers a great view. The second bedroom is bright and offers a gorgeous view....not many secondary bedrooms at Perdido Sun have this view. The balcony was cozy and quaint. View was nice... a lot of it overlooking indoor pool building, but not a big deal. A small suggestion.....rugs to wipe feet on as you enter condo and strategically placed throughout. It would keep the condo much more free of sand. Perhaps I'm just one of those weirdos that cannot stand sand on my feet and I'm a neat freak ....even when it comes to renting. I treat a rental property as if it were my own. Overall, fantastic stay and we would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you, Luxury Coastal, for always being amazing!! You are our go to rental company and we recommend you to all we know! :-)
