This condo on the 2nd floor was perfect…it was clean and smelled nice! It was so convenient to walk a couple of stairs or ride elevator down to the pool and beach access. Loved the view from our deck. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. Bed was comfy and AC worked great! Only thing that would have been super nice is if they could have supplied a couple of boxes of tissues and a couple of bottles of hand soap.

The view was awesome, the condo was stocked well with everything we needed. There were no instructions for the 4 TV remotes. Took us over an hour to figure which did what. Frustrating! Another rocker like the one that's there would have been nice. My husband and I both loved it! Didn't have much interaction with the staff but when we did they were much help. Upon checkin, we were told that ours was the only unit that Luxury Vacations owned and they didn't know anything about the codes. I reread my instructions and figured it out on my own.

Great view, well appointed room. Easy access to beach. Bed was huge, but pretty hard and the pillows were very hard and not comfortable. The entry way was really dark making it hard to enter the code for entry. The hot tub did not bubble.

This place was exactly as described. Great location. Our weather was not the greatest, coming from Michigan we hoped to have a little warmer weather. But the advantage was the area…we drove to gulf shores one day, visited Flora Bama a few days, the live music every day was a bonus. We visited Orange Beach, Pensacola Beach, the Naval Musueum. Everything 35 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby! Would definitely return!

This property was as advertised, clean and just what we needed for a girls trip to Florida! Had plenty of blankets and linens for the two of us who slept on the beds in the living room (pull out and Murphy bed). Only thing I would suggest to the property manager would be replacing the pull out mattress as it was a little flat and noisy. But, the Murphy bed was GREAT! Would stay here again!

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance of a few restaurants. Beach wasn’t overly crowded. We had a few issues with the condo in our short stay but I contact the rental company and they sent maintenance right away. The ONLY issue we had with the unit is the door that goes out onto the balcony was SO HARD to open and close. I can’t even imagine an elderly person or a child would even be able to budge it. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in 214! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful, and there were a many restaurants within walking distance. Walmart was also only a short drive away. Our kids also loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Definitely would book again!

Overall our stay was great. I’ll get the one negative out of the way first, there is no washer/dryer in the condo. You have access to a coin operated laundry on the first floor of the property, but the room doesn’t have its own. That aside, the place was great. Room, bathroom, kitchen were all very nice. Good view of the beach overlooking the pool. The fitness room is really small and very outdated, but I chalk that up to the economics of most people not getting in much of a workout while on vacation. A minor maintenance issue with the sliding door handle to the balcony that I sent an email about got an immediate response. If having free convenient access to wash and dry clothes is a deal breaker, you will want to look elsewhere. If that’s not an issue then this is a great place to stay.

The renting of our condo was super easy and great. When we arrived however the two people at the front desk weren’t very helpful at all. They didn’t have our name or room number. We were told to call the owner of our condo. They also weren’t wearing masks even though the sign right next to them clearly stated everyone should be wearing one. Our stay was wonderful though and the condo itself was beautiful and had all the amenities anyone could want or need. I would recommend to anyone.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Unfortunately the indoor pool wasn’t open due to ongoing construction, but the kids enjoyed the other pool instead. The Murphy bed is a great space maximizer and made giving each kid their own bed possible. Would stay here again!

We have stayed at the Perdido Sun many times and have stayed in this unit before. Everything still looks just as nice as when we stayed a few years back. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed due to COVID restrictions which is understandable, but would have liked to have known this ahead of time.

We really enjoyed our time here at Perdido Sun - condo was perfect. Beach view was my favorite. I enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach every morning. Our 2 boys LOVED the murphy bed! Beds were very comfortable as well. Kitchen stocked with everything you will need. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, no items can be left behind or shared so be sure to bring items like coffee filters and salt/pepper/seasoning! Parking is pretty limited. Overflow parking is across the street, which can be inconvenient during rain but we only had to park there 1 night so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend staying here to friends/family. Thanks for sharing your place!!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was done very well and was so nice. The condo amenities and locations were amazing. However, all the linens that were brought by the cleaning service smelled of smoke. Like they were laundered well and then traveled in the vehicle with someone who smoked. Other than that our stay was great!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed - from a crockpot, stockpot for a seafood boil, to a storage closet full of items we needed for the beach. The furnishings were very nice and there was a lot of storage in the den and bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the Johnny bed was a great addition.

This condo is great! SOOOO much more than I expected. The photos don't do it justice. Clean, tastefully decorated and extremely welcoming. I knew before booking that there is no washer and drying in the condo, but coin-operated facilities available on the property. This was not a deal-breaker for me, so I booked the stay. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen, except for coffee filters so if you are of the K-cup variety come prepared. We wanted to watch a movie lounging on the pull-out sofa bed, but we both found it to be extremely uncomfortable. Probably perfect for small children, but not suitable for an adult. There is an additional bed that pulls down from the wall that looks much more comfortable for adults. The property is well-maintained and managed. I loved eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day! The morning we left, I sat on the balcony as long as I could savoring the view. I was concerned that the 2nd floor above the pool might get too noisy, but we had no issue. Another tip: if you stay more than a weekend, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. If you happen to find you are missing something, you can find a Publix and a CVS down the road. The rental agency was extremely kind and helpful. Great restaurants and shopping withing walking distance or short driving distance. I would book this condo again and recommend to a friend ... as long as no adults are expecting to sleep on the sofa pullout! :)
