We had a great time in Perdido Key and this condo served as a convenient home base. The beach access is great and the 2 pools were nice and cool compared to the sweltering July heat. The ice cream, coffee, souvenir, and boutiques shops, as well as restaurants across the street were very convenient. The floors were sandy when we got there but I found out why when I used the vacuum to try to get it up and the vacuum spit out more sand than it sucked up. The photos don’t show but this balcony is actually immediately above the in-ground pool roof. Also, the storage room was full of broken chairs and beach/pool toys that all need to be thrown out.

The condo was spectacular! Well furnished and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the view was great. If I had any complaints it would be that the immediate area around the condo lacked things to do. That being said, there were activities a short drive away as well as restaurants. This is no fault of the condo and in my opinion is worth the trade off for less crowded beaches and a lot less traffic. Overall the stay was great and I would certainly book again for a laid back beach vacation. You won’t regret staying here!

We loved our stay here at Perdido Sun! The indoor pool proved so helpful for the extra windy days outside, and the short walk outside to the beach was so nice. There are so many yummy places within walking distance, and even more a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our brief stay in Perdido Key. The building was in great condition and the unit was run very well by LCM. Excellent and friendly communication. The unit was clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Spectacular views! We look forward to booking a longer stay in the future.

Best times & worst timing! Had this beautiful condo & beach chairs booked for two weeks. In the middle of having a wonderful time, Hurricane Francine was going towards our home in La. We decided it best, to go home & secure our property & be Generator ready. Left Early, Tuesday Morn., & weren’t able to get back before Saturday. Missed our last four days of fun. So Sad…Hope to be back next year. Thanks for sharing your Beautiful Condo & we Love “The Perdido Sun & Area Surrounding”!

Perfect place to stay for the perfect price!!! Beautiful ocean views right from your living room! Clean with plenty of towels and even has a little storage area at the front door to place your beach things so sand doesn’t get in the condo. just a great private peaceful place!

Our condo was clean, the bed was very comfortable and had all the immenities that we needed. The only drawback was that there was not a fan in the room and the condo was directly above the pool. Other than that we had a great time.

Well worth the price for a lovely condo with easy beach access. Easy instructions and good communication from host during entire stay. Felt very secure and parking was always available.

Very clean unit. This unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very nice and quiet when patio door is closed. Beautiful beach and easy access.
The only down fall...We recieved 2 over parking passes, instead on 1 over parking pass and a yellow pass. Without the yellow pass had to park across the street, behind Jellyfish Restaurant.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful, and it was nice to walk right to it daily! Kiddos spent a lot of time in both indoor and outdoor pool as well as hot tub. Condo was nice and perfect for our family. Shops and a few restaurants right across the street. Very close to Orange beach so spent a day there as well. We plan to be back! Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had all we needed in the condo. The location was great, there were a few places you could walk to right across the street. The indoor pool was great and used by our family often as it was too cold to swim outdoors during our stay. Overall a great experience!!

Great place to stay. Easy parking, which is always a concern of mine. Great view, high enough you can see far out, low enough so you can see what’s going on below. Really comfortable bed, which is rare in a lot of vacation rentals. Easy access to the beach. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. No complaints, was exactly what I was hoping for .

My husband and I really enjoyed the condo. It’s just as pictures; clean with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the balcony facing the ocean and spent most of our time in the condo enjoying the view. The pool area was super nice with the pool being cleaned daily. The water was clear and the perfect temp. We will definitely look into staying with Luxuray Vacation Rentals again if we come back to the area.

We had everything we needed. The apartment is for two adults and a couple of children. Main bathroom is small but it serve the purpose.the view was wonderful and the service personnel were wonderfully. They help us to have an enjoyable day with our family that was on vacation with us. I would stay again but a larger apartment if I had more then 2 kids. Place was clean.

Super clean! Staff was all really helpful and friendly. My only surprise was that the shower toilet area was extremely small. Would be really uncomfortable for a larger person. But we will for sure book again. Loved it!

This was our first visit to the Gulf Shores area and, coincidentally, was our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and found the condo pretty much as advertised. We liked the location but next time we will stay in Orange Beach due to more dining and shopping choices. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured and described except as noted: cabinetry was shoddy with many having plastic covering that was peeling. Bathroom doors needed a fresh coat of paint and some door hinges were rusty and need replacing. The coffee pot lid was broken and needs to be replaced. We had no key to the storage closet so we had to deal with suitcases in a small bedroom. The edges of the closet doors were coated in some places with some sticky substance that made opening and closing uncomfortable. All in all our stay in the condo at Perdido Sun was relaxing and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was very quiet while we were there. Even the last weekend which was Labor Day was a calm atmosphere which we really enjoyed. Everything is nicely updated and we enjoyed the view from the balcony morning, noon and night. Dolphins right off shore made mornings so enjoyable. It was really nice having the half bath in the hall. We would definitely stay here again.
