You will feel a warm welcome when you walk through the door and see the blue horizon waiting outside the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. This beautiful condo feels like your very own comfortable home away from home and this balcony offers a living postcard view.

This spacious property offers an open-concept layout, custom floors and finishes, updated electronics, and much more! The living area boasts a sofa sleeper, leather chair, luxury plank floors, a large flat-screen TV, and beachfront balcony access with incredible views! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the Gulf-front covered terrace, where tranquil emerald-turquoise waters and snow-white sands give way to an endless horizon. An outdoor table with seating for 4 will allow you to sip your morning coffee or savor your favorite afternoon cocktail while basking in the delight of Gulf Coast living! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need to prepare a wonderful dinner so make sure you check out our local seafood markets. The kitchen includes a stainless double-sided sink, full-sized appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining area offers a wooden dining room table with seating for 6.

The master suite affords every detail to ensure complete relaxation, offering a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, stylish modern furnishings, and large windows with Gulf views! The master bath includes a separate washroom with a door for privacy. The second bedroom is equally spacious, featuring a set of twin beds, a flat-screen TV, an attached bath, and an expansive window with an Eastward view.

We love Perdido Key. One of our favorite spots to stay. This was our first time staying in this condo & it was perfect! Easy access to the beach & pools. Also, right across the street from our favorite restaurant, The Jellyfish!
We will definitely be looking at staying in this condo unit/ building again!

The condo was nice and clean, but the views were the best of all. Beautiful gulf views from both bedrooms and the living room. We had a problem with the refrigerator not working, but the managers were quick to respond and get it fixed.

Wonderful Gulf View, Stylish Decor, Perfect Location

This was one of the best beach condos in which I have stayed - and I’ve stayed in my fair share. The location with easy beach access was perfection. The view from the master bedroom is magnificent - what a way to wake up every morning!! The decor was very stylish, accommodations were new and fresh, and the amenities were great. The only downside is that the condo is located near an elevator so if you plan to have a “light sleeper” in the guest bedroom, the foot traffic and elevator noise might be an issue. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Perdido Sun. There was a shopping center right across the street with a couple of restaurants, an ice cream shop and a couple of souvenir shops. The beach is right in front of the condo and had beach service with chairs and umbrellas (for a fee). Big outdoor pool area with a nice breeze. We used the indoor pool way more that I expected. It was nice to use the indoor pool as an option to get out of the sun and on days when a rainstorm came through. Unit 400 was really nice- open, spacious, normal-sized washer & dryer, plus the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! Great communication with the host- any questions we sent were answered promptly.

PERFECTION

We had the best vacation staying in this Perdido Sun condo right on the beach! Even on rainy days we had an indoor pool to enjoy. The condo was remodeled and very clean! My wife thought it was just the most precious condo in Perdido. We will definitely be back!

Great beach access

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Perdido. We couldn’t have gotten any closer to the beach. From room to actually being in the gulf waters less than 5 minutes. And the indoor pool was great for a beak from the direct sun. Also right across the street from shopping and restaurants.
