This was our second trip to the Perdido Sun complex, and first time in this condo. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and baths, and loved the large balcony. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and we can't wait to go back! We enjoyed the location, near many great restaurants. Only minor issues--the sofa in the living room was a bit dated/worn, and sink in master bath did not drain properly.

Very beautiful and relaxing! Ocean front condo with excellent view of the ocean and no obstacles. The patio was shaded from the sun which was excellent! Made enjoying the patio awesome!! The home was very clean and the staff were quick in response and very polite! Will definitely stay there again!

Easy check in. The condo was clean and well stocked with all things one would need for a weeklong stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware…Washer and dryer were a big hit with us too.The condo design took some getting used to with the half bath in line between the full bath and bedroom.Bed was uncomfortable, too soft. I actually slept on the couch one night. View from balcony was perfect. Poolside cabana was great, I think we will want that on future trips. Pool and hot tub were also great. Very clean and well cared for. Communication was great. We had a problem with the toilet and they were out to fix it very quickly. Overall, we were very pleased.

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo provided all the comforts of home and gave us a great home base to explore the area. Only three small problems. The sheets smelled so strongly of laundry fragrance my sleep was disrupted for two nights, and no laundry detergent was provided as promised. The kitchen towels were water repellant!

Condo was exactly as shown. Amazing views. We had double red flags all but last day. Found some bay side beaches to go to and the kids didnt seem to mind. Walking distance to pauls pizzza, the islander, the jellyfish, and ice cream shop. We would definitely visit again!

Was nice for the price. There are a few issues so I would read the description carefully! I didn’t stay long enough to need a washer and dryer. The unit doesn’t have one, but the building has a laundry you can use. Parking is scarce, but I never moved my car. Everything is within walking distance. Very nice condo and view.

This place was quiet and beautiful. It was bright with so many windows looking at the beach/ocean. To make it 100% perfect would have been a taller toilet in the hall bath and a ceiling fan or some overhead light in the bedroom.

My partner and I needed a break and decided to give perdido key a try per recommendation from a coworker. I found this listing on vrbo and it was perfect! We had everything we needed here! There wasnt much to do in perdido but it was a short drive to Pensacola where we did spend quite a bit of time. The beach access was easy, pool and hot tub clean and relaxing. Amenities were great! My only complaint was the cookware was a bit subpar. Most people dont cook on vacation but its something I enjoy. A very trivial set back given the rest of the things amenities provided. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for an affordable, quiet and clean place to enjoy a nice, relaxing stay on the beach.

The condo is just like posted pictures. The two side windows&doors make the room feel big and maximize such beautiful view outside. It’s good size for us which is family of three. The condo is very clean, bed is comfy. Air conditioner work very well and water is good. One thing to note is there is no washing machine in the unit. A sink in a master bathroom is actually a part of a bedroom. It’s not a big deal for us. Only one comment that I have is no spare/supply. We stayed for 4 nights. There was only one trash bag in a trash can and only one package for dishwasher. No additional for toilet tissues as well.

Can’t say enough good about this vacation. Everything we wanted was there and just right. The condo was clean and nice. The VRBO photos of this condo are accurate, but what they can’t convey is the beautiful sound of the ocean. It’s the soundtrack of this condo. We had coffee every morning out on the balcony while we watched dolphins enjoy their breakfast around a sandbar, which is several feet off the beach. There is also the beautiful view of the sunset, it was the romantic backdrop to 3 balcony dinners. The kitchen equipment is well stocked. We cooked all week and never needed anything. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Also, good spaces for us to store our things, in the bathroom, bedroom as well as the kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. The staff was always friendly, and helpful. Being right on the beach was nice too. There were beach chairs provided in the storage area. We enjoyed the heated pool., it was December after all! Proximity to shopping and restaurants was nice but we didn’t hear traffic either. We eagerly look forward to returning!

We came into town on Thursday evening with an after hours checkin. This unit offered self checkin with keypad which made the experience super easy. The condo itself was very beautiful. Recently updated with a very large balcony. The furnishings seemed relatively new and in really good condition. Even the outdoor furniture was very high-quality extremely sturdy and heavy. It was a luxury experience in a budget friendly condo . Luxury coastal vacations made sure the condo was very well stocked with more towels than we could possibly use, all the essentials were available. And the bed was fully made with all the linens. Since Covid last year that has not been our experience with all rental companies so it was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in a different unit in the same building with a different rental company last year and have noted substantial upgrades around the property since our visit last year. It was a wonderful experience and we feel the experience was heightened by the management company. As Hurricane Ida was expected to have impacts in the area, the management company was very communicative about needing to come to the property to secure outdoor furnishings etc. They kept us informed of what they were doing so that we were not surprised by someone accessing the condo when we were not there. The views were beautiful. Every text or email we sent to the management company was responded to in a timely fashion. Even if you don’t choose this condo we hope that you will choose renting from this management company. We will definitely be renting from them again.

I like this condo because it has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and, of course, the beautiful beach. Everything is close and convenient. Place is well-kept. It's not a huge condo, so you don't spend all day waiting at the elevator.

The condo was centrally located on the 4th floor and was well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. I don't believe all units were repaired for occupancy so elevators were never busy and the beach was not crowded. I do wish we had been informed that the heated pool would not be open until Sept. We had to call for maintenance because the wifi was not connected. Please with the quick response. All in all we enjoyed our long weekend.

Traveling during a world wide pandimic is stressful but LCV made it less stressful. When we arrived we were greated by the friendly front deak staff at Perdido Sun. Check in was easy and you could tell the staff was egger to serve you. Upon entering the condo you could smell it had just been cleaned. Unit is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for our Family of 4, including two little ages 5 and 2. The unit was stocked with everything you would need. Bedroom had a laundry basket and a box fan which for me was amazing because i forgot ours. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was perfect size and we had plenty of towels. The half bath was a bonus! Kitchen had everything you would need (pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, utensils, and even cups for som3 cocktails or wine). There was also an electric gridle that made breakfast a breeze in the morning. We had a lovely time and would stay in this unit again. We would definitely book with LCV again!!

The condo was centrally located and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only downfall, and this is a personal preference, is that the bed was way to soft. We would book it again when traveling to Perdido Key.

Highly recommend. This was the perfect getaway for our family. View was beautiful, loved the balcony. Condo was great. Steps from the white sand beach. People in the condo were wonderful and friendly. Management was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful view, and our room was awsome, I could not of ask for any thing any better.. the front desk ladies were so nice , friendly, and so helpful with our questions. I would go back in a heart beat. The weather was 72 when we got there and every day went down , by the time we left ,three later it was ,50 and very cool. We might of stayed a few days longer if weather was warmer. But we or they cannot control the weather. Love love love it there. We went to the Naval Aviation Museum, it was awsome we had the best tour guide guy, and we went to the Ighthouse Museum. All good except could of been warmer weather.

Everything was great. If I had to change anything, I would definitely update bed ensemble and kitchen cabinets. But everything else looked great! Will be back, hopefully soon.

My husband and I recently stayed here. We had a great overall experience. The condo was very clean and updated. The condo was stocked with essentials and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The exterior of the building could use some attention as far as painting. Overall though, we loved it and would definitely recommend this condo at Perdido Sun.

Check-in was easy. People were friendly. I liked that the beach wasn't super crowded. The beach chair rental from Coach and his employees was great as usual. There was one night when all the lights around the pool and hot tub attracted THOUSANDS of bugs (I'm not exaggerating). It was disgusting. We had to quickly evacuate the hot tub. I was happy to see that they were putting a fresh coat of pain on the building. The workers doing that were friendly, quiet, and stayed out of the way. All in all, we had a great time. We will likely stay there again. Its a very family friendly place.

My fiance and I went down for the weekend to Perdido Sun. The condo was perfect and exactly like the owner described it. Great location, right in between Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Wonderful experience and highly recommend this condo.

We've stayed with Luxury Coastal 5 times now and they've always been great to work with. Whenever we've had an issue they are fast to respond and that is something we didn't experience with others. I highly recommend them for your next vacation needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Sun 406! The property was very clean and in good working order. The view from the condo was beautiful! Easy access to the beach. We did not use the pools, but they looked great. We did have a problem with the wi-fi not working when we arrived, but I called Luxury Coastal Vacations and they sent a person to repair the next morning. Overall we were very happy with our choice and would stay there again.

Beautiful condo and great view! Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds were also well kept. There was a section in lobby with books and magazines to read in case you forgot to bring one. Looking forward to our next trip!

Our stay in this unit at Perdido Sun was FANTASTIC! So much so, we wanted to stay an additional few days, but unfortunately they were already booked. I took my husband, and two children (ages 10 & 6). The unit was clean, the decor was inviting, and the kitchen had more than enough space an amenities. The beach view from the balcony was breathtaking. The bedroom provided plenty of space, and the kids were happy to sleep on the pull out couch and take in the awesome view - the unit has a corner view so you have a balcony AND a window. Two bathrooms worked out well for 4 people. The kitchen was great - the owners make sure you have everything you need...even the little things you don't think about, like can openers and oven mitts. The facility was great too - indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, mini library, fitness center, just steps away from the beach. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful - we ran into a wifi connectivity issue and someone came right away to assist! We had a blast! We didn't want to leave. I'm on the website now, hoping to book a summer trip too!

We were more than satisfied with this condo. Our view was breathtaking. And we were right over the pool, which was fun. We actually arrived early and they were still finishing up, but still allowed us to come up, which was awesome. The living room was so comfy, and the beds and linens were very nice. Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo provided all the comforts of home and gave us a great home base to explore the area. Only three small problems. The sheets smelled so strongly of laundry fragrance my sleep was disrupted for two nights, and no laundry detergent was provided as promised. The kitchen towels were water repellant!

This was a great unit. The living room was extremely comfortable. The view was breath-taking and the unit has a nice size balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked. The decor was very contemporary which was great for my family(don't like other units with beach theme). The staff and groundskeepers were extremely helpful and friendly. We will be returning in the future.

This unit exceeded our expectations. The indoor pool had little impact on our decision to stay here, but it ended up being the icing on the cake for us. Our son was 11 months old at the time of our stay, and we were very concerned about keeping him in the sun for long periods of time. So my wife and I took turns at the beach while one of us would stay with our son at the indoor pool. The unit itself was great, too. My wife loved the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. By the way, we always make a trip to The Original Point Restaurant, and we have two or three meals from Lillian's Pizza. Also, we tried Doc's Seafood Restaurant and Cotton's for the first time, and they were both amazing. Already can't wait for next year!

This was our second trip to the Perdido Sun complex, and first time in this condo. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and baths, and loved the large balcony. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and we can't wait to go back! We enjoyed the location, near many great restaurants. Only minor issues--the sofa in the living room was a bit dated/worn, and sink in master bath did not drain properly.
