Better than I could have imagined

We booked our stay about 24 hours before arrival. The communication from the beginning was great. We were given all detailed information and instructions promptly and accurately. The unit had plenty of space for three of us. The king sized bed is a bit firm but is in a room with a view of the ocean. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit had a washer and dryer, which was helpful because we could immediately wash our beach towels and swimsuits instead of having them hanging wet everywhere. Each room had a tv and access to a bathroom. Throughout our stay, there was someone in the lobby that could give general information and we could text if we needed anything. Beach access was just out from the pool so the kids could go between the beach and the pools very easily. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely location

Overall everything was GREAT. Only had three small issues/comments that I didn't even bother the property managers about because they weren't that important to us. 1. TV in secondary bedroom did not work at all. Won't power on. 2. Sink in kitchen - seems hot water will not work. No issues with hot water in the baths, so may want to check this. 3. Need better instructions about where to take trash. We could find no receptacle, and trash chute said "contractors only".....so, if we are to take it out, where to? The view is stunning. The amenities were as expected, and we loved the location. It was great!

Perdido Sun-408

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at PS-408! We felt right at home as soon as we entered the condo! The condo was extremely clean, and every amenity was available. Having coffee every morning on the balcony watching the dolphins was such a treat, along with the easy access to the beach, pools, hot tub, and fitness center. Another perk was the convenience of having places across the street to have breakfast, grab some ice cream, eat dinner, or pick up pizza. Needless to say, we did not want to leave! We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful and very easy to access. The property was cozy and felt like home! We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. And it was nice to have restaurants and gift shops right across the street! Other than a quick grocery run, we didn’t drive anywhere the entire weekend. We also enjoyed that the area was more peaceful and less crowded than some of the other area beaches we have stayed on. Perdido Key will be our 1st choice from now on when in comes to Gulf beaches, and we would absolutely stay at this property again!

Great location

The property was close to everything. It was very clean!! Amazingly clean! We always worry about walking on tile without shoes because of sand/dirt, but that wasn’t the case with this unit. It was the cleanest we’ve been to in a long time! The building security was a nice feature as well. There was plenty of parking. The unit needs a bit of refreshing. Every chair on the balcony had a hole in it. The refrigerator has rust marks on the outside and the ice maker wasn’t working. A rig in the living area would be nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have a washer/dryer as well. The master bed was comfortable. The master shower was awesome. One of the twin beds is the other bedroom was squeaky. We would go back to the property and unit for vacation again.

We always rented a 1-bedroom condo. This year we needed a 2-bedroom unit that fit a specific need of having twin beds in the second bedroom. We were happy with our choice and had a wonderful time.

Great resort

We stayed at Perdido Sun, unit 408. This was our first time at Perdido Sun and we were very pleased with the resort. They have excellent security and plenty of parking and options for overflow parking if needed. The resort has a room where you can leave beach equipment (chairs, floats, toys, umbrellas, etc) when you check out, so others may use what they want. There was also a place to pick up books or puzzles for the week. Just a nice little extra that I haven’t seen at other resorts. It’s a smaller resort and the elevators ran fast which was great! The unit was clean!! I can’t stress that enough. It was so pleasant to walk in and feel like everything had been cleaned properly. We had everything we needed for start up supplies. The kitchen was well stocked. There are a few things that need refreshing in the condo (balcony chairs had holes, refrigerator has rust spots). The couches in the living room were comfortable and the decor was cute. I appreciated having a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and would definitely come back.

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this condo because it is smaller compared to the larger complexes to the west. That made for a less crowded beach experience. The condo was great and had all the items necessary for us to enjoy our stay, including a pizza place across the street for days the restaurant waits were too long.
