The 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths along with the queen size sectional sleeper in the living room can comfortably accommodate up to 10. Floor to ceiling windows surround the living and dining area and bedrooms offering unobstructed views of the powdery sand beach and emerald Gulf waters.

The living area features a comfortable and chic sectional sleeper, swivel armchairs, and a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Glass sliding doors in both the living and dining areas lead to the expansive beach front balcony with chairs and outdoor dining table perfect for enjoying beverages and even dine al fresco while taking in the vistas of Perdido Keys shores.

The open concept flows right into the dining area, which seats 10 people between the dining table and bar area, and on to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator, double sink, granite countertops, a huge breakfast bar for entertaining, plenty of cabinet space, are provided to enable you to enjoy this home as if it were your own. There is a separate laundry area with full-size washer and dryer, overhead cabinets and shelving for groceries and other supplies. The living area also features a wet bar area with a separate small refrigerator.

The master suite offers amazing views and a king size bed with quality mattress and luxury linens, comfortable seating and adjoining bath boasting a large jetted garden tub and separate walk-in shower. A second bedroom functions as a second master with double beds, private luxurious bath and amazing floor to ceiling views of the pool, white sands and emerald waters. The third bedroom has a plush queen size bed and separate bath. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TVs. Premium cable and high speed internet are included with your rental at no extra cost as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for 4 days/3 nights with my husband, four kids, and one night with my parents—and there was still plenty of space. The sofa bed, washer/dryer, and balcony were such a blessing! The home was pristine and even better than the photos. The location is unbeatable: right on the beach with private access, peaceful yet close to restaurants, shops, and Walmart. We loved waking up and walking straight to the water, and the indoor/outdoor pools were perfect. The gym was a nice bonus, even though I didn’t use it. This house felt so comfortable that I could honestly call it a second home. Being between Orange Beach and Pensacola made it the perfect spot, without the tourist crowds. We’ve already bookmarked this place for future trips. Honestly, I hesitated to share this review because I’d love to keep it our secret—but it truly deserves 5 stars. Book it, you won’t regret it!

This was a great place to stay! It worked out great for our larger group; everyone had somewhere to lay their head. It was so close to the beach, and the pool was never crowded. We loved the nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We'll definitely be returning!

Good Location and Family environment

The accommodations were as described. Overall clean condo with no issues during our stay. The door to the balcony in the bedroom with two doubles does not open easily, not a huge deal, but worth noting. The parking situation is not wonderful, this condo comes with a pass for the main parking lot and a pass for offsite parking. A 3 bedroom condo, may have 3 families at times, and so that makes it difficult to take 3 cars. We did not realize that the offsite parking was across the street behind the businesses there. We stayed during July 4th week and noticed that the main parking lot was not full, and some cars were not following the parking rules (either had offsite pass or no pass at all) It would be appreciated for the parking situation to be enforced as it didn't seem like it was very well. It's frustrating to follow the rules and park in offsite parking and see many other cars not following those rules. Other than the parking situation we had no other issues, easy beach access and pools (inside and outside) were nice.

Love Perdido Beach

Best Condo in the area!

We've taken multiple trips to the area and stayed in different condos each time. This is by far the nicest! The space is HUGE and the view is beautiful. The space will easily accommodate a large family or group. It is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Enjoyed dinners nearby at the Jellyfish, Shrimp Basket and Sunset Grille and a delicious breakfast at Perdido Key Breakfast Club. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is beautiful! We were a little concerned walking through the hallways bc it looked a bit worn and dated, but the unit was perfect!! Completely renovated, modern with a relaxing palette and open concept. 3 br/3 ba, new appliances, all new furniture, flooring and paint. Comfortable bedding and linens. Completely equipped kitchen! Large rain shower heads with great pressure. Oceanfront with gorgeous views of the ocean/beach. End unit so larger square footage and balconies! Property has an inside and outside pool and small fitness center. Close to lots of restaurants! Fresh Off the Boat was our fav dinner place and the Ruby Slipper for breakfast and lunch. The Luxury Coastal Vacations staff was so nice, informative and accommodating! Will definitely book again and I highly recommend Perdido Sun unit 416!
