This condo was beautiful and spotless! Perfect view and patio. We were amazed at all the included items in the kitchen. We had everything we needed! Also, they had great extras such as throw blankets, laundry baskets, board games, and beach supplies in the outdoor closet! Instructions were detailed and contact was great for questions! Definitely recommend!

Love the Perdido Key area. Nice that the condo has a small shopping center across the street which has a coffee shop, ice cream shop, & 2 restaurants which is convenient to walk over to. Condo was clean and well stocked with towels. Perfect size for me and two children.

We have used Luxury Coastal Vacations and have stayed at Perdido Sun many times before! This was our first time in this unit, and it didn’t disappoint! It was just as advertised! This condo was great for us 3! It wasn’t too crowded and had everything we needed!! We never had to wait long for the elevator! It was a great week!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Ocean was beautiful, the area peaceful and friendly. Perdido Sun 502 was definitely the right choice, I enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony as much as I did in the sand on the beach! We will be back!

Our stay was fabulous with a great view!Weather was fantastic to watch the dolphins and The Blue Angels from the deck.Enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and area restaurants.The condo was fully equipped for dining in and having a relaxing dinner on the patio overlooking the beach.The king size bed was super comfortable. The furniture was also very welcoming for those nights staying in watching a movie.We will be back in 2026!

My family of four, which included our 10 yo and 4 yo boys, fit perfectly in the condo. We have visited Florida many times and this was the best location. It had two nice pools, one being indoor, and easy beach access. The condo was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

We loved the location and comfort of this condo. The best part was the large balcony where we could eat meals and play games while viewing the gorgeous beach. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. This is a wonderful property for a few guests, much more room than I thought there would be. We will definitely stay here again!

My children and I had a wonderful stay here! It was very quiet and relaxing. Love this area!!! The condo was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was stocked and organized well.. We really loved the large balcony and that it had a table where we could eat meals and play games on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We booked a last minute trip to Florida before school starts as a family of 5. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom, our 11 year old had the pullout couch, and our twin 6 year olds made great use of the built in bunk beds. The kitchen was quite likely one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. It had plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, and storage containers. We doordashed groceries and cooked some meals while also enjoying a few other meals out in the area. Great appliances! The condo is extremely well maintained. It has 1.5 baths so sharing a shower after the beach was the only challenge. The pools are fantastic with one indoor and one outdoor. An outdoor hot tub is also available for adults. The pool leads to the wooden beach walkway. Our balcony had seating for 6 people with heavy duty chairs and a circular table. We likely saved $600+ reserving this place over other similar places and I’m so grateful it fit our budget and our family’s needs.

We loved everything about our trip! The views were the best part. Bed's were comfy, had all the needed utensils for cooking. Indoor and outdoor pool a plus. Our family would definitely return to this Air BnB. Easy to find! & some really neat places to visit across the street! We enjoyed our stay very much. All was as described and very peaceful!

The property is conveniently located near good food and grocery stores, yet far enough away from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores to not be overcome by the large vacation crowds. The building and amenities were perfect for our small family. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our time here, the condo has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean, everything was clean, and there were plenty of extra towels, which we really appreciated, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and appliances, the pool and hot tub area was very nice as well, also enjoyed the indoor heated pool. We will definitely be back again!

The condo was perfect! Every morning we watched the dolphins swimming from the balcony. Spacious and very relaxing! The beds were super comfortable. Loved the pools. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend staying here. Also the jellyfish and crab trap were the two best places to eat!

Great place with amazing views. Exactly like the pictures. The beach was just at 2 min walk. The pools were very clean as well. We really enjoyed the indoor pool. The only thing they can improve are the beds as they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. But it will still not keep me away from booking the same place next time.

This was one of the best condos that we have ever stayed in on our vacations at the beach. The condo was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the beach was awesome. When we vacation in this area again, we would love to come back here.

Perdido Sun 502 is clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a gorgeous wide-open view of the gulf. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is modern and perfectly organized. This condo is perfect for a smaller family. Kids will adore the cozy bunks. It's positioned right on the gulf with only a short walk to the edge of the water. Loved it!!

Although we only stayed 3 nights, 502 was a fantastic condo for our family. So easy to get to and groom the beach with all the amenities your family could need. The condo was very clean, has a beautiful view of the gulf, and was perfect for two adults and two kids. We will definitely be coming back!

We are so thankful and blessed to have found this gem in Perdido Key. This condo was so cozy and equipped with everything we could have asked for or thought of. The two of us were very comfortable here, but the bunk beds could have easily accommodated a couple of kids. Unit was immaculately clean, view was perfect, and amenities were outstanding. Would definitely stay again. AND we got engaged here!

We were very happy with this location. Check-in could not have been easier. Parking is a little tight, but we always managed to find a spot. 502 was just right for the two of us; clean, with everything we needed for our stay, great view, quiet, access to the places we wanted to go. We've definitely saved this as a possible return, as the Gulf Coast is a favorite destination. Thanks for making this easy!

Cute and cozy condo! Overall is was pretty clean, had a wonderful view and felt safe. Kitchen was stocked up decently with appliances and utensils. We did buy some food at the Publix and made breakfast/lunch daily. The ice maker didn't work upon arrival, but Patty and Dan were on top off ordering the part to get it fixed and offered to buy and bring us ice. Then out of the blue..it started working, still not sure how!! lol The master bathroom and bedroom were nice. Had a large counter space, lighting was enough, towels were plentiful, shower pressure was good. Bed was on the firmer side, but very comfortable to us. The condo isn't huge by any means, but it was enough for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the bunk bed cove, and quick access to the beach! We needed a vacation for a long time, and this was perfect! We did take advantage of the free golf at Lost Key and the Cetacean dolphin cruise! Highly recommend! Both were amazing!
