The location was phenomenal. The condo is amazing. The piece of the condo was exceptional. I will say nowhere else I will no longer go to Destin. I will no longer go to Panama City. I will come to Perdido and I will stay at your place or next-door two of the best condos. I have stayed at Phoenix 10 before. It is way too large. Your place was amazing for it was needed. It was the best. Not one thing!!

This is a quiet & private location, with beach access & a dedicated walking path to restaurants across the street. This is a great location for a family looking for a quieter family friendly beach trip.

We loved having multiple elevators, never had to wait more than a minute or 2!! The only thing negative is the tv in bedroom needs to sit higher, we move the blue / white trunk for it to sit on top of the dresser. Maybe swap dresser and chest…. Great place!

We enjoyed our condo...which we rented from January 1 through March 3, 2024. It was very clean, well furnished and as described on the website. However, going forward on future condo rental bookings, we will go directly to Luxury Vacation Rentals to book our condo reservation to save having to pay the VRBO service / booking.

Beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Very family friendly, lots of other families at the resort and beach. Clean, great accommodations and enough towels and toiletries to last use our whole stay (4 days) without needing to run to the store. Would definitely return!

This is the 2nd time in recent years we have stayed at this location. Upon arrival, there was ample parking; check-in took less than 5 minutes and we noticed how clean the building and surrounding area on the resort was. There are 2 elevators, plenty of carts. We got to our room and push-button access was easy. The room was decorated very nicely and was very clean. You have a private balcony overlooking the gorgeous white sands beach. The kitchen was well-stocked; we loved the washing/dryer in the condo; plenty of linens/toilet paper and starter soaps/paper towels, etc. The king-sized bed was so comfortable that we slept better than we did at home. The living room was a good size. We never heard our neighbors, beach was gorgeous. We took long walks and collected shells, sand dollars; saw dolphin, stingrays, fish etc. Great locally owned restaurants and close to state parks. A short drive to Orange Beach, Flora-Bama line etc. Can't beat the location. The only cons were the kitchen and bathrooms were small and difficult to navigate; we were never able to connect to wi-fi (always said no wi-fi connection available); couch could use a good cleaning; the building is positioned in such a way that you're limited on view (no sunrise or sunset), but you still get great views of the ocean in front of you. We noticed that it's the only building situated this way.

Checking in was a breeze and the condo was nice and spacious. A surprise addition was having a washer/dryer which I did not expect. Initially I had a problem with the wifi and not noticing until Saturday night, I sent an email (not expecting a reply until Monday). I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text 30 min later to offer some suggestions to address the problem. When that didn't work, a service call was placed and a gentleman showed up by 9am Sunday morning. Turns out nothing was wrong with the wifi... an incorrect code was given! But it was nice to know that the property management company was so attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Sun on Perdido Key! Our unit was very clean, well furnished, and had a great view of the gulf and beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other items needed to cook meals. The beach is very nice and perfect for a get away for couples or time with families. The management company in charge of the unit was great to work with and very helpful when needed. We will definitely be back to enjoy again!

The weather didn't cooperate for us for about 95% of our stay, so we spent more time in the condo than we usually do. We were surprised to find a stash of vintage Nintendo systems and games, so that was fun to do on a rainy, cold day! Washer and dryer are SMALL, stackable unit and could only hold a few pieces at a time, but who spends much time washing clothes on vacation?! The living room and dining room are very spacious, but the kitchen and bathrooms are small (not a problem for us, since it was just 2 people). The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We have stayed at Perdido Sun before but this particular unit was much nicer than the other one we were in a few years ago. My only (and it's small) complaint is there were no paper towels in the kitchen. There is a Keurig, as well as a regular coffee maker, and we appreciated that. The owner was great to work with and we would definitely book this one again on our next "kid free" getaway. It is a very short and easy walk to the sand for anyone having trouble walking long distances. No stairs either. (I have older parents so I'm always aware). Publix, CVS, and Winn Dixie are right down the street if you need anything. We ate at Shrimp Basket and it was really good. Not fancy, but tasty food at a reasonable price. We also ate at Islander Surf Shack right across from the condo. We should've walked right back out as soon as we walked in... don't go there. It was not good at all, and overpriced for what skimpy portions we got. Lillian's Pizza is good too, although we didn't get there this trip. I would definitely recommend this unit and already feel the beach calling my name again!! ( :

This was our third visit to Perdido Sun 512 and we keep returning for a reason. It's just right for a couple and close to shopping and other sites like the Naval Museum. The condo is clean and well stocked with dishes and linens. The built in washer and dryer are a real plus, too. We plan on returning for our next stay at Perdido Key.

This is our third year in Perdido Sun and our second year in unit 512, hopefully we will be able to stay in this unit 2018 Labor Day weekend. Great unit and great beach view! Love that the unit has a washer and dryer. Love being able just to walk across the street to the Jellyfish restaurant.

The condo was really nice in a great building! Fifth floor unit with a ideal oceanfront view from the large balcony. Perfect for a small family and the extra half bath was convenient. Ran into a small glitch (that was outside of owner's control) upon arrival, but the owner was super responsive and the rest of our trip was great. The beach was not crowded. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to use it next year.

Had a great time, this place pleasantly surprised me. The beach was perfect. We were there during spring break and experienced no jackassery anywhere. The photos don't do it justice. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. It's 1/4 mile from the national seashore which also contains an abandoned civil war fort. We walked there, it was like 10 miles though, take a boat.

The condo. was nicely furnished and very clean. It had great views and everything you need to feel "at home"! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool in the evenings! We can't wait to go again!!
